I am rejecting this response because: seeing as if the tracking I received on 12/10 sat for 5 days with no status update and continued to sit for another 2-3 showing that it's in Utah (where you're located) I HIGHLY doubt that my second order will be here as promised. I even doubt my first order will be in as it shows it should have arrived today but again shows still in Utah.

business day would be December 22nd. However I do have good news for you. Your order will be shipped out tomorrow, and you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number either the same day or the day after. (Your orders will arrive in time for Christmas.) You are correct in the fact that we weren't ready for the demand that we received. However we have been working with Groupon for almost three years now, and during the non holiday season we are able to receive orders and have them processed and shipped within just a few days. We thought we were ready for the Christmas season but unexpectedly (luckily for us, and also unluckily for us) we became one of the top sold items on Groupon in the world. We hadn't planned for this and were caught off guard. We're sorry about that, but we have been and are continuing to do the absolute best we can with the resources we have. I hope you understand. As for the email you received, we recently got a new program that is supposed to help keep our customers in the loop as to where their order is, unfortunately it has several bugs and has caused some confusion by sending incorrect emails to customers. on December 21st and your shipping was upgraded from standard shipping to two day priority mail in an attempt to make sure it arrived on time for Christmas. By all means it should have, I'm sorry that it didn't. We didn't know that the two day mail we paid for wouldn't actually arrive in two days.
