We also talked with the representative from Progressive Leasing and explained to her all our concerns about people who can be mislead with wrong informationWhen we bought the mattress we wanted to buy, and the seller said: yes, you buy a mattress, she never said that it was a leaseWe accept the response, but we wanted to be sure that Progressive Leasing train really well to people who is offering their service, and we expressed it to the representative who called us

I am rejecting this response because: Kevin, from Progressive Leasing contacted me on Friday, July 17, and wanted me to FAX in more paperwork to him to verify the unauthorized funds that the company took from my bank accountHe informed me that he did not have the information, but I know that to be untrue. I explained to Kevin that the paperwork was faxed several times, received, & verified by Supervisors Vili, Nate, & Josephine and that I would not be faxing anything else to him. Kevin put me on hold during the conversation for approximately minutes and came back to offer me the return of my $Continuous Overdraft Fee and that would be itHe declined to settle my account as Paid In Full and I explained to him that I would not be accepting his offer.Progressive Leasing has been dishonest, unprofessional, and down right disrespectful during this entire process and I want to be done with this company COMPLETELY! They refused to compensate me for my time, gas, & fees I had to pay for the numerous faxes sent to them. This has been a very stressful situation for me trying to get my money that they basically stole in the first place. Progressive Leasing can chalk up the remaining balance of $that I owe because I do not TRUST this company at all. I have requested too many times that they remove my banking account information from their files and they refuse. I am in constant contact with a bank representative to ensure Progressive Leasing is not attempting any further transactions with my bank account. If Progressive Leasing cannot understand the headache and frustration that this has caused me, then shame on them. My resolution for this still stands at I want my $refunded to me via mail and the balance of $to be considered PAID IN FULL by Progressive Leasing. This is the TOTAL of $that I requested in my complaint.
