They overcharged me, I paid for what I received. They later put me into collection for more money.
I ordered the "free trial" supplements. I paid the shipping and the full amount for what I received. I never received anything else. The company charged me another $129.30 and said it's for the 2nd shipment. I called to tell them I hadn't received anything and to cancel any subscription I might have. I went to my bank and they cancelled the charge for the shipment that never came. I was actually only refunded the original $119.94. I thought this issue was resolved. Later I received a letter that they sent me to collections for $169.94. I called the collection agency and they said I had to call Raging Lion. When I called them they did nothing but read me the history. I already know the history. I then asked for a supervisor. When she finally called back she was extremely rude. She again just started reading the history from a computer screen and talked over me any time I asked a question. She kept saying she had a tracking number and I should talk to my Post Office. Terrible customer service and billing practices. They are willing to damage my credit for something I never received. I paid in full (in fact more) for what I received. When I talked with the manager I was actually willing to pay an additional $119 to make this go away but she hung up on me before I could say it.

Desired Outcome

I want this company to make the collection go away.

The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period begins. During the 15 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation our records indicate that the customer had disputed their 119.97+s&h charge which was for the bottle that was received. When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. No negative impact was made to the customers credit. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

Product does not help me in any form or action. I'm diabetic and the product does me no good. Please don't continue to send me your product.
I do not recall purchase date or order number. I wish to cancel what ever order they are practicing on, immediately. Product does not help me in any way or fashion. I am diabetic and an elderly person.

Desired Outcome

They do not send any more of their product and to stop billing my account as of today.

With this situation our records indicate this is the first interaction on the account. The customer service number is located on the bottle, on the literature that comes with the package, on the outside of the package, as well as in the email correspondence however as per this complaint we have canceled the account per the customers request. There will be no future shipments or billing.

The company uses dubious language in its ads. The consumer is made to believe that he is getting a free sample for postage, then is charged $119.97.

On February 10, 2020, I ordered a testosterone supplement from Powerzonelean.com, charges of $6.95 to my VISA credit card. The deal was for a free trial of the supplement, for 15 days. I called to cancel and was told that took care of everything, that no additional shipments would be sent and that I owed nothing. The company then tried to charge to my credit card, without authorization, $119.97, on February 25, 2020. My credit card company contacted me about this fraudulent attempt and I stopped the transaction.

Three weeks ago, I received a letter from National Medical Administrators, Inc., trying to collect the $119.97 from me. I have replied to them by email. The account number on that letter is #XXXXXXX. The original charge on my VISA account is listed as Powerzonelean dot com, phone listed is 833.280.6773, for $6.95.

Desired Outcome

I want the charge expunged, no more contact from the company, and any complaint removed from my credit report.

If this is how it will work out yes I do accept the response.

Received a letter stating this account has been listed with our office for collections.
I received a collection notice from Tate & Kirlin Associates, INC on 8/4/2020 The notice said I owed 119.97 current creditor is TRS Limited. I tried all the numbers listed on the notice only to be put on hold then to be told they are unavailable. I have never done business with this company and so I looked them up on the web and found numerous complaints and the exact amount being billed to all the complaints. I have no idea what this bill is for services I never received or ordered. I emailed Tate & Kirlin to request a copy of the judgement that I have never been served with and to dispute the validity. Received a Email back immediately stating they are unable to correspond via email dur to unsecure email. I tried calling the number listed in email nothing.

Desired Outcome

I have not rendered any services from this company and not sure why the creditor is different then what you have provided per address given for Tate & Kirlin Associates, Inc. your records indicate Red Lion or something? and also the original creditor name of TRS Limited. It seems to be a scam and I do not owe this money nor do I want any more contact from this collection firm. I dispute the validity of this bill. I have been unable to get a resolution I have talked with a agent only to be told the system is down and they will call me back. Never have called me nor reponded to my email requesting so called judgement I have against me, One of which I was never served with legal documentation of court. Thank you

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I thank you for taking this amount off from my name. I never even received 1 bottle let alone a subscription, Not sure where the mix up was. Indeed if I would ordered from you what ever you are selling I would of paid the bill. I did not know what the bill was for because I never received any product at all.

My son being called from a company that advertised online for a male enhancement product. He paid for it, but sending letters and phone calls to him.
Unbeknown to me, my high school son ordered a male enhancement product. He paid for it, but I received a collections letter on 8/10/20 addressed to my son. He is also receiving harrassing phone calls from this company from the number 832-835-7625. My son is a teenager how do we get this to stop? I have told him never to order something like that again. However, trying to end this harrassment from them.

