I should’ve read the reviews before going ahead with the order. Another sham company? Are they out of China with a Brooklyn address? I returned my case because the off button didn’t reach so I could not turn my phone off. Well, they claim that they haven’t received it & that was almost a month ago! Now that’s $26.00 out the window. I’m so tired of these fly-by-night businesses who don’t help when you need a refund or return. Maybe I’ll let the Revdex.com know they stink. Good luck everybody.

This company is no good to work with. I cancelled my order seconds after it was made because I really didn't mean to order the cheep case that wasn't the item described. The seller continued to ship after the emails to cancel the order. No refund was sent and the seller disappeared now no response the company is junk selling junk and no customer service. Once they have your money see ya never from them. I wouldn't spend a penny with them

Less than one star! Ordered three items - they shipped one item, and I have been going back and fourth with customer service since Dec 10. The company indicated they shipped the remaining items, however cannot provide proof and refuse to provide a refund. I had to contact Amazon Pay and my credit card company to dispute. I would NEVER order from Punkcase again!

Less than a star. Ordered an S8 Plus case, paid for expedited shipping. Got the wrong size case , packaging was opened and tampered with as if someone had already bought it and then returned it. There were several misspellings on the packaging including one that wasn't just a typo it was a typo that consisted of 2 languages, in a four letter word. I'd be happy if they sent me the correct case or gave me my money back but after reading the reviews it seems that this company needs to be sued.

I ordered a case. It came, it was for the wrong sized phone as well as the wrong case and I had the pay £15 to pick it up from the Post Office. I contacted and asked for the right one to be sent - they said not until I returned the one they had sent - I said I was not prepared to pay postage to return something that was their mistake and since seeing reviews - if I ordered a replacement it is unlikely to be the correct one anyway! Asked for free Post label - told to just do return to sender - Two weeks of emails - not resolved. No money back... just want a refund of the amount paid for the case and additional £15 that I paid (in good faith) to receive an incorrect item.

Punkcase sent the wrong case and refuse to send a return shipping label. It's been over a months worth of empty email exchanges and promises of investigation by "gyzzle". I'm tired of this. I just want a refund before I go to my bank to file fraudulent charges.

I ordered a black juice case through this company, I have always ordered through lifeproof and never had an issue but they stopped making the power cases. thought maybe this company would be my new company for all my waterproof cases. I received my case in a timely manner and was excited about getting it but when I opened the box I was disappointed when it was black and pink, usually that would have been fine except this case was ordered for a male, pink is not something that I would carry. I emailed them and at first got a quick response stating that I would receive a return label, thats great except it is now a week later and still have not received the return label. in the meantime I asked them if I could get the black one that I ordered shipped to me and I was then told they were out of stock, ok fine, wish I would have been asked if I wanted the pink one just shipped before they made that decision for me. I then proceed to ask if I could just get the blue or the white case, I was then told the only case they had in stock was pink, I proceeded to then ask them if I could just get a refund since the pink one would not work for us. thats was 5 days ago and get get anyone to email me back now, called the 8447865227 number that is on the website and of course no one answers and goes to a voicemail that is full...convenient...I also emailed amazon pay since I paid through amazon account and they apologized and amazon even sent an email to the merchant with no response...all i'm asking is to get the refund for the wrong item shipped since you cant provide me with what I ordered...how hard is that? or even simple communication, I am in a business that reviews mean alot so I try not to leave reviews unless I can leave a good one, but without any response from this company after lots of attempts to correct the situation

I bought a case for my S8 Plus. The case looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. I called the company and a very rude lady answered saying that I am not able to return my case. I am not out 50 dollars, and this awful company is not offering any help. Please do not do business with this company.

Company claims to have "lifetime warranty" on their cases. Within the first week of getting my case (which based on the reviews, it appears that I am the "lucky" one that did receive mine, or maybe not so lucky) my case broke in 2 places. I am in no way rough on my phone, so this clearly was an issue of a poorly made product. I contacted customer service and they responded with, "Please keep in mind that we have lifetime warranty exchange policy if the case arrived defective/wrong item". Now please correct me if I am mistaken here but wouldn't a warranty covering cases that arrive defective or incorrect be considered a "limited warranty", or in most cases just good customer service? I wouldn't see the need of a lifetime warranty that covers the product one time based on the shipment when it only gets shipped to me once. I guess this lifetime warranty that they claim, is for those of you that have yet to receive your cases... clearly it may take a lifetime to get them? Do not do business with this company. They do not stand behind their claims and honestly, based on the fact that the case lasted a whole week, I wouldn't have given it one star if no stars was an option here.

I bought a case for my Nexus 5X on 9/29/16. Never received it! Emailed so many times and someone names Gyzzle responds saying that international orders can take up to 4-6 weeks. I live in Monmouth County NJ and the business is in Brooklyn. This company is a complete scam and I intend to use all my resources to bring them to justice.

