Review: I had an order that was to automatically be shipped on Oct. [redacted]. I called 2 weeks prior and talked to a live person and had that shipment cancelled. She said it was no problem and was suppose to have canceled it. On Oct. [redacted] they took $104.85 out of my account and shipped it anyway. I called Mon. am, Oct. [redacted]. They said the package was already shipped, but would go ahead and authorize the full refund since it was their fault. When I receive the package I was told to refuse it. So I was told the money would show in my account 2 to 3 days. I received the package Tues. late afternoon and took it back to the post office Wed. am. I called the company back on Thurs since the money is still not showing and the lady told me the refund was authorized Wed not Thurs but should been in my account in 2 to 3 days... Same song and dance. She then tells me it is listed as I didn't cancel the shipment. Easy for the them to say on their end...liars. Well, it's Sun. the [redacted] and I still don"t have my money they stole. How many people do they do this too????? What do I HAVE TO DO to get my money????????????Desired Settlement: I want my $104.85 returned to my account..... They have no right doing what ever they please.....

As per our Refund Policy, refunds are cheerfully provided on all used or unused bottles returned within 60 days of receipt. Upon receipt of order, a full refund will be issued; the Super Saver program has been canceled.

Review: I called to order a free trial and the representation tried to sell me other things I declined and clearly said I only want to be charged for the $6.95 for the free trial. She assured me that she was not and was rude about it. I advised her if I like it I will buy it but I just want my free trial. As soon as I hung up I checked my mobile banking and they had charged me $126.80 for something. I called right back to tell them what happened I was told customer care is not open and I would have to call Monday!! I called Wells Fargo and filed a claim. Then I called another number and got a helpful supervisor who advised me that yes I would have to call customer care. I called customer care this morning and the lady I talked to insisted that they did not charge me $126.80. She was rude and interrupted me and insisted they did not charge my card except for $6.95. I emailed a supervisor and sent her a picture of my account. I have not heard from her at all. The problem here is the first representation charged my card before we even were finished with my call. That is "predatory". I have asked the supervisors to listen to the call and see exactly what I said during the call. They all insist that they did not charge my card. My account is negative the amount of 126.80 because of them funds are not available to me because of them and no one will call me back.Desired Settlement: They are predatory sellers they charge my card without my permission is against the law. I want you to listen to the call and I want their procedures to change on how they conduct their business. I want my money back in my account and I still want the free trial that I was supposed to get.

Review: I initially ordered Krill Omega 50 on 12/**/15 this is the date I was first billed $6.95 for supposedly trial order that also included B12 capsules both were included for price of $3.95 plus $3.00 shipping (this was Trial Order)

on 12/**/15 after receiving order I called Purity to tell them I did not wish anymore products sent to me, I think, I spoke to a John, not sure. but they were informed on that date that I did not want any additional products sent to me, unless I called back, which I never did.

On 1/**/2016, I noticed Purity had charge my bank acct for $83.95. I never authorized any other orders for products from them and never would for that much money, bottom line

Review: I placed an online order for a supplement and was asked if I wanted to try another supplement for an additional 4.95 which I did. I am told by a customer service agent that a box was already selected for a continual order of this product which I never saw. When I called to complain and inform the supervisor of the shady business practice I was refused a return label to send the product back which I never ordered. I now have to pay an additional cost to send the product back before I could get my full refund. I believe the company should have the box deselected and if the customer wants continual shipments of additional product they should have the option to select the box.Desired Settlement: I would like the customer to change the way the option is selected to send a continual order of product to customers without their knowledge.

I order one product from this company and have it shipped once every three months. The last two orders were not shipped on time. and I was billed for the order prior to shipment. A better run company, would notify the customer if an order is delayed and would never charge until the order actually shipped. Customer service sees the order as shipped when it hasn't.

Review: I learned about Purity Products on the radio. The company representative profoundly exaggerated the results of their products.

I believed in what was represented. I ordered on March [redacted] & [redacted]. I could not wait. during my course of me taking "evidence-based nutritional supplements" I had no change... I called and cancelled... The operator was awful to me and I just wanted to cancel....I told her that Purity (powerfully over promised and did not deliver).

It still bothers me that they get away with these tactics. So this is way I am complaining today.Desired Settlement: I spent on 3 orders $238.55 and respectfully a full refund.

My complaint is not resolved.

The company response is not adequate in covering my issue.

