We do not warranty our knives against "rust" which can be removed using lemon juice or a rust remover such as Barkeepers Polish.  On a one time only basis, we will replace the knives for the consumer.  Return postage will be sent for returning them.  New knives will be sent upon...

Please advise the consumer that Cuisinart is doing everything possible to accommodate consumers and provide a replacement blade.  We are currently out of stock and expect to ship replacement blades within the next 30-60 Days.  We are sorry for the inconvenience this recall has caused.

Consumer does not advise the Model and Serial Number of her Food Processor in her complaint.

Since you are now working with the Legal Department it would be very helpful if you would advise the Model No. of your food processor.

Better Bus. Bureau - This is our lst notice of this complaint!  A replacement blade will be sent to the consumer within (7) days providing that a replacement blade has not already been sent.

I am rejecting this response because:  I filled out the requested paperwork Dec 13, 2016, requesting a replacement riveted blade.  You have that paperwork...

and have indicated that my model oF Cuisinart was one that had a defective blade that was being recalled and would be replaced.  For the second time, per your request, I have a Cuisinart Premier Series 7-cup Food Processor, [redacted] Series, service notification [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Business has requested pictures of the defective...

[redacted] but after attempting uploading files I was unsuccessful . Please note I have already send these pictures to business a few times and have been trying to get a response since December 2016. They can search for my initial request under my email [redacted]I want replacement of my defectives [redacted] under the manufacturer warranty as soon as possible. I should not have to resort to Revdex.com to have a business honor their manufacturer warranty.

We do not understand the rejection as we asked a question as to what the model no. was.A replacement blade will be sent to the consumer this week as we have recently received replacement blades from the manufacturer.

Our Customer Service Division advises they replaced the consumer's out of warranty appliance on 1/10/17.

We have finally located consumer's return.  A refund check will be ordered and sent when it is received from our Finance Department!

Advise consumer that return postage has been sent to her as previously advised.  When the coffee maker is received we will issue a refund to her.

The undersigned contacted Mr. Beylis this date and have advised him that we will have UPS retrieve his toaster oven from him.  When it is received a replacement unit will be sent.

I have contacted Mr. [redacted] this morning, he will visit the Cuisinart Website to choose a different replacement model coffee maker that he wishes to receive since we no longer have the model DCC-1100BW.  When we are in receipt of his choice, a replacement coffee maker will be sent to him.

Pre-paid postage will be sent to the consumer to return the appliance for our replacement.

Reason for rejection by consumer of our request to know the Model No. is strange.  A replacement blade will be sent to her within (7) days.Tell us why here...