I ordered a case December 9th 2016 Friday, paid the $15 for expedited shipping, received a tracking number for my order and upon looking up on USPS website they were only notified of the shipping on December 12, did, it did not get shipped until the 14th of December. Normally wouldn't bother me, but I ordered stuff from other websites with standard shipping, being shipped by USPS in which I ordered 11 December 2016 and already received 15 December 2016. So why pay the $15 for expedited if it's not expedited not even a little bit. Holidays is no excuse, informing USPS your sending a package is ignorant, and not getting it there until 2 days later after informing them is ridiculous. This needs to be fixed immediately, highly dissatisfied with customer service. Sent them 2 emails and 0 response.

I wish I knew about this company being so fraudulent. I was ordering threw their website for a note7 plus case costing 56.94. I tried using my first card twice and it stated my card was denied, thinking I max out. I tried another bank card and it went threw, got a confirmation and all. Perfect I thought. Until a few days later, I checked the charge history of the first card I used. Low and behold there is 2 charges on there for 56.94 equaling 113.88 within two minutes of each other. So now my 1 case is costing me a total of 170.82. My bankcard company states I need to contact punkcase to have them credit back my card. I'm worried now after reading all the reviews online, I may never get my money back and I may never get my case or worse it will be poorly made. I really need HELP. This company cant be aloud to get away with this type of fraudulent charges and still be in business. Revdex.com? multiple blasting allover the internet? posting it to my blog of 1.54 million followers? I would like to get resolved before going for the jugular. We all know the power of social media.

Review: I let my daughter purchase a cellphone case through this website. She received a tracking number for her order #[redacted] through Punkcase, the [redacted] tracking number can be provided. When I checked with [redacted] it showed the tracking label printed but not processed through [redacted]. several emails later, they said it was shipped. then no response from them. I looked up the company, I found nothing legitimate, I checked on a scamadvisor website and located the owners name: Natan N[redacted]; home address: [redacted]; his cell number: ###-###-####; his personal email address: [redacted]; the website is [redacted]. I then called his cell number, he returned my call when I left a message I was going to submit fraud charges against him, he stated that there was a mix up in the warehouse and he would get me a new tracking number and get the cellphone case in the mail by 5pm last night. it didn't happen, I contacted my bank proceeded with fraud charges against the company. Review: I ordered 2 brand new cases for Samsung Galaxy S5 phones. I paid an extra $15 for expedited 2 day shipping. The cases took a week from ship date to arrive, indicaring that seller charged me for expedited shipping but didn't actually use this. The cases that arrived were not in manufacturer packaging and seemed refurbished. Additionally, the cases did not fit my phone. When I researched the case manufacturer, the cases that I received didn't seem to match what was indicated on the manufacturer's website. I contacted the seller about the shipping issue before the cases even arrived. He claimed that [redacted] was to blame and that he would do nothing to remedy the problem because he, "didn't want to waste the time contacting [redacted]" and then thanked me for "understanding". After the cases finally did arrive, I contacted the seller again to complain about the poor quality of the product and to seek a full refund. He told me that he would send me 2 more cases. I explained that I wasn't interested and simply wanted a full refund. He said that if I returned the cases at my expense, he would refund the charges for the cases, but not reimburse the expedited shipping charge. I told him that he owed me a complete refund, as I paid $15 for 2 day shipping and he took this money but didn't ship expedited. I also said that I wouldn't pay to return product that was not as advertised. He belittled me and told me to deal with it.Desired Settlement: I want my entire purchase refunded: cost of both cases and the $15 expedited shipping charge that I paid that the seller chose to keep but not pay for. I will return the product back to the seller at his expense, not mine.

I told him he as soon as we receive our product back we will refund him the cost of the products immediately. He insisted for a refund including the rush shipping cost he ordered and for us to pay for the shipping cost of the products back to us. this is the tracking information of the priority mail that was shipped by [redacted], as you can see we have shipped it by priority mail, as he ordered. we will gladly refund for the cases as it is our company rules, we try to satisfy all our customer, but I do not see how we are reliable for shipping cost, especially the return shipping costs he wants us to pay for? thank you

The products he sent were not as advertised. They took a week to arrive, when I paid extra for rush shipping. The seller offered to send 2 new cases. I don't want any more cases, as the first ones were not what I paid for- why would I want more?? Now, he wants me to pay to return the items that weren't what I ordered to begin with. Also, he claims that the shipping error is the fault of [redacted], but says he is too busy to contact them to fix the issue. I called [redacted]- they say that they will gladly cover what the seller paid for rush shipping. But, the seller must call in order to get this refund, if he believes it is their fault. I can do nothing, as he is the seller. I refuse to pay to ship back unacceptable and used items falsely advertised as new at my own expense. I also refuse to just accept the $15 extra fee I paid for rush shipping as a loss simply because the seller refuses to trouble himself by contacting [redacted]. Seller's website clearly claims that there is a satisfaction guarantee. I am not satisfied.
