Again, I apologize for any frustration caused by our shipping fees. In an effort to resolve this matter for you, I would be happy to extend a one-time courtesy and refund $10.00 back to your method of payment. This amount should be reflected in the next 3-5 business days.

Hello [redacted],We have already refunded everything that was paid to us. Merchant credit card processing regulations will not let us credit money back to a card that was never charged by us. Those rules are not up to us. You paid $2.99 shipping to us for each bottle opener and that has already been refunded per your first request. If it was within our power to do your request, we would be more than happy to. Christmas. Paying extra for shipping only applies to how fast the item actually moves in transit, it doesn't affect at all how fast we process it. I'm sorry about the confusion. Thanks!

I am rejecting this response because: the concern on the shipping charge was not address neither through this nor the email from the company through personal email. I would like them to address the shipping charge of almost $30 to ship my products 20 miles. They came through Usps and came in a small bag with no packaging. The package probably weighed less then 3 pounds. I would like a refund for the difference between what I was charged and what shipping really cost.