The response seems to be a a well scripted CYA document. They already know that there products do not work, thus this document they sent to you/me.

They told me that I needed to take the produces longer/ all 90 days in order to work. Thus automatically eliminating one of 2 ways to return.

My only resolution is to have my refund in full. When this happens I will not proceed with any other actions.

Review: I placed an order for some products from Purity Products on September [redacted], 2015 (17 days ago) and the shipment was never delivered. I contacted Purity Products about 10 days after I placed the order to get the tracking number (which they never provided). I called [redacted] and tracked the shipment and [redacted] informed me that the shipment was lost and that they would start an investigation. [redacted] also informed me that when a lost package investigation is started only the shipper (Purity Products) would be contacted from that point on, and that because I was the recipient no further information would be made available to me. [redacted] informed me that I should contact the shipper (Purity Products) for further information. I called Purity Products on October [redacted], 2015 to inform them that I never received my package and [redacted] said it was lost. I spoke with Kaitlyn (ext [redacted]) at Purity Products and asked for a replacement order. Kaitlyn said no replacement order would be sent and that I should "wait for the shipment to arrive." I told Kaitlyn again that it was LOST, that it had been 17 days and that it was highly unlikely that the shipment would ever arrive. Kaitlyn put me on hold and returned to inform me that a lost package investigation had been started at and that I should contact [redacted] for further information! I explained that it was ME who started the lost package investigation. And that [redacted] would not provide me with any further information because I was NOT the shipper, you (Purity Products) were. I said fine just give me a refund I will place a new order. Kaitlyn informed me that she would also NOT refund my money, but she offered instead to refund 50% of the amount (for the trouble). And also that I needed to wait until [redacted] finished the lost package investigation which would conclude on Oct [redacted], 2015 before a replacement order, or a full refund would be issued. I agreed to those terms and we ended the call. Kaitlyn called me back about 5 -10 minutes later and said that NO REFUND at all would be issued, and that instead she would offer me a discount on a FUTURE order (which I always get anyway), plus free shipping (which I always get anyway) plus a free bottle of something or other (that I have never expressed any interest in). I told Kaitlyn that this was completely unacceptable, and that I would be contacting my Credit card to dispute the charge for NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS. And that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. After that I hung up. A short time later I received an email from Purity Products stating that my SUPER SAVER (an automated discounted ordering system Purity Products has) had been cancelled. It is importand to note that my lost [redacted] order was not a super saver order. This was another order I has initiated outside of Purity Products Super Saver program. Kaitlyn had even asked me during our first conversation - if the shipping date for my next super saver order (October [redacted]) was still on track for delivery and I told her yes. This was an entirely separate issue. Therefore, it appears that Kaitlyn initiated the cancelation of my Super Saver account and all my future Super Saver orders apparently in order to "punish me" for not accepting the absurd offer she made me during the second phone call. This was of course AFTER Kaitlyn went back on her word and decided not to refund the 50% (for all the trouble, as she had originally told me).Desired Settlement: Refund my money, or replace the shipment.

I called the customer service line and it had an automated prompt that can only adjust certain settings, but not cancel orders. If you say to "cancel" it will transfer you to a line that always says they are experiencing technical problems, then it hangs up on you. There is no way to cancel an order from this company. Review: I was under the impression that the product I was going to receive would boost my energy level. I've been taking it as described now for about a week and it's done NOTHING. For all I know the pills are simply PLACEBO pills withy absolutely nothing of value in them. I paid them their $4.95 shipping and "handling" charge and got a couple of pills. I now see that they're trying to make me order them on an automatic shipping arrangement so that they can bill me for all future shipments.

This company is running a very clever SCAM.... so stay away.

Review: On Sept. **,2013, I called and cancelled an order. I advised the service representative that I could not take this product due to undergoing a lap band procedure and the large size of the capsules. I was advised that I could retain an employee discount and that I would receive a catalog in the event I wanted to place an order. I was not made aware that shipment of these vitamins would resume. On Nov.*, 2013, I received a package from Purity Products containing the vitamins that I can not take. I immediately called and complained. Since the issue was not able to be resolved I was advised that a supervisor would contact me within 48 hours. On Nov. **, 2013, after not hearing from anyone I contacted Purity. I spoke with a supervisor identified as [redacted]. She explained that it was my responsibility to return the vitamins. I have no problem doing so, however the company will not provide me with an authorization to do so and more importantly they expect me to pay for the shipping for the unwanted products that they insist I ordered. I requested they play the recording back but they refused to do so, however they advised me that all conversations are recorded. Note their greeting clearly states calls may be recorded , not are being recorded. I have contacted my credit card company and have had this charge removed from my account, however this company will not provide me with an authorization to return the product or a mailer to do soDesired Settlement: Send me an authorization to return this unwanted product and a mailer to do so

Our records indicate [redacted] called our Customer Care department on 9/**/13 to cancel the Super Saver program; he agreed to remain on the Super Saver program with additional discounts and a delay on the next shipment set for 10/**/2013. On this date, the order processed and shipped as scheduled.

