Review: I place an order for Prelox -SS and Zestosterone Formula-SS on 11/**/2014 approximately a month ago and my credit card was charge $109.90 and I still haven't received my product.

The provider is claiming that the product was delivered via [redacted] and they had made a request thru [redacted] to investigate the delivery.

Provider is indicating that they are not able to do anything until the [redacted] research is done. I have received several calls from [redacted] and even sign a form that was brought to my house by [redacted] and sign that I HAVEN'T received the product.

I thought I will be receiving the product or credit into my account and to my information per today's call that the case is closed indicating that [redacted] said that they deliver the item even when I specifically told them that I had sign a paperwork indicating that I didn't received it. I have place a cancellation with Purity Products for any future shipments and at this time I only one my credit back to my account of $109.90. I don't think is fair to any customer to wait a month without any solutions.

I have waited long enough and gone thru all of the proper channels and have been very patience.Desired Settlement: refund back to my card for the amount of $109.90

Review: Purity Products have been charging my account for merchandise I never received. Reported this to my credit card and Purity Products sent me merchandise 3 cans of their powdered juice drink that I do not feel is worth the 44.95 per can. I also cancelled the trial membership on April ** when they sent me an email that they were attemting to charge my credit card. After two weeks the company sent me the merchandise after I received a refund as a result of a dispute with my credit card. I refused delivery of the product and sent it back. I suggest Purity Products obtain the tracking number for their shipment as it will indicate it was returned. The Post Office does not give a receipt for refused delivery and I did not receive a return label until a week after I refused delivery.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card refunded the $139.80. I also believe this company should b investigated for swindeling and/or misleading advertisement. My card should have never been charged due to the fact I reported this to Credit Card Services and changed my credit card number. Please also b advised that Credit Card Services has not investigated the matter properly and has no authority to add this unauthorized charge while it is in dispute status.

Customers that cancel within the free trial period are never billed and only incur the initial shipping and handling fee for the free trial received.All calls are monitored and/or recorded for compliance, quality, and training purposes. I have personally reviewed the account and found no request of cancellation entries recorded prior to 05/**/15 in the Call & Activity Log, which records ALL contact attempts and account activity. This indicates [redacted] failed to stop preauthorized shipments by calling to cancel the service. On June [redacted] 139.80 was charged to my Harley Davidson Credit Card and no credit has been made. The merchandise was returned by the postal office at the end of May. There was no reason this amt should have been recharged to my account. If you would like a copy of my credit statement I could provide it although I do not feel it is appropriate that I should disclose this information.

Review: On December *, 2013, I ordered one of purity products on a trial basis by only paying for shipping of the product. I received the product. And in the package was the product and a statement sheet showing what I ordered the amount I paid $6.95 and the balance $0. OnDecember **, 2013 I checked my bank account and noticed that I had been charged $124.80 for an auto shipment that I knew nothing about and didn' t authorized.

I called my bank to stop the payment then I called Purity. I talked to a young women that told me that She would have to let her [redacted] hear the recording to determine whether or not I was told about the auto shipping of the product to me.and then a determination would be made for reimbusement I told her that I didn't want the product and was never told that by ordering the sample that I would be sent the product every month. She kept telling me that her [redacted] would have to determine whether or not I would receive a refund. At that point I told her I would called Chase Bank and issue a complaint about the debit from my account

Which I did. After talking to Chase, I call purity products again to get that account closed.

Talked to another found women that was very polite at the beginning. I asked her to close the account. She said that she see that the account was already closed.I told her why I was calling back again. I told her what was told to me in the first call to Purity. She assured me that that wasn't true and let me know that she would take care of it. at that point I was releaved. Some how the conversation went to left field I was over talked to and talked down to. Anyway I even told her that I would be willing to fax her the statment that came with the order.it had Absolutely nothing about auto shipping the product on a regular basis and I felt was a clear case of

Bait and Switch. She insinuated that I may have ok'd the order then decided it would put me on a bind to get the product I told her I liked the product t but I didn't like the way that they charged me for something I didn't authorized.so therefore I didn't want the product. Every time I tried to say something she cut me off and would over talk me. Finally I just told that I didn't want the product.(I didn't want to argue with her) she said she would check with the warehouse to see if they have sent out the product. And she would

