If you do decide to join the super saver program, our Cancellation Policy provided at the time of enrollment & included with every shipment, clearly instructs all customers that automatic shipping can be cancelled at any time by simply calling our Customer Care toll-free number at ###-###-####.
At Purity Products, all calls are monitored and/or recorded for quality assurance and compliance.  [redacted] agreed to the Super Saver program for Certified Organic Juice Cleanse B-12 Energy BerryMelts with Super Fruits when she placed the free bottle order; she was advised to call within the first 2 weeks if not satisfied so she won’t be charged or shipped anything further, she agreed. She may return the order for full refund; the supersaver has been canceled.

As per the agreed terms previously explained, service renewal is preauthorized and automatically recurs unless cancelled.  The Call & Activity Log which accurately records ALL contact attempts, shows no cancellations recorded PRIOR to 05/**/17; indicating service was active on the date of transactions through May 2017.   I have personally reviewed the account and found three orders processed on 2017 are NOT due a credit for the following reasons:    [redacted] Attached is a copy of the credit processed. My complaint is not resolved.
The company response is not adequate in covering my issue.
The response seems to be a a well scripted CYA document. They already know that there products do not work, thus this document they sent to you/me.
They told me that I needed to take the produces longer/ all 90 days in order to work. Thus automatically eliminating one of 2 ways to return.
My only resolution is to have my refund in full. When this happens I will not proceed with any other actions.

THE BUSINESS IN NOT TELLING THE TRUTH. I CANCELLED THE PRODUCT BECAUSE IT IS A TAINTED PRODUCT THAT MADE ME BREAK OUT IN A RASH MORE THAN ONCE. 
 They are incorrect about their timeline. I called and cancelled the shipments. They are in violation of Federal Law by force-feeding their products and billing customers without their permission. GIVE ME MY REFUND AND I'LL THROW THE BOTTLES IN THE TRASH OR SEND ME YOUR PREPAID LABEL IF YOU WANT THEM RETURNED. VERY SIMPLE, CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. YOU WILL NEVER WIN WITH UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. I HAVE BEEN BUYING PURITY PRODUCTS ALMOST 20-YEARS. AFTER THIS IS RESOLVED, I MAY NOT CONTINUE, DEPENDING ON THE OUTCOME. SELLING PILLS TO PEOPLE THAT MAKE THEM BREAK OUT MEANS THERE ARE IMPURITIES IN THE PRODUCT. I WILL SEND THEM TO THE FDA, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER TESTING AGENCIES TO DETERMINE WHAT IS REALLY INSIDE THOSE PILLS. [redacted] agreed to the Super Saver program for Krill Omega 50+ and B12 Energy BerryMelts when she placed the free bottle order; she was advised to call within the first 2 weeks if not satisfied so she won’t be charged or shipped anything further, she agreed. [redacted] called the same day the order was processed and shipped, unfortunately, we were unable to stop the order.
At Purity Products, all calls are monitored and/or recorded for quality assurance and compliance. I’ve personally monitored [redacted] called to our Customer Care line, my finding is as follows:
• The representative absolutely informed the customer that the order shipped on 10/**/16, he looked in to stopping it but saw that [redacted] already had the package. He told the customer he was unable to stop the order and informed she could return it to us once she received it, the customer did not seem [redacted]et by this information. The customer was informed of our 60-day return policy and offered a return authorization number. The customer mentioned not being able to “swing $40 a bottle” and the representative offered a 30% credit to keep the package, the customer did not answer this and asked about future super savers. He answered her question but then directly asked the customer if she wanted to return the package or keep it for 30% credit, the customer said she would keep it with the discount. Everything was presented very plainly, the customer did not seem confused about what had been discussed regarding the package. The representative addressed future orders and the customer agreed to 1 bottle of B-12 and 1 bottle of Krill Omega 50+ at employee price, every 2 months & the next order to ship November [redacted].

 I did not realize the order fot the six bottles had been sent ,the day I called. I was under the impression I would receive them starting on November 7 th and it would cost $28.32 per month. I can't afford the $40.00 why did he think I could afford $178.00. I am on disability and barely manage paycheck to paycheck. I was trying to get some vitamins at an affordable price, now I can't even buy my food. I will not be buying anything further from these people and will do all I can to discourage others in my position. Thank you for trying to help, but the salesman was so intent on making a sale he did not care how he got it.

As noted previously, I’ve personally reviewed [redacted] account and as per our Call Log Activity report, which records all account activity, [redacted] called on 8/**/15 and requested a cancelation which was completed by our Virtual agent. The order in question had shipped on 7/**/15, which was prior to the cancelation.

[redacted] was on the Super Saver program since 9/2013, since then, all orders have shipped to the address provided by her, [redacted] On 10/**/14, her order processed and shipped as scheduled; an email was sent to [redacted] providing the tracking details of the order.
Unfortunately, [redacted] did not make any address changes prior to the order processing/shipping with Purity Products, thus the order was successfully delivered as addressed. Purity Products is not affiliated with any shipping carrier, thus cannot respond as to why [redacted]’s order was not forwarded to her new address. As per our refund policy, [redacted] is no longer eligible for refund.
Our refund policy is printed on all invoices and is as follows:
