I am rejecting this response because:
While it is my desire to work with this company, I repeatedly tried to resolve the matter on numerous occasions, with no response, repeatedly ignoring my emails, ect., Also, compliance states that as of 12-17-2015, my account was marked accordingly per the cease and desist request, but, I was still receiving annoying, harrassing repeated phone calls from morning until evening prior to 12-17-and afterIt is hard to tttry and resolve matters with a company whose representatives who ignore my requests for statements, names, and upper managementAlthough I would like very much to resolve this matter and proceed with future positive dealings with progressive, the abusive, annoying, obnoxious collection activity can not be ignored, nor can the repeated requests for representatives names, as I have done everything according to progressive policy, I would seek reimbursement, ect., before I can fully resolve and close out this complaint, as I have evidence of all the illegal phone calls from numerous numbers proving harrassment.Sincerely,

Dear Revdex.com,
We received the response from Mr*** regarding our
previous correspondence. We regret the
experience he has had thus far with our company. In good faith, we are attempting to respond
to his concerns to correct the situation.
We received the Cease and Desist notification on
December 17, 2015. Any calls that may have been received the
same day, after the do not call request was entered, would have been
unintentional calls. Our records show
there were no phone calls made after December 17th
We
appreciate that Mr*** has asked for statements, however, our company is a
paperless company and provides payment correspondence via email. We would be happy to provide a copy of his
transaction history at any time. We have
taken steps to resolve the concerns he has addressed. Our recent correspondences have included
contact names, and we have tried to be as transparent as we can be in our assistance. We also included email addresses and contact
names where he would be able to work with one of our Compliance Specialists
directly to resolve his concerns
Additionally, we have provided feedback to the
agents that Mr*** has worked with previously, in order to help them identify
how to better address the concerns of our customers. Again we are interested in working with Mr
*** to resolve the concerns and hope that he allows us the opportunity to do
so.
