I've been trying to get ahold of them literally all day today. I've emailed, called (there is no way this number works) and even tried them on Facebook. I order 2 cases and only received one. I just want my money back for the case I didn't get. I've never had this much trouble getting a company to respond.

132 emails to and fro regarding this
order and nothing is uet to be done about my refund. Phone number never goes through.

I placed the following order on 5th May, 2018. On 23rd May I received a refund notification of $7 for shipment of a wrong
color for Samsung s8. It is yet to hit my account.

On 18th June I received another refund notification of $84.93; that is yet to
reflect on my account. (Wrong cases shipped..not once but twice!)

Besides greatly inconveniencing me, they are also ignoring me. All my requests for a transaction number for follow up with my bank have gone unanswered.

I need my money urgently refunded to original mode of payment which is a
Visa card ending in *5023. Your routine one letter sentense of the refund
was issued is unsatisfactory to say the least. The money is yet to hit my
account and I can send my bank statements to prove it.

Generic item received with punkcase logo

My review is not biased. I got the alligator design mobile holder with punkcase logo printed on it, but in generic alligator clip product cover written "Alligator Clip Vehicle-mounted mobile scaffold" (check my trustpilot profile picture for this image) with Chineese letters and writings and nothing like Punkcase on it. This product appears with many other brands like Tomson, XO, Aeoss, Abbery, Hanbaili etc, and even without any logo. On this generic product, they print their logo and sell it as their own. But punkcase.com did it beautifully at an very high price. What else? Quality remains same and unacceptable. My review is purely based on personal experience. Punkcase knows what they did. I know what I got. If this review page has option to upload images as part of the review, I will upload the images of the product I got and the cover it came in.

With the order #351929 for a black punkcase mobile holder, I got a blueone instead. In addition to that, this thing without punkcase logo, imported from China, is available in India for half the price, and the assurances seen at punkcase.com creates an illusion that the item itself is superior and is manufactured by punkcase. This is clearly misleading.

I am not an ignorant guy and only because I thought I will get the product manufactured by Punkcase, I shelled out extra $6 and shipping cost, and bought it from punkcase.com website. After getting the product in hand, I finally understood that the same Chinese product is available in India at half the price!

The cover reveals it is a Chinese product and has no indication of punkcase logo or writings on it..

I had to attach extra layers of 3M tape under and over the base of the mobile holder, to keep the holder pasted onto the dashboard while it holds the mobile phone, which finally looks ugly. It cannot hold itself firm even without any mobile in it, on the dashboard at least 3 seconds with the adhesive tape provided with the item.

Also adding the links to the same product available at cheaper prices from $4.44 (INR 305) with free shipping, in India and all over the world.

The trust put in punkcase went in vain. I understand I paid an undeserving $13.97 (INR 958) amount for this kind of Chinese alligator clip and am feeling cheated and lost my money. For the money I paid on punkcase.com, I can buy 3 alligator clip mobile holders from aliexpress.com This is a product manufactured and supplied with out any quality assurance procedures.

Punkcase.com will simply won't publish any genuine reviews we write on their website, about the product's negatives.

After all punkcase customer care replied with an option to return the product where I will have to bear the return shipping fee, to get the product refund. Seeing the Punkcase logo on the product thinking that it is not the generic mobile holder, I decided to use it on the car dashboard, found the adhesive is very poor and cannot hold the mobile phone for even at least 2 seconds. Again the return shipping fee will be half the price of the item itself. So after returning the item, they promised full refund around $9.98 where I already loose the amount I paid for shipping by punkcase and return shipping totaling $8, and paypal charges. So I simply lose more than $8 for getting a refund of $9.98. If I return the product, I will lose the incoming and return shipping costs, which is almost same as the product price, also no use. Punkcase sells low quality product as higher price has nothing to lose in their business on returning products. Great tricks!

I ordered one case from this company. The Atomic 3 Extreme Waterproof Case for iPhone 8 Plus in pink. Order #324057.

It came broken with a crease in the plastic that covers the camera lens.