As per our Refund Policy, refunds are cheerfully provided on all used or unused bottles returned within 60 days of receipt. Upon receipt of order, a full refund will be issued; the Super Saver program has been canceled.

[Your Answer Here]When I called to cancel this order I explained that I could not take these pills due to a lap band proceedure which restricts what will fit into my esophagus. I inquired if the supplements were available in liquid form as that is how I take most of my supplements. I was advised that they would keep me on the supersaver for discounts and Purity would send me out a catalog in the event that I might find something else that I would like to try. Not finding anything suitable (liquid form) I did not place an order. It was never fully explained that should I not take further action (place an order) they would take it upon their own to ship out these supplements that I could not ingest otherwise I never would have agreed to be placed on the supersaver list. I wonder had I placed an order for something else would they still have sent me these pills? I have always been willing to return these unrequested/unordered items, however they have still not offered to pay for the shipping or provided an authorization code to do so even after being contacted by your office.

Review: I ordered the introductory sample, where you get a trial size of their product and pay shipping. I asked the woman on the phone if they would charge me for future shipments if I didn't want them. She said NO. About 2 weeks later I got charged $77+ for a 3 month supply. I called them, they told me to refuse the shipment and gave me a return number to put on the package. [redacted] came when I was out, but I took the package to [redacted] and returned it. They refunded me my money. I called them again and asked to cancel my account/membership/whatever they call it. I was told I would have to do that online. You can't cancel online. So I pushed my shipment back as far as I could.

Fast forward to last week. They charged my EXPIRED (in Nov 2015) debit card $34 and sent me ANOTHER shipment I do not want. The tracking number they provided said that it shipped on the [redacted] of February yet they sent me an email saying that my product had shipped on the [redacted]. Waiting a few days so that there is no way to cancel. Not cool at all. I got married in August, changed my name and got a new debit card (completely new number). There is no way they should've been allowed to charge $34 to my account. My first step is filing this complaint. My next step it taking up the issue with my bank. Then calling the company itself and returning the product that will be coming in the mail today and canceling any future ties with them. And if they give me any trouble doing that, contacting the State Attorney General.Desired Settlement: I do not want to hear from the company EVER again. I don't want so much as an email. And I don't want them charging me for something I have told them on several occasions I do NOT want.

I have been a Purity Products customer for about 4 years and have had very good experiences with their products. It is a quality and caring organization. I just read through the negative reviews and can not figure out what these people expect - 158 complaints in three years out of thousands of customers - AND the company has dealt appropriately with every one of the complaints. Some of these complaintants need to get a life - they obviously don't have enough positive things to do!!

Review: Called and canceled my current order on 8/**. Items that were order (Vitamins) caused moderate to severe ** upset. Sales rep suggested that I take with food. I stated I tried that, It did not help. I requested that my future orders be canceled. On 11/**/14 I arrive home to find another shipment of vitamins and my bank account was charged $190.80. I immediately called Purity Products to review my request to close account back in August and to please refund the funds they have taken from my account.. The Customer Care rep ([redacted]) was eager to reduce the cost of the product or replace it with another product. explained that the Vitamins were not agreeable with me and I do not want any other product. I requested again, (10 times or more) that my account be closed and to return my funds back to my account. [redacted] requested that I pay for shipping and when item s received they will then review and determine amount of refund. Through this process I was put on hold several time, was disconnected once. return call was a (24 minutes wait time).Customer rep [redacted] was understanding but still no resolve.Desired Settlement: Refund $190.80 back to my account. Regulate companies to send a reminder to the consumer, allowing consumer time to respond. Hold company accountable for attaching bank account with out permission.

Our agent explained “if you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply call our customer cr before 11/**/14 and you will not be charged or shipped anything further”. On this date, the order processed and shipped as scheduled.
