They require me to pay for shipping.  I inquired to the company about the quality of the case prior to buying and was lied to.  I am not spending anymore money for another faulty product that is going to break and I'll have to continue sending back and paying for shipping. I want them to pay for shipping and issue me a refund for what I  spent on the case.

I returned my items back to punk case and they confirmed they received the items but I have yet to get my refund. They are now telling me I need to take it the issue with [redacted] but after calling [redacted] they cannot even find a refund being processed to me from punk case. I want my money back and have been messaging them for weeks with no luck at getting my money issued back to my [redacted] account.

customer speaks of as the reasons are unknown for the second leakage. The case could have been dropped/broken or simply not installed properly. We offered customer a free replacement for the product as per our limited lifetime warranty or store credit. We will not be held responsible for the damages to the phone as that is not part of our limited lifetime warranty which is available in the link below: [redacted]

When telling a customer you will refund them full amount then the next day saying oh sorry our company making money is more important then the customers satisfaction then I believe something is really wacked in that businesses ethics. Also believe me if this is not resolved in the sense of as first stated by [redacted] customer sermine saying we will refund you 100% then the reviews will be out there for both [redacted] and Revdex.com.

This peace of equipment was not dropped nor damage and it was put on correctly as it was done the first time. This has not been resolved as I have not received a refund for my item nor for my damaged phone.

[redacted] is stating that the first replacement cell phone cover was delivered in July yet, I never received it. I notified Punkcase in regards to this and they in turn had me pay for shipping to resend the product. There is no tracking for the second replacement cover
