DO NOT ORDER FROM PUNK CASE SCAMMERS
Firstly don't get fooled if in Australia this is not a .au company.
If you do order from them they will take your money and deliver nothing at all but broken promises and lies.
Request a refund for products not delivered and more lies are told until no response is received at all as if you have been blocked.
Total scammers, save your money and go somewhere in Australia.

Great Protection for your phone
Great case. I ordered a case for my iPhone, it arrived with the usual Covid delays but it was easy to put together and offers great protection for my phone which I promptly tested by mistake. It comes with a couple of small spare parts should they be required.

Do not buy!!!
I ordered a case for a S20 and they sent me a case for a Google pixle 2. I called them and spoke with people after calling for 30 or so minutes she said no problem we'll send you the case out today at the latest tomorrow , and you send the incorrect case back to us when you get the right one. Sounds good so far!
2 days later I haven't received the email saying they had shipped my case, couldn't get in touch with them on the phone left 2 messages, then the next day I emailed them . Guess what they want me to now send them pictures showing I received the wrong case, of course I mean why not . So I sent them pictures with my order # and all of that and ask if they could ship my case out that day, they said of course we can .
Three days later I email them to check up and see if they had sent my case , cause again I received no email from them . Then they ask me to send them pictures again, then the same thing happened again because they said they do not sale a "metallic " Google Pixle 2... I never mentioned the color of the wrong case they sent me , I do not even know where they go that from.
They just emailed me 2 hours ago and said, "sure , we would love to get your correct case out to you, just send the incorrect case in to us and when we get it we will send you the correct one right out" . Well it took them 5 business days to get the first one to me.
So I've been waiting on them to send me the correct case for 2 and a half weeks now with absolutely zero progress made now they are telling me it going to be another 2 weeks basically. While I'm walking around and using a phone with no case/no protection because I thought punkcase would be a good decision.. all I can say is wow, if this is customer service no thank you punkcase. I'll be shopping somewhere else next time.
Do not buy!!!

We apologized in the email for the inconvenience causedUnfortunately once product leaves our warehouse, we have no control over how is it handled in transit against damagedIt looks like the package got damaged in transit so we shipped out a replacement case at no additional charge.No returns were made for the replacement and customer was offered a second replacement at no additional cost
