I am rejecting this response because: this response does not help the situation at all.  I will be without the use of my food processor for 8 months...

by the timeI receive the replacement - this is unacceptable.  I realize certain things can be produced only so fast but there must be some other solution then.  Your company is stillmanufacturing new products - can't those plants be modified to produce more replacement blades?  Or offer everyone a new food processor. I know this is costly for your business but this is becoming costly for your customers. I'm going to have to go out and buy a new food processor because it is becoming difficult to be without it.  I should not have to go to that expense due to a mistake by your company.  I feel that Cuisinart needs to step up and find some other solution if the [redacted] cannot be replaced sooner.

Return postage will be sent to the consumer.  When the hair dryer is received it will be evaluated by our Engineering Department and we will advise the consumer of our findings.   The Use and Care Instruction Booklet which accompanies the appliance specifically warns the user against...

leaving the hair dryer plugged in and unattended.

We have forwarded return postage to Miss [redacted]o return the beverage maker, accessories & refill cartridges along with her purchase receipts.  When these items are received we will issue our refund check to her.

Cuisinart is doing the very best we can to replace consumer's blades as inventory is received from the manufacturer.  It has been confirmed to me this date that this consumer's blade is being shipped to her.

Cuisinart is doing the very best that it can to replace consumers blades!  Replacements are sent as soon as they are received from the factory!

Return postage has been sent to this consumer to return the blender and a copy of the purchase receipt to us for a refund.

Unless it has already been sent a replacement blade will be sent within seven (7) days!

*Hello, Yes I...

received the pan and again was sent a defective pan ( see attached photos below) both corners of pan had enamel off and the box it was sent in had handle sticking out of a hole in delivered box. I sent pictures of box and pan to customer service and they responded  "because the box arrived damaged you would have to contact UPS for this inquiry". I contacted UPS and they said it is the shippers responsibility to file a complaint not mine. I have sent another email informing them of what UPS said.  I am frustated on having to keep returning these pans. I did not return this last one but decided to complain to Revdex.com in hopes you could help resolve this by them giving my money back $41.65 instead. I then will return pan at their expense. Thank you for responding and hope for a resolution*

Cuisinart's Customer Service Department confirms that the Yogurt maker was replaced and a service fee of $10.00 was charged.  There is a standard fee however as a gesture of good will we will waive that fee and a refund check of $10.00 will be sent to the consumer.

Cuisinart is doing everything they can to fill the replacement blade orders as soon as blades are received from the manufacturer.

Consumer received three replacement units (12/14-would not heat up properly, 4/15 -made a humming noise, 5/26/15-not heating to temperature).  A letter has been sent to Ms. [redacted] this date advising her that we will engage [redacted] to retrieve the Microwave Convection Oven at...

our expense for submission to our Engineering Department and their temperature testing.  We will advise her of our findings after the testing has been completed.  We have requested Ms. [redacted] to contact us when she is ready for the retrieval of her packaged unit by [redacted].

I apologise. There was no way to edit my original information to add a model number so I used that option to get that additional information to you, as it looked like accepting the resolution would close this case completely. I appreciate the fast replies and look forward to receiving my blade.

Now that we have the consumer's model no. we can order a replacement blade for the consumer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They actually did contact me further and replaced the entire unit.  I just set it up last night and all is in order.  Please note that part of my complaint was the inordinate amount of time they took to get back to me, the fact that I had to file the complaint repeatedly from the website and that when they asked me a question, they never acknowledged my response or took it to the next step,.I do have to add though, that I think it is absurd that they do not offer replacement parts for a REMOVABLE, inexpensive part of a machine.  I now have an extra machine that works just fine, but only one water tank to use with them.  Wouldn't it be easier and more cost effective to have replacement parts available for PURCHASE,.   But, I guess their strategy is to force the consumer to buy an entirely new item.  Which I would have, but not from them.Thank you for your effort on my behalf.  I am certain that is why I received such a generous offer from Conair.

Please be advised that since your initial notification of this matter by Ms. [redacted], Conair Corporation has tried to find the replacement water tank Ms. [redacted] requests. We are unable to locate this part. The only thing we can offer her is to either replace her garment steamer with another model...

or provide her with a refund for the unit she has. We are very sorry that we cannot meet her request.
