I am rejecting this response because: their response addresses none of my concerns. No, I was not contacted in any way shape or form by QVC. No apology, explanation, etc. Also, they still have MY MONEY!

handling will be deducted from the return refund unless the return was due to a QVC error. We also offer for our customer’s convenience a prepaid return label which is on our invoice slip. If our customer used this pre-paid label the cost will also be deducted.Again we apologize for any inconvenience our customer may have experienced. I called Customer Service and they told me to call the corporate office and speak to Ms. S[redacted] and tell her that I had mistakenly made a payment to QVC and not the bank. I do not understand how this is my mistake since I was never informed that I would be dealing with two separate companies requarding a single purchase from QVC. I believe this is a fraudulent and deceptive business practice.

I contacted qvc today to find out why I haven't received a product via chat online. I was given no direction with a n. Diane. I then called and asked to speak to a supervisor and explained that I was told a product I had ordered was cancelled. She confirmed that order was cancelled and couldn't tell me why or how. I then ask Jackie who could tell me how an order is cancelled without customer consent. She then told me she couldn't and the item was available now. I then said I wanted to find out why qvc would cancel my order. She then raised her voice and yelled at me. I am returning all the firefly lights I ordered and will never do business with such a poor excuse for a company and will be sure to share with others.

customer to verily his information before the order could ship, The order is a high dollar order and his information needed to be verified. Our records indicate that a new order was placed for our customer. The headphones shipped out on June 19, 2014, and the [redacted] is in the shipping process. The item is shipped from the vendor and unfortunately will not be arriving by June 21, 2014. Although our customer is requesting $500 for a missed DJ event due to not having this item in time, QVC will not be refunding our customer for that missed event.Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this inquiry.

I am rejecting this response because:I am very dissatisfied with QVC's response. They made no attempt to work out a resolution to a problem that THEY CREATED. I should not be held responsible for their mishandling of this situation. I feel that QVC not owning up to their mistake along with their lack of compromise shows really poor customer service and a lack of regard for their customers.

QVC is very vindictive and ruthless. They have closed my account making it hard for me to make my payments. They accused me of doing a charge back but I didn't request a charge back. I will never use them again since they told me I can't purchase anything from them anymore. Which is this is not my fault for the account closure, making it hard for me to update my credit card for them to process payments.
I will pay what I own for my order but I will never use them again.

I have placed two orders in my lifetime with QVC and they were both AWFUL! The customer service is hit or miss, you may get a friendly, helpful, representative or if you're real lucky, you're more likely to get a nasty, rude, hateful representative that will not listen continually speak over you and argue in anyway possible whether it makes sense or not. Don't fall for their financing ads for the Q Card, they are scams. You will receive your bill with no promotional time and full payment due immediately. You may spend weeks going back and forth with various reps promising to do this or that only to be right back at square one. The reps will hang up on you, tell you to call someone else or better yet, just ignore you until you ask if they are still there. I will NEVER order anything from QVC, ever. Not in this lifetime. I highly suggest BUYER BEWARE! There are so many other places that I can spend my hard earned money, QVC will not ever be one of them again.

First we would like to apologize that our customer did not received her merchandise in the time we quoted for delivery.

Our records indicate that our customer service department issued a refund on 2/27/14 in the amount of $5.72, which makes her total refund $9.91. As a courtesy I also issued a refund today in the amount of $6.95 which was the cost of our pre-paid return label that was used to return the merchandise, This would give our customer a full refund of the purchase price ($16.86) for the returned merchandise.,

They left him a message of May 9, 2015, and offered him the option to change the payment to a major credit card. On May 13, 2015, he spoke to one of our representatives and expressed his disappointment of this item not going through and his son not being able to receive this item which was a birthday gift. At that point the order was cancelled.Easy Pay Offers are subject to approval by QVC, This information is printed on our website. Please sec below:Easy Pay OffersWith an Easy Pay offer, you can receive an item now and pay monthly installments at no extra charge with your QCard® or major credit card. The product price, Shipping & Handling, and any applicable sales tax will be divided according to the specified number of payments. During checkout, just choose the Easy Pay option, when available. The first Easy Pay installment will be billed on the date the item ships. Then, approximately every 30 to 31 days, each remaining installment will be billed to the credit card used on the order. I am rejecting this response because:  I did return the pans but have yet to receive a refund.  Also,  it alarms me that QVC does not want the pans back to evaluate the black substance which could be hazardous to ones health.  A recall of the product might be warranted.