Desired Outcome

I don't want this company contacting my teenage son again. It sounds like a rip off and totally ridiculous product. I am sure it does not work. However, do not want them mailing us collections letters or incessantly calling and harrassing my son.

Internet add for product on a trial and was added to their list of customers and charged for the product $119.
A trial add for e new product for $6.95 for shipping. Now they say I signed up to be a customer and charged $119 dollars for the trial product that I received.
Then they turned it over to a collection agency that saying I must pay or they will take action. The whole thing is scam.

Collection agency: National medical Administrators, Inc.

Desired Outcome

To have my name removed from their record and and have the charge dropped.

This product was advertised as a free trial offer just pay shipping and handling. The 119.97 charge was not mentioned. This company has a f rating from the Revdex.com. Wrongful collections attempt after I called and cancelled.
I received raging lion after paying for just shipping and handling. I tried it twice and it did not agree with me. I called and cancelled informing them why. I did not hear anything else until I got a collections notice for 119$. This is unacceptable. I never heard from them again until this notice.

I would like to see this dropped from now collections as I had called and cancelled months ago.

With this situation the customer was charged the initial shipping charge and was sent the bottle and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no return was ever made. False advertisement from Raging Lion and deceptive practices with National Medical Administrators trying to collect on a bill that does NOT exist!
False advertisement from Raging Lion. As many other costumers have received letters from National Medical Administrators, Inc claiming to be a collection agency seeking to collect a debt from Raging Lion for $129.94. I ordered a supply of Raging Lion that was listed as free. I paid the shipping and handling. The company ran an advertisement offering a free product sample. There was no mention of charging my credit card monthly, nor any mention of signing me up for monthly delivery of the product. VERY DECEPTIVE. When they were unable to get the money from my card they sent me to collections. This is false advertising at its best!

Desired Outcome

I would like this fake bill/charges removed and assurance that there will be no more contact from TRS-Limited or National Medical Administrators.

They are charging the full amount for a free product with no mention of recurring charges.
I received a letter today from Tate & Kirlin Associates who are doing debt collection for TRS Limited. I paid the shipping cost only to receive a product called Raging Lion. There was no mention of a recurring charge at all. They are tryng to scam me out of $119.97 for this product. It doesn't work anyway and I never agreed to any other funds being paid. I called Tate & Kirlin Associates and was told that if I would pay then they would discount it to $90.00.
That is still not right, Their is something very deceptive going on here, from what I see online this is something that they have done to a large number of people. You can't charge people for a product that it advertised as free. I did send an email to this company saying that I did not want they product and that I had no idea why they were charging me in the first place. Now I see that the email I sent it to does not accept any emails??

Desired Outcome

To stop sending me to collections and to not charge me $119.97 or $90.00. This was supposed to be free as long as I paid the shipping which I did.

I signed up for a one time trial and they tried to bill my American Express without authorization. They are now sending me to collection.
I signed up for a one time trial and there product didn't do anything. A month later they tried to bill my American Express without authorization. I let American Express know that I didn't authorize it so they suggested I receive a new Amex card. They never contacted me and now they are now sending me to collection for something I didn't authorize. I have tried calling and emailing the company and they will not respond.

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop all action towards me and clear any entry on my credit report. I did not authorize any payment or sign up for anything.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It did not say that anywhere in the Facebook add. I did try and call and sent multiple emails without them ever answering the phone or replying. This is a total scam from a company that tries to trick people into buying their product. That's why they have so many complaints. I never agreed to buying their product. I have the full bottle and they won't give me the opportunity to return it, otherwise I would have.

The customers account was removed from the collections database, the debt was removed and the customer was able to keep the bottle as a courtesy. We would like to know what else the customer is looking for so that we may work together towards a positive resolution. One of our senior representatives will attempt to reach out to the customer. We would also like to leave a special number so the customer can also reach out whenever it is most convenient for them. 1 (888) 743-1791

This company is running a scam I signed up for what was supposed to be a free trail bottle for 6$ and ended up paying 359
The company is running a scam they advertise saying that you will be given a free trial bottle and will only pay 6 dollars. But they fail to inform you that they will enroll you in a monthly bill of 119 and they will continue to bill you until you cancel if I knew this from the beginning I wouldn't have even ordered. This there pulls don't even work and they don't even make it clear to you what you are actually getting yourself into I am truly disgusted with this company and this product. Do not buy this product

Desired Outcome

I do not want to pay the renaming balance of 280 I have and unopened bottle with the seal still on it