call me back. I haven't received a call as of yet. Its a shame, Purity does ha e a good proxut, but as far as their business of bait and switch is BAD business practice. They are not the only company that sell good suppliments. I get supplements from other companies and will just stick with them. They don't even have the correct billing address or expiration date on my CC info but are still able to bill me. I cannot delete the CC info from my on-line account and their "customer service" representative LIED and did not do so on my last phone call. Review: I signed up for the auto-ship program for the product AstaFX Super Formula on 2/**/2015. I was not satisfied with the results and called to cancel all future orders on 9/**/2015 and received and e mail to that effect on 9/**/2015. On 9/**/2015 my credit card was charged $124.80 and items were shipped four days later on. 9/**/2015.. I refused this shipment on 9/**/2015. Item were to be returned via first class mail on that date. I contacted Purity Products in mid October as to the status of a refund at that time I was told that the items had yet to be received therefore no refund could be issued.The agent pulled up the tracking number and did confirm that the items were indeed refused on 9/**/2015, however still refused to issue a refund. I am able and willing to provide a tracking number upon request.

Given the timing of the charge and three day delay in shipping, the company refusal to issue a refund all the while being aware and verified that the products were refused I believe this may very well be a case of mail fraud. I have disputed these charges with my credit card and am awaiting resolution to this matter.

Purity Products has left a very bitter taste in my mouth with their sell tactics. Their sell tactics are a scheme. If Purity Products are as great as they claim, there is no need to be shady. They claim to give you a free 2 weeks supply of products (Krill Oil and B12) and within 2 weeks, you can cancel additional shipments of the products. WELL....my account was debited for products $183.60 several days BEFORE the 2 weeks was up.
WHAT A SCAM!!!. I was told I can cancel the product, but will be charged a shipping fee out of my $183.60 AND will have to pay shipping to have the products returned, even though I have not received the additional products. WHAT A SCAM!!!.. I requested to have the shipment cancelled & the CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (what a joke) said he could not cancel the shipment.. WHAT a Joke!!. I promise I will NEVER purchase nor recommend this company to anyone!!.

Review: my wife ordered a SAMPLE, and DECLINED there auto-ship program. However they started shipping automatically and billing our CC.

I have called twice and get told someone will respond in 24 hrs, then it was 48 hr. Then...

Review: I answered an over the radio ad concerning one of their products, AstaFX, and tried the product for about ten days. I then called the number on the bottle that they had listed for me to call land cancel their automatic shipment of their product to me. I talked with an individual there and he assured me that I had no outstanding orders and nothing would be shipped to me. I explained to him what I was calling about and he said not to worry. On the twelfth of Sept. I received in the mail an order of three bottles of AstaFX. I called them on the morning of the thirteenth and talked with an individual concerning the situation. He stated it wasn't his department and he talked with a [redacted] and said for me to call back in an hour. I told him it seemed funny that the company could take my money rather easily but could not correct a problem that they caused so easily. He stated that his [redacted] would listen to the previous call I had made to see what the problem was and he could help me a little bit. I told him I just wanted to send the pills back and get my money back. He kept saying he could help me but at the same time he kept trying to get me to accept his "script" of how to deal with the situation so that the company would get something out of it. I became so frustrated that I "cussed" and hung up on him telling him l would accept the lost but would never deal with them again. My two concerns are the fact that they lie when they say that recorded conversations will be used for training purposes as I believe that they will keep them to try and make customers out as the "bad" guys as has happened in the past with phone companies which have altered the recorded conversations, and my concern that they are not listening to customers who are just trying to get things right when they have made the mistake. I do not plan on dealing with them ever again and will tell all my parishioners what a terrible company they are and not to deal with them. The business makes it extremely problematic to cancel your order. If you call after hours the only option you have to extend or delay shipment. If you go online you have no way of cancelling your payment by this method either. There should be a way to cancel without speaking to a representative, especially through the online customer service portal. This is a deliberately deceptive practice and should be monitored closely. This has been a frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming process due to the behavior of this company.

I responded to a Purity infomercial on the radio. The offer was a 30 days supply of Curcumin/Green Tea with a 30 days supply of b12meltaways for $4.95 shipping and handling. I TRIED AND TRIED with the operator to NOT be enrolled in the 3 month supply AUTOship program. He said I could cancel anytime so I acquiesced. When my order arrived it was only a fifteen days supply of curcumin so I called and asked to have the whole order cancelled. After arguing with the operator for at least 15 minutes I was put on hold for another few THEN he started in all over again. I insisted we cancel everything and they finally gave me a confirmation number showing cancellation. I then received an email from Kina showing the cancelled future order. Not only was the curcumin on the order but a 3 month supply of b12 as well as their HA formula that WE NEVER EVER DISCUSSED. This company may or may not make a good product BUT I will never do business with them again because they lie AND pad orders. SHAME! I went the extra step and cancelled my credit card as well. Based on what other customers are saying - THEY STILL CHARGE AFTER YOU CANCEL!
