We are not replacing food processors, only blades.  If not already done so a replacement blade will be sent within seven (7) days.

A REPLACEMENT BLADE WILL BE SENT TO THE CONSUMER WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS.

Consumer sent an electronic communication to Conair Corporation this date advising she has received our return postage and is sending the subject hair clip.

A unit was sent to the consumer on November 14, 2015.  I have relayed this information by telephone to Mr. [redacted] and have given him my contact information if he has any further questions.

Upon receipt from Mr. [redacted] of the subject coffee maker, a replacement coffee maker will be sent to him at no charge.

A replacement blade will be sent to the consumer within (7) days!

I am rejecting this response because: they have access to my records - I have called them twice and they know my model number.  Just in case = my model number is dlc-2009chb as submitted...

online for replacement blade and repeated to customer service over the phone two days ago.  If they did not know my model number = they would not have given me a 6 month waiting period for my replacement.

Our Customer Service Division advises that a replacement skillet has been ordered for him.  He also received an electronic communication advising him of the status of his replacement.
