Hello,Customer never returned the case but to make things right we have issued a full refund for the case which customer claims is defective.If the case passed the water test the first time, there must have been something which was done wrong the second time and thats the reason why customer encountered the issue.A refund has been issued for the item which we shipped and never receieved back.Thank You

I sent back a case in April and received the wrong one in August. I sent that one back too. I've gone back and forth in emails - promises of refunds that never happened, promises of promo codes that don't work, and they reply my email once a week saying either refund issued or promo code sent. I wrote a review on their Facebook and they blocked me. Now I have no case and no money.

Total Rip Off. You Will Never Receive Your Order. Keep your hard earned money in your pocket.

Punkcase review.
I ordered the life proof case for the note 9 and received one for the note 8 instead. It was delivered on a Saturday so I sent an email about it. I also called on Monday to check in about it and the lady told me to just wait for my email response. They said they would be sending me another one and give me a confirmation number to confirm, but never did. They haven't responded to my emails after that or my phone calls. I was told a supervisor would be calling me, but they still haven't. When I called before I had an issue, they would answer right away, but now that I have a problem it rings for 4 minutes and then goes to voicemail which states it's full and disconnects me.
