I am rejecting this response because I paid almost $9 for an item to be shipped within 10-14 days and it has now been over 30 days so that is a lot of money to pay for shipping that was not done in a timely manner.

I am rejecting this response because:I received a tracking number for this item and it is an INVALID TRACKING NUMBER.My local post office researched it and said that there wasn't ever anything shipped with that number.I still want the item, however. Please send me the new tracking number ASAP. My item should be top priority and it should be made today.This was supposed to be a CHRISTMAS GIFT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am rejecting this response because: The pre-shipment label states it is USPS (which is slow anyway) priority mail 2-day shipment. USPS doesn't guarantee that those items will be delivered in 2-days. The post office is closed Christmas Eve at noon I believe which leaves today only to ship my item.  So until I either see that is has shipped and will arrive on-time and receive my item I will not be satisfied. I only received a response because I went through the Revdex.com, all my other emails have been ignored and pushed to the side with no importance.

I do see that you used a code that should have discounted both of your boards, so I have refunded $59.99 for the 2nd board as well to your credit card....

Hi [redacted],Thanks for your email. I noticed you said we would try to blame it on the post office - well we won't do that. We'll let them blame themselves :). Please see the attachment that has your tracking number and the post office saying it is delayed. Unfortunately we can't control that at all....

For bottle openers that weigh just several ounces, we sent this out 1st class mail which is a very fast service (unless the post office delays it). You will definitely want to contact the Post Office and find out why this was delayed. I'm sorry if it caused you to view us as slow!Thank you,Brian

I am rejecting this response because: I placed this order on November 22nd which was long before the "Christmas rush." When I checked the tracking number provided by the business, there is still no information.  Since these items have to be shipped from Utah to CT, the shipping time through the USPS will never make it unless it is shipped overnight delivery or 2nd day air no later than this Friday, 12/18. I would like the business to guarantee that the items will be shipped via overnight delivery by the end of this week.   In addition, I have posted twice on American Laser Crafts Facebook page and my posts have been removed by the business which I don't think is right. I have only stated facts and many people who have posted seem to have the same problems with shipping and delivery. Thank you.
