Hello [redacted], I'm sorry that you aren't satisfied with my previous response. However everything I said was true, your order was worked on before the 21st, otherwise it wouldn't have shipped on the 21st. There is a lot of work that goes into making a personalized item, during the holiday season, it really does take a couple weeks to get things made. If your ornaments had started to be processed the same day you emailed us you would have received them much later. The tracking for you second item shows that it was delivered on the 19th. However it was attempted to be delivered on the 14th as well as the 17th, that is why in my first response I said it was delivered as I assumed it would be delivered on the day I responded. Once again i'm sorry you didn't have a good experience, that honestly wasn't our intention.

I am rejecting this response because I want a refund for shipping as the company guaranteed that I would receive it by Christmas and I didn't. The company has refunded partial shipping costs of $7.49 and I expect the other half to be refunded. Please see the attached emails - 1 showing the guarantee of delivery posted on the website if the order was placed before 12/01/17 and the second email of a chat transcript with Noah, a Qualtry employee also guaranteeing delivery by 12/25/17.

I am rejecting this response because:This item will not be delivered on the agreed upon time unless they upgrade me to expedited shipping. I request they ship this expedited at no cost to me in order to get it in a timely manner so that I can ship it to the recipient by Christmas. At this point it has been 20 days since I ordered the item and it still has not shipped. The expectation is that it will ship no later than tomorrow. If they can't get that accomplished and sent to me expedited, then I would like a refund. This is terrible service.
