Review: I placed an order for krill oil the trial was 4.95 for shipping and handling.the representavive kept asking me did I want all these packages.I said no

I placed an order with this company on april,* 2014 for a free bottle of krill oil just pay shipping and handling fee of 4.95.The represenative kept offering me all these packages and I kept telling her no I only wanted to try the free bottle fo the 4.95 shipping fee.As soon as I got off the phone I went online and checked my bank account and she charged 119.95 to my credit card after I told her no to all those offers she was offering me!I was livid so I called right back and told them what happened.I got the daggone ru around the whole [redacted] day.I spoke with a [redacted] she told me I had to call back tomorrow because they didnt have no record of the order!I kept calling there to cancel that order and have my money put back in my account because I had other bills to go through my account.They kept telling me they could do nothing till tomorrow.So I called them 9 am this morning they still trying to give me the [redacted] run around!I told the represenative that I wanted the order cancelled and my 119.95 refunded back to my account.she had the nerve to tell me they would look into it and I would get a partial refund!I said no I want all my money refunded because I did not authorize this company to get 119.95 out of my account it was supose to be the 4.95 only!The represensative that took my order was fast talking and trying to talk over me,showed no integrity or honesty.I told her several times I only wanted the free trial and the 4.95 for shipping fee.I reported this to my bank as fraud because I did not authorize them to get 119 out of my account.I will never do business with this company again.I feel they are dishonest in the first place,you have the product for 2 weeks that is not enough time to know if something is gona work ,that is why they fast talk those offers in trying to manipulate you into buying more products.As of now I am still fighting to get my 119 dollars refunded back to my account.I would not recommend doing business with this company,they are just rip offs their products are way too expensive.They have no integrity at all.Desired Settlement: I want this company to give me my 119 back because I never authorized them to get that amount out of my account.I will never do business with them again.I am going to tell all my family and friends not to do business with them either.

Review: I called the customer service explained my situation to the representative and I asked him for a supervisors. I was placed on hold for 8 minutes and another representative picked up the line. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and she said I had to explain the my issue with her. I tried YET again to explain that I was on hold for a supervisor and she said she wasn't going to transfer me. When I raised my voice she said she would disconnect me and did. My credit card was charged $33.00. This was an unauthorized charge in fact back in August I had a similar dispute with Purity Products and was charged $276 and was told that my credit card number would be removed and NEVER charged again. At this point this is FRAUD! My credit card number is still on file. When I had the first dispute with Purity Products back in August in took almost three business days for someone to listen to me and as I was disputing the charges, they were still trying to sell me products. I'm asking to be refunded the $33.00 and that my credit card number be removed.

Heard an advertisement on the radio for a particular vitamin. Representative then
proceeded to ask me for credit card info and tried to sell me more products telling me that after two weeks I would receive 3 months worth of the vitamin I ordered. The scam promised to send a free offer for the item only paying for shipping and handling. When I received the vitamins it states on the bill that in less than two weeks, they will automatically charge my credit card, whether I like the product or not. I immediately cancelled my credit card, because of the treatment by the salesgirl, sensing a scam that nothing is for free! They want access to your credit card without your personal opinion or satisfaction. Very unprofessional.

Review: I would like to file a complaint to Purity products for fraudulently putting charges on my credit card for purchases I did not authorize. I never received the products and my credit card was charged. After several hours on the phone with several agents and [redacted] the [redacted] I was not treated Fairley and would like to file a police report for unauthorized use of my credit card. I would like to get paid for my time and aggravation trying to resolve this problem. I was spoken to rudely and told,that I authorized the products that was impossible,when I conferenced in my bank [redacted] and asked Purity Products to make right their answer was no, so we had to file fraud with my bank and they had to send me a new card and reverse the charges. I have the statement for charges and can support the fact that I never authorized the charges. I refuse to be treated like this or should any other consumer. Tis is what was to be expected they used my credit card without authorization and aggravated me for hours trying not to resolve the issue. This is not acceptable by me my bank should not pay for their wrong doing. What should In do next go to the police???? Nothing was ever sent to me in my name that was charged to my credit card. How can they do this and get away with this. Not acceptable please advise. I can share my experience with the local news and [redacted] sixty minutes and whoever else would like to investigate further.?

Review: I recieved my first order then immediately canceled. 3 months later I was billed again and more product shipped. I returned this and did receive a refund but took 3 weeks. I called again at this time and told them to immediately cancel and I would call again if I wanted more. Then 3 months later I have now been billed again and more product shipped. [redacted] called again on 11/**/15, the day after the order was processed and the agent had the warehouse go thru hundreds of orders to find the order, once found, the order was canceled & fully credited. The Super Saver program has been canceled.

