I am rejecting this response because:I called the company and canceled my account after my 3 year contract expired.  They told me I needed to sign contact and pay an extra 30 days which I did but they never mailed my a contract to sign after calling 3 times for 3 months in a row.  It is documented in their system that I called and requested a contract to sign but was never mailed out.  The customer service verified it is documented in their system but they will not mail me a contract to sign to cancel so they keep billing me month after month.

I am rejecting this response because:I have signed no contract with Protect America. The salesman was to lower [redacted] and [redacted] as a bundle not just protect America . So as I have started to P A and [redacted] there is no contarct with P A.

Inc. has received the feedback submitted by Mrs. [redacted]. Upon review, all
equipment has been received and all refunds mentioned were processed as of
December 8, 2015. We ask that Mrs. [redacted] call us at ###-###-#### to address any further questions.

Protect America has received the rejection submitted by Ms. [redacted]. We've attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] regarding the complaint but have been unsuccessful. If she is willing to purchase a larger router, we are prepared  to credit her account to cover the cost. We ask that she allow Protect America to further assist with her issues.

In reviewing Mr.[redacted] account we’ve found that on 10/21/2014 our resolution for Mr. [redacted]were  to take over the system that’s inthe new home due to him leaving the Protect America  alarm system in the home that was sold. Thisoffer was to absorb the remaining months of the contract...

term. On 11/8/2014 wewere unable to complete the install process with Mr. [redacted] due to his timeconstraint.  We reached out to Mr. [redacted]beginning 11/82014 to 11/17/2014 in an effort to complete the installationprocess of taking over an existing alarm system. PAI had been unable to reachMr. [redacted]. Additionally, Mr. [redacted]’s agreement with Protect America statesthat we require written notice 30 days prior to the cancellation date. At thistime Mr. [redacted]’s account is set to cancel 5/31/2015.

Protect America received the complaint filed by Mrs. [redacted]. In reviewing the initial sales call we’ve found that Mrs. [redacted] agreed to the 3 year agreement term and the terms and conditions. Mrs. [redacted] provided Protect America Mr. [redacted]’s Military Orders and their Marriage License’s. We’ve found...

that Mrs. [redacted] has been unable to provide information stating she will also relocate to Korea. PAI has offered Mrs. [redacted] her options to transfer the alarm system to someone else or pay a flat rate of $199.00 and not the remaining amount of the agreement term $543.83. Mrs. [redacted] also accepted the 2 month hibernation of $4.99 per month. Mrs. [redacted]’s account will be eligible for cancellation 11/18/2016.

Based on our records, Mr. [redacted] was advised of these terms when he initially set up the account on May 31, 2013 and on June 26, 2017 respectively. At this time, we have not received his signed 30 day written cancel notice.  We ask that he allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns.

Tell us why here...Protect America, Inc. received the rejected response from Ms. [redacted]. We found that our Licensing Department has come to an amicable resolution for Ms. [redacted].

We received the 30 day written cancellation notice and processed the cancellation of the account accordingly. We ask that she allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns.

recorded calls dated May 09, 2017 and June 12, 2017 respectively. He was advised of the agreement terms and conditions, which state that we require a thirty day cancel notice to terminate the account and the consequences of not adhering to the cancellation policies. Mr. [redacted] acknowledged receipt of the information on the calls. At this time, we have not received the signed thirty day cancel documents as required. Mr. [redacted] stopped making payments on the account effective May 2017. The balance accrued on the account is valid. We ask that he allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns.

written notice of cancellation from the customer thirty (30) days prior to the
end of any subsequent renewal term in order to cancel service. Attached is a
copy of the signed agreement.
