As per *** ***’ Visa credit card, the address the order shipped to matches 100% with the billing address they have on file for her

Our phone records indicate *** *** called our Customer Care department on 3/**/to cancel the Super Saver program as he needed more time to try each product individuallyOur manager offered a discount and to delay the next order and *** *** agreed to remain on the Super Saver program with the next shipment set for 8/**/14; he was advised to call prior to 8/**/if after trying the product, he still wanted to cancelThe order processed & shipped as scheduledUnfortunately *** *** called on 8/**, after the order had processed and was advised to refuse the orderThe order was returned on 8/**/and a full refund was issued; the Super Saver program was canceled

They stated that I may return it, but did not provide any means to do so, e.gemail address, return shipping address and/or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), etc. As my complaint clearly indicates, they have insulated themselves from being contacted regarding cancellations or returns. Which, was in fact, a large part of the reason for my complaint to the Revdex.com in the first place. Until they arrange for the return of, and refund for the package they already sent me, then I do not consider my problem resolved. Apparently I mistakenly listed the package as a $value. However, their response indicates that the package they shipped (before the 15-days after shipping the sample) is actually valued above $120.00, making a refund even more of an issue than I had originally thought!!!
