We apologized in the email for the inconvenience causedUnfortunately once product leaves our warehouse, we have no control over how is it handled in transit against damaged It looks like the package got damaged in transit so we shipped out a replacement case at no additional chargeNo returns were made for the replacement and customer was offered a second replacement at no additional cost

The products he sent were not as advertisedThey took a week to arrive, when I paid extra for rush shippingThe seller offered to send new casesI don't want any more cases, as the first ones were not what I paid for- why would I want more?? Now, he wants me to pay to return the items that weren't what I ordered to begin withAlso, he claims that the shipping error is the fault of ***, but says he is too busy to contact them to fix the issueI called ***- they say that they will gladly cover what the seller paid for rush shippingBut, the seller must call in order to get this refund, if he believes it is their faultI can do nothing, as he is the sellerI refuse to pay to ship back unacceptable and used items falsely advertised as new at my own expenseI also refuse to just accept the $extra fee I paid for rush shipping as a loss simply because the seller refuses to trouble himself by contacting ***Seller's website clearly claims that there is a satisfaction guaranteeI am not satisfied

Hello,Customer ordered a case off ***In order to process a return, customer needs to obtain a return authorization from *** in order to ship back the product, which they never didCustomer never provided order information and we had very hard time locating the order as it was purchased
under the "husband" who's name was never given.We never achieved a tracking information with which customer shipped back the casesPlease contact us through *** with a return authorization number so we can process the refund. Thank you

Regarding Order #***-Customer receieved a Galaxy scase which included the TG screen protectorThe case is not defective but customer complained that the TG screen protector was too narrow.We advised that the batch of cases which came had a narrow screen protectors and second batch which we
receieved few weeks ago comes with a new screen protectors which fit just fine.Customer may contact us back at *** for a replacement request and we will gladly exchange it for her.Customer was also offered a partial discount for the narrow screen protector but preferred to wait for the new batch

I ordered a water proof phone case, and it became scratched almost immediately to the point it had tiny holesI was told I could email pictures, so I did, and paid shipping for a new case, though the warranty didn't say I had to pay shippingI contacted them several times and they kept asking for information I already providedThe phone never came and the trial period expiredThey said I needed to physically mail it, more shipping expensesI shipped it and the phone case still hasn't come. I want a refund for the phone, the shipping paid on the initial purchase, and the shipping I paid for a replacement I never received
