Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Hi Brian,Thank you for the quick and professional responseFirst of all, It's quite amazing how fast I get a response when I go though this channelMy emails have gone unanswered for weeks (literally) and is the root of my issues with American Laser Crafts (still growing)Thanks for your holiday statistics and the profit margin of your bottle openers, however that is largely irrelevantI take it that you are surprised that customers who spend money and do not receive their goods (or a simple response) are letting it be known (mind boggling)Some would call this theft, and I would have to agree with themIf your staff is, in fact, working hours a day than how do you explain weeks of unanswered emails? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In the response from Brad K***, he mentioned they had tried to "reach me several times" - this is a flat out fabrication First of all, my emails have all been responded to via their auto-response system - so they have my correct email, and it has been coming into my regular inbox I have also provided my phone number with each email response (a cell phone I have on me 24/for work), and they have never called Just to be sure, I checked my spam folder, and there were NO emails or correspondence from American Laser Crafts I have also tried again to call the company, but they "do not have a phone system set up" per their recorded message - and the only way to reach them is by email.....and they do not respond via email In regards to the groupon codes, I purchased groupons - for hot pad, and for hot pads (for a total of 5) Each of these codes were entered when I placed my order, and as my order was placed, and the codes entered, the amount of the purchase was taken off....indicating they were accurate codes.This company has done NOTHING to resolve this issue.....please help to get this resolved This company should not be allowed to do business.....they have literally stolen money from me by not fulfilling the product orders I paid for....as well as charging me shipping on an order they never fulfilled or shipped This is fraudulent activity and something needs to be done to protect the consumer from companies such as this Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hello, I promise that we didn't illegally charge your credit cardSince you were charged your order is somewhere in our systemI tried looking up your order using the email address you posted the complaint on Revdex.com with, however I wasn't able to find anythingSince you never received an email from us regarding your purchase, my best guess is that when you were placing your order there was a small spelling mistake in the email addressIf you would please email me at kent.o' [redacted] @qualtry.com I would be more than happy to figure out where your order isThanks!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The pre-shipment label states it is USPS (which is slow anyway) priority mail 2-day shipmentUSPS doesn't guarantee that those items will be delivered in 2-daysThe post office is closed Christmas Eve at noon I believe which leaves today only to ship my item So until I either see that is has shipped and will arrive on-time and receive my item I will not be satisfiedI only received a response because I went through the Revdex.com, all my other emails have been ignored and pushed to the side with no importance Sincerely, [redacted]
