Hello, As per the [redacted] tracking [redacted] package was delivered on Friday 4/*/2016 to the customer. We issued a refund of $10.00 for the inconveniences caused for the delay in shipment as per customer's approval. As when the package was shipped, we requested an extra day from the...

customer since the [redacted] postal services do not update the tracking number on the website right away. We are willing to accept the return of the product and issue a full refund if the customer no longer wants to keep the item purchased. As the product was shipped and delivered to the customer the fair thing would be for us to get paid for what we sold and that is what was addressed to the customer. Please note package was shipped on Monday and delivered on Friday, which is standard shipping of 3-5 business days. Thank You Punkcase.

 The case they sent me was even worse then the original the entire frame is bent and it looks like someone intensively scratched the screen as there are 2 very deep scratches. I have attached photos to show what the case looked like upon receipt

We apologized in the email for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately once product leaves our warehouse, we have no control over how is it handled in transit against damaged. 
It looks like the package got damaged in transit so we shipped out a replacement case at no additional charge.
No returns were made for the replacement and customer was offered a second replacement at no additional cost.

A full refund has been issued- $1.99 for the shipping has been refunded.Thank you

The case has several negative reviews on [redacted] regarding the issue. When I questioned the company about the reviews I read, they assured me that it was something their customers have not complained about and it was one of their most popular cases.  I took their word for it thinking the reviews on [redacted] might be false, and ordered the case. 38 days after receiving the $40 case and paying for shipping,  it broke in the exact same manner I was assured it wouldn't.  After already being lied to by the company, I am not spending any more money to ship them the broken case.  I feel they should pay for shipping.

When telling a customer you will refund them full amount then the next day saying oh sorry our company making money is more important then the customers satisfaction then I believe something is really wacked in that businesses ethics. Also believe me if this is not resolved in the sense of as first stated by [redacted] customer sermine saying we will refund you 100% then the reviews will be out there for both [redacted] and Revdex.com.  THanks [redacted]