I received an order and a few days later called to return it. I received an RMA and followed the instructions to return the package. It was received and I received no refund. I emailed the company customer service and after much correspondence with rma #s and tracking numbers I submitted they stated I sent back an earlier shipment because of the scan numbers on the bottles. Well, I did not scan the bottles so I had no idea what their lot numbers were.I then contacted via phone and was on hold for 20 minutes before talking to anyone. The gentleman on the phone kept putting me on hold as I attempted to resolve the situation. Finally I just said to cancel ANY future orders and the gentleman on the phone tried to sell me more products. I kept stating I wanted to CANCEL. I did finally get him to stop selling and give me a Cancellation number.Total call time for this was 39 minutes. Items of concern; (1) They put into an automated phone system to try and sell you items, (2) They make you wait extended time periods on the phone, (3) Their system when talking to customer service is antiquated, they cannot see notes from previous conversations on accounts (I am told). I used to love the products but will never order from them again.

Review: I heard about the product on radio on the ** . So I called to try it. I was told I could cxl before shipment on the [redacted] if not happy. I only took these for 3-** to 3-**. which I called to cxl on than. A automated line told I wanted to cxl. Which it said done. I assumed it was so they would not debt my bank on the [redacted].. yes the did debt my account on the [redacted]. $178.65. I called on the [redacted] to ask why they did. They said no record of me cxl. I waited 13 mins for customer.

How can you see if the vitamins really work in 2 weeks. I felt no better. I did the online survey also told the same. I need my money. It has caused me overdraft ao other checks is account, I called 2 times to ask for them to put the money back Which they said no.. They would put half back and the rest when I got the package shipped back to them.. This does no help my charges of overdraft of today and others that will happen .

I called the ###-###-#### # and their is no wait to talk to agent to order more vitamins . I asked for a supervisor/ was given to [redacted]. I asked again to return my money. was told no. They will when I return the package -4.95 for shipping.shipping. This is totally bad businesses . Very misleading and bait and switch. I was very nice to these people until they told me I should have read the insert better and how can they only work in 2 weeks I feel they owe me my money a written apology plus the extra fees from my bank.. Just whom can we trust or believe any more.?Desired Settlement: to be removed from there call ans mail list. Which [redacted] was informed me of I could not get any more of their free vitamins. I was willing to pay for them if I felt they worked. I hope they would I would have been happy to keep getting the order. Given time for them to work I would have maybe been a lifetime consumer. Review: This company does everything it can to not allow you to cancel your subscription to a super saver. We have two super saver subscriptions that we want to cancel, but the company makes it impossible to do so. They do not answer their customer service phone.Desired Settlement: Cancel all super saver subscriptions. Do not mail any other products out. Do not make any future charges on our account. Close our account out.

I had called once before to cancel my subscription but got talked into some kind of "deal". I called again and wanted to cancel the subscription and the sales rep spent 20 minutes trying to offer me more deals. I explained that I didn't use the product so I didn't want to keep being billed for it. He ignored my request for a very long time and just made it difficult to proceed. Finally gave me cancellations numbers.. Whatever that is

Review: They advertise a free sample but you pay $5 in shipping. Then unbeknownst to the consumer, they automatically enroll you in a subscription that cost $140 dollars and automatically withdraw it from your account. They auto draft caused me a lot of finical distress. I didn't know about the charge and it came and caused me over $103 worth of overdrafts from my bank.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $140 dollars plus the $103 dollars of overdraft charges due to the un authorized withdraw.

I ordered a one time supply of pills b/c of something I heard on the radio. When I spoke to the representative they kept trying to sell me on different packages and deals and I kept telling them no. A month later they charged my account $124. When I called to inquire and ask for a refund they told me I got charged b/c I was on the automatic shipment program and that I would not get refunded until I mailed them their shipment back. I did not authorize to be put on that program, I did not authorize for pills to be shipped to me, and I did not authorize any charges to be made to my account. They told me they have to do an investigation to see if they are going to refund me and I am livid. What they are doing is fraudulent and I am sure I am not the only person who has had an experience like this from them.

Review: We contacted a radio ad for a free trial on Sept **, 2015. We were assured at that time there was no commitment or auto refill based upon the trial offer. There was an auto refill processed in October 2015, and purity would not contact [redacted] and stop the shipment. It is up to us to stop the shipment.Desired Settlement: Have [redacted] return the shipment to purity. I can not cancel only the shipper can cancel per [redacted].

