Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I received a refund. They are a horrible representation of the values the Revdex.com represents and upholds. They should be removed period. Their social media reviews all have similar complaints of unprofessionalism.

I am rejecting this response because:


The fact that this company did not deliver the merchandise as
promised, by Christmas, and thinks it's ok that I received the merchandise on
12/28/15 is not acceptable to me. I would like
my shipping fees refunded, and here's why:
































1) Your
website stated 10-14 days shipment confirmation from time of purchase. You
did not ship my items until 17 days after the date of purchase (12/4/15)




2) Thinking
that the USPS would deliver within three days across country when sent on
12/21, probably the busiest time of the year, is a mistake on your end.





The shipments were accepted after
4pm on 12/21/15 (per the USPS tracking statements) and from 12/21 it took
FIVE days to get Atlanta alone, then two more days to get to my home



It is American Laser Crafts' error
with the USPS that the merchandise didn't arrive on time, not mine.








3) I don't
think I should have to pay for the shipping on this merchandise because not
only did I not get the merchandise on time, as promised, when I ordered it
prior to the company's Christmas



deadline of 12/8/15, but I now have
to pay to ship the hot pads that
I just received early evening on 12/28/15 because the people that were here
for Christmas have all now returned to



their homes in other states. And I
have to go to the trouble of going out of my way to get to the post office
and getting them shipped as well.






Again, this is ALC's error - not
mine, they need to take this up w/the USPS and make the customer whole



























This
company clearly had issues getting their orders filled and delivered as
promised during the holiday season (you can see the other complaints on the
Revdex.com) but the customer should not be the one that suffers


from their
inadequacies. The fact that they made no effort to communicate with the
customer (I still never received one response from this company after sending
two emails to them and this is the first response


from them
now after filing a Revdex.com claim and the merchandise finally being delivered).






























You can
even see on Yelp, that this company has horrible reviews for customer service
and delivery issues.  Look at one
comment below about trying to find a phone number:




FYI, I tracked down a phone number for American Laser Crafts,
###-###-####, and received an automated response that they currently do not
have a phone system. I am not sure of a legitimate business that does not
have a phone system.

I just started receiving status emails on my orders after filing a Revdex.com complaint.  It should not have taken this long to update me on my orders. You need to improve your customer service department.

Thank you for your feedback. The prices may seem higher than you would normally expect because shipping is charged per item, not per order and the cost does include a handling fee. Because our items are customized, they go through many stages and are not just pulled off the shelf and shipped out....

Because discount codes were already applied to the orders, we are unable to discount the orders further, including shipping.
