Then in about 2 weeks, we will ship you 3 bottles of EverStrong Tablets at $39.95 each (27% off the retail price) and 3 bottles of B-12 Energy Berry Melts at $17.95 each, every 3 months plus $4.95 for shipping, charged to the credit/debit card or checking account provided to Purity Products. However if you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply call our customer cr located on your free bottle within the first 2 weeks and you will not be charged or shipped anything further. Remember, the free bottle is yours to keep no matter what. We look forward to getting you started as a Super Saver customer. Is this Okay?
At Purity Products, all calls are monitored and/or recorded for quality assurance and compliance.
[redacted] agreed to the Super Saver program for EverStrong Tablets at $39.95 each and B-12 Energy Berry Melts at $17.95 each when he placed the free bottle order; he was advised to call within the first 2 weeks if not satisfied so he won’t be charged or shipped anything further. [redacted] called our Customer Care Department the same day the order had processed and shipped, thus unable to stop the order. Sadly, [redacted] threaten our agent and hung up. Since the order is in transit, he may refuse or return the order for full refund; the Super Saver program has been canceled.

Then in about 2 weeks, we will ship you 3 bottles of the Certified Organic Juice Cleanse at $44.95 each (25% off retail), and 3 bottle of B-12 Energy BerryMelts at $17.95 each, every 3 months plus $6.95 for shipping, charged to the credit/debit card or checking account provided to Purity Products. However if you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply call our customer cr located on your free bottle within the first 2 weeks and you will not be charged or shipped anything further. Remember, the free bottle is yours to keep no matter what. We look forward to getting you started as a Super Saver customer. Is this Okay?

[redacted] contacted Purity Products via email (enclosed) on 1/**/16, and an email response was sent 1/**/16 which provided her with a RA# to return her last order, dated 12/**/15. Any orders received prior to December 2015 do not qualify for any refund as per our Refund Policy. Unfortunately, [redacted] has not returned the order, which she was provided an RA#, therefore refund has not been issued; she has until 3/**/16 to return it to still qualify for refund.

Like In said earlier, I did not order any product from you except promotional offer of $6.95. I want my full payment you charged my credit card. You charged my card in trickery. Everyone makes mistake but the fact that you're defending your position tells me you should not be in business. According to Purity Products response my credit card was refunded $29.95. I called my credit card company at 6:32pm (2/**/15) to ensure this matter was fully resolved. According to the company there was no movement on Purity Products end and they had no attempted to refund the $29.95.

On this date, the order processed and shipped as scheduled.
As per our Refund Policy, refunds are cheerfully provided on all used or unused bottles returned within 60 days of receipt. All of our free bottle offers come with an invitation to join the Super Saver Program; it is not mandatory to join and you may DECLINE at any time & still receive a Free Bottle. If you do decide to join the super saver program, our Cancellation Policy provided at the time of enrollment & included with every shipment, clearly instructs all customers that automatic shipping can be cancelled at any time by simply calling our Customer Care toll-free number at ###-###-####.
At Purity Products, all calls are monitored and/or recorded for quality assurance and compliance.
[redacted] agreed to the Super Saver program for Vital Maca Super Formula & Vital Brilliance Formula when he placed the free bottle order; he was advised to call within the first 2 weeks if not satisfied so he won’t be charged or shipped anything further, he agreed. [redacted] called the same day the order was processed and shipped, on 6/*/16 as he stated on the complaint form; unfortunately, we were unable to stop the order. The order total was $48.67, an initial refund of $14.60 was issued on 6/*/16 pending the return of the order and the balance was issued upon refusal of order, on 6/**/16 for $34.07; this totals the amount charged of $48.67.

I’ve personally monitored the call and confirm [redacted] agreed to the Super Saver program for the VeggieStrong - The Organic Protein Smoothie when he placed the free bottle order. [redacted] has since returned the order and a full refund for the merchandise has been issued; the Super Saver program has been canceled. The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a Canadian Domestic consumption Tax in which Canadian consumers pay to their government.

[redacted] was on the Super Saver program since 4/2014, since then, all orders have shipped to the address provided by her, [redacted]. On 12/**/14, her order processed and shipped as scheduled. Unfortunately, [redacted] did not make any address changes prior to the order processing/shipping, thus the order was successfully delivered as addressed to the address given at time of initial order. Purity Products is not affiliated with any shipping carrier, thus cannot respond as to why [redacted]’s order was not forwarded to her new address.
[redacted] called our Customer Care Department on 12/**/14; she realized she had not given us her new address. As a courtesy, the agent offered to send a [redacted] return label to the old address as an attempt to retrieve the package; in the meantime, [redacted] agreed to a replacement of 3 bottles. The initial order was then returned to us and a credit of $147.74 was issued, which did not include refund for the replacement bottles.
The super saver coupon policy is as follows. The customer must accumulate 12 coupons to redeem for 1 bottle, up to $55 value per 12 coupons/bottle.