Review: I ordered Advanced IP-6 FMLA vitamins from Purity Products. They sent them. I found I'm allergic to them and broke out in a rash. I called them and said do not send me any more of them.

A few months later on July **, 2015, the shipped me 3-more bottles and charged my credit card $94.80 without my permission.

I called them and explained this to them and was told to ship them back at my own expense. I told them to send me a shipping label since I already told them to cancel future shipments due to allergy.

They refused, so now I'm filing complaint.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of what they charged my credit card without my permission of $94.80. If they want their pills back, then send me a prepaid shipping label.

The order in question had shipped on 7/**/15, which was before the cancelation was requested. [redacted] request for a label or refund has been denied.

Our refund policy is printed on all invoices and is as follows:

Refund Policy - Refunds cheerfully provided on all used or unused bottles returned within 60 days of receipt. Please call Customer Care within 60 days at ###-###-#### to obtain a return authorization. Return Authorization does not cover the cost of return shipping. Again, you must return your used and/or unused bottles to receive a refund within 60 days.

THE BUSINESS IN NOT TELLING THE TRUTH. I CANCELLED THE PRODUCT BECAUSE IT IS A TAINTED PRODUCT THAT MADE ME BREAK OUT IN A RASH MORE THAN ONCE.

They are incorrect about their timeline. I called and cancelled the shipments. They are in violation of Federal Law by force-feeding their products and billing customers without their permission. I did not want to receive any future shipments and made that clear. This was all done according to Purity Products term agreements. I made the cancellation within the time limit. Purity Products has not been truthful in their response. They stated I agreed to the super saver with a delayed date. That is untrue. I told the company representative, [redacted], on 1/**/15 that I wanted to cancel the automatic shipments because I saw no benefit to the product. She tried to talk me into a delayed order. I said no. The purpose to my call was to cancel the future auto shipments not to delay anything. She told me that I had until Feb [redacted] to call back to resume the auto shipment that wound go out on Feb [redacted]. I told her I understood the fact I COULD call back to resume if I want further products. I never called back to resume anything, therefore, leaving my cancellation intact. Purity Products then went ahead and use my credit card without my knowledge or permission and shipped an order out on Feb [redacted], 2015. To me that is theft. [redacted] the supervisor ,asked me for my cancellation number, but [redacted] never gave me one and I did not know I was suppose to have one. It cost me $11.55 to mail the unwanted product back on 2/**/2015. They will not credit my account until they get the unwanted product back by return mail. They forced their product on me even after I cancelled it, tied up my credit card, and cost me $11.55 out of pocket in return mail costs. I am very unhappy with this company and they way they deceive the public. Shame on them. I want the $143.85 returned to my credit card account and the $11.55 in mailing cost returned to me.

Review: Purity Products made an unauthorized draft out of my account after I had cancelled via phone my account and requested a refund of what I had already spent. this resulted in a domino effect which cost me a fine to reinstate my license, another down payment to acquire new auto insurance since my then current one was cancelled due to non-payment, a late charge and a disconnect charge for electric and water, as well as a late charge for auto payment for a total of $1265.00. Review: They used my credit card without my authorization on Order number [redacted].

I have been a customer of theirs for some time. I have three separate orders of supplements. Back in 2010, I attempted to cancel my shipments of one of those products I no longer wanted. (December 2010 was the last time I got a shipment of the product I did not want.) I was unsuccessful in canceling this product and the company continued to notify me of future shipments.

Because I was unable to get the company to cancel the product I didn't want, I did the next best thing I could think of. I only authorized the company to use an expired credit card number for future shipments of the unwanted product because I knew the card would not go through.

For the last two and one-half years, every time a shipment of this unwanted product was due, the company would send me an email saying that they were “unable to send my shipment because my credit card had expired.” Because I never authorized the company to use a valid card, they didn’t send me any shipments.

That strategy worked until this month.

I received another email a week or so ago saying the company was unable to ship this unwanted product because my card was expired. Although I never authorized the company to use any other card, someone at the company used another one of my cards on file—one I did NOT authorize for this unwanted product. Yesterday I was surprised to receive a shipment of this unwanted product.

I attempted to call today to report this unauthorized shipment and to return this product to the company. However, the automated message stated all of their representatives were in a meeting and they could not help me.

Therefore, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge from August *. They will be in contact with the company on my behalf regarding this order.Desired Settlement: I no longer want shipments of the unwanted product.

I would like to keep my other two products -- just not this product.