I emailed them asking if they would replace it for me. They said “Yes, we will gladly replace your case however, we do not provide return labels.”

So I had to pay to have it sent back.
The tracking says that it was Delivered on the 20th of June, 2018.

I emailed them asking when I should expect my replacement case. And they said that they haven’t received anything yet.

So I told them it had already shipped and was delivered and that I just need a new case sent back to me.

I got the EXACT SAME MESSAGE I got the first time saying, “Yes, we will gladly replace your phone case...”

I have tried calling their “customer service” line multiple times. They ANSWER AND IMMEDIATELY HANG UP.

THey won’t answer my emails or the phone calls.

I am LIVID. I want my money back!

Hello, I ordered a phone case from the company punkcase.com. I ordered a Crystal Pink Lucid 2.0 slim case. When my order arrived it was a different colour to what I had ordered. I emailed punkcase with a photo attached showing what I had received. I asked if they could tell me how I could get the case I had ordered and what to do with the case I received. After 4 days and 4 emails later I finally received a response telling me that delivery could take up to 6 weeks. Clearly they hadn't read my emails explaining that they had sent me the wrong item, nothing to do with a delayed item. I yet again emailed explaining what I had received and this time they responded with offering me 20% off the case I had received. I again emailed asking for my original order to be sent or a full refund and also the postage for me to send the wrong phone case back to them as I feel none of this is my fault therefore I shouldn't have to pay the return postage. They replied advising that their warranty covers all damage and I can return with a full refund or store credit. Yet again they haven't read my email and store credit isn't suitable as I live in the UK. I emailed them back saying I was very disappointed in their service as not once have they offered to send me my original order or offer a full refund. The last email they sent was telling me to just write return to sender on the envelope and it can be posted without having to pay , but I don't feel confident in doing this as it could get lost or they can say they never received it and I will then be left without a phone case or a refund. All I want it my original order sent or a refund but they seem very unwilling to provide any kind of customer service.

My ordeal started exactly 30 days ago. On May 2, 2018 I ordered 2 cases, Order #331420 iPhone 6/6s in crystal black and an iPhone 5s/5 in studstar purple.

However I received,
iPhone 6/6s in crystal purple and a Samsung galaxy note5 in studstar black.

I emailed them and they said they would send a return label. Checked the mail for a week. Emailed again and finally received a printable return label. Then, I receive an email stating I’d be refunded. I emailed back asking if the cases were on there way. They said I need to reorder. AND no refund shows in my bank account.

In conclusion, it’s been 30 days. No correct cases and no refund. To top it off my emails do not seem to be going through anymore.

Hello,As customer stated, We shipped out a replacement for the damaged case.Customer claims that the replacement is damaged, we are willing to ship out another replacement.If customer choose to go with a refund and refuse another replacement, he/she must return both cases back to us.Thank You

We apologized in the email for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately once product leaves our warehouse, we have no control over how is it handled in transit against damaged. It looks like the package got damaged in transit so we shipped out a replacement case at no additional charge.No returns were made for the replacement and customer was offered a second replacement at no additional cost.

This is the product that I ordered.  Attached is the packaging slip along with the actual packaging of the product received.  As you can see, I did not receive the product in the color that I ordered.  I am requesting to receive the product I ordered in the color I ordered.  I dispute being required to pay shipping to return a product that was wrongly shipped by the company in order to receive what was actually ordered.  Again, I request that the correct product be shipped, along with a shipping label so that the wrongly shipped product can be returned to them.

Hello, As per the "customer's statement of the problem" customer claims that our product was tested prior to use as instructed and there were no evident defect or damages as the case passed...

the water test and passed the inspection. We do not hold ourself responsible for the further damages that customer speaks of as the reasons are unknown for the second leakage. The case could have been dropped/broken or simply not installed properly. We offered customer a free replacement for the product as per our limited lifetime warranty or store credit.  The case they sent me was even worse then the original the entire frame is bent and it looks like someone intensively scratched the screen as there are 2 very deep scratches. I have attached photos to show what the case looked like upon receipt
