I did not order this product.I was looking at a memory focus concentration brain health product I tried talking with someone at company many times.
HI
I came across the site I believe through FB. it has been so long and with all of lifes stressors I do not remember. I know the site has several other pages that are not raging lion to draw you in but are not the male enhancement products. I did not order this product and when it was sent I called to send back as I did not want and wasn't sure why I was getting. the person was very hard to understand and VERY RUDE. He was not willing in any way to try to help or take back the pills and then I got a charge of like $119 dollars on my credit card bill. I called over 5 times with no resolve or even an attempt to resolve. I called discover with the dispute and they found me in the right. they even said the people were rude from reading my their transcript comments ( I talked with them several times also) and said the site was misleading. I thought this was done and behind me and I just got a letter from collections for $169.94 from National medical administrators, and the price owed keeps going UP?! This company and their site is a scam and I want this resolved with the creditors. I have good credit and I pay my bills that I actually owe. I have enough stress in my life as a widow raising kids, I don't need this. thank you.
also the site that was for the memory focus is now gone, or at least I cannot find it. it is also on my credit card as TRYVERGELX

Desired Outcome

i would like this to be realized a scam and the collection agency called off so this is finally resolved, which i already thought it was. thank you.

We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint.

The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period begins. During the 15 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation our records indicate that the customer had disputed the last 119.97 + s&h charge that occurred on the account which was for the bottle that was received. When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We have not received a return for that order however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

Product made me sick. Threw up several times after taking it. Canceled in Nov. 2018. Found out today 5/28/20 I Didn't cancel in time.
I don't have any of that information from nearly two years ago. I sent product back and never heard another word about it until today that I owe them $212.00. They turned it over to a collection agency. They said they would report it to my credit.

Desired Outcome

I don't owe them anything. They shouldn't be able to wait a year and a half with no contact what so ever to turn me over to collection. I should sue them for making me sick.

unauthorized and unexpected charges. Complaints filed by consumers state that they signed up for what they thought was free trail pay for shipping $6
Payment was made with my Chase Credit Card shipping amount was $6.97 and then $119.97 was charged to my Credit card

Desired Outcome

I have been turned over to collectors for $119.97 and would like for that amount to be cleared. I have tried to send unopen product back, but they state that I have had it too long.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
That is all I wanted is to remove the debt, because I fill it was promoted kinda shady not upfront Thanks

They purposefully hid their intentions & salepersons are repeatedly threatening me with legal action over a worthless product.
After ordering my "free trial", they tried to take money from my bank account. It was unauthorized & my bank closed my number. They have repeatedly called harassing me & threatening to take me to court & report it to my credit score. When you call their number, no one answers.

Desired Outcome

For them to leave me alone.

This Company offer to send a sample only S&H and then they charge 119.97 and enroll in you in a subscription that was NOT mentioned in the sale.
I saw this product offer attractive to try the product you will pay for the cost of the S&H 6.95 , but they charge me 119.97 when I call to the explained that reason was because I enroll a subscription. I explained to the agent that they don't advertise that and just answer very rude that I was able to just cancel because I don't call early but I believe that when a company offers a sample to try that means FREE that why the ask you to pay for S& H only. I feel that their publicity is with the intention of subscribing you. I don't recommend this product company they are scammers.

Desired Outcome

I want the refund of my money and the cancellation of the subscription because I don't have enough time to try this product. I know that I am not the only one unhappy about this company way to marketing their products.

I ordered the Free sample and agreed to pay the $6.95 shipping. I was unknowingly automatically re-billed for the product and told my bank to deny.
Company automatically enrolls you in auto-renewal program without identifying at time of purchase of free sample. I ordered a free sample online that only cost $6.95 for shipping. 2 weeks after product shipped I received a call from my bank asking about a suspicious charge for $$159.97. My bank was instructed to deny payment. When I looked at my bank account, it identified this charge coming from TRS-Limited-Raging Lion. Researching my emails I found the shipping notice from this company stating that I would be automatically enrolled in a auto renewal program. However, this email does not state the recurring price or frequency. Raging Lion website also has a "Cancellation" button. I pressed it and put in the requested information of my email address, phone number, and order number. After entry it responds with "Message Sent". I have not received any confirmation from the website that my entry into the auto renewal program has been cancelled. I have completed that website form numerous times. On March 12, 202 I received a collection notice from NMA. I sent them a letter disputing the charge and never heard from them. I called NMA customer service and they told me that my account with Raging Lion had been closed but that I still owed them $159.97 and that only the company Raging Lion could get this removed. I offered to return the unused product which is non-effective and they said no.

Through research on the Revdex.com I found other complaints and identified an actual email address for the company. I have spoken to the company asking for my requested resolutions below.

Desired Outcome

Desired Outcome I request an email confirmation From NMA/Raging Lion that I have been removed from the NMA Collection agency rolls.

I ordered the sample from them I paid the 6.95 shipping fee I returned it when it came in the mail because they automatically charged my card.
I returned the item after I canceled my card I thought it was done I contacted customer service never got anywhere and I just received a collection notice in the mail reference number XXX-XXXX for a balance of 129.94. They keep calling me and telling me that this money is due I am in a collection agency now. I never ordered it I never agreed to it it's a scam and they automatically charge my card without letting me know that they were going to do so that card had to be canceled.

Desired Outcome

I do not want to pay a collection agency and I do not want to get hit on my credit report for not paying a debt that is not due it's a scam and a false one going against my credit

Charged before trial was over!!!
I seen your advertisement and researched it and after seeing all the complaints I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt. Well needless to say all of your advertising is false, nothing happened when taking your pills. Then today my bank account is charged the full amount even though I haven't finished my trial so I called and they explain to me that my trial started when I ordered!!! How can you try something you don't have?? That's a *** scam!! I want a refund!! I'm very unsatisfied with this whole experience and if this is not resolved I will be contacting you with legal representation!

Desired Outcome

I just want a refund

Thank you for the refund! That's all I wanted, I told the customer service that but they were quite rude with me so I got rude back.

There was no website in my email confirmation for reference to the so called terms and conditions that were not spelled out in the email confirmation.
Customer service says 14 days to cancel when the email confirmation says 30 and then I was charged $119 that I saw nowhere throughout the purchasing process. Customer #XXXXXXX. One order that was 50% refunded after complaining twice that there is no website to reference the terms they claimed are different from the confirmation email. I am asking for full refund, not just 50%. Thank you.

The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15/14 day trial begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel.

With this situation the customer was charged the initial shipping charges and was sent the bottles and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no returns were ever made. When this occurs this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but never canceled or returned the product so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. There has been no negative impact on the customer credit which they will be able to confirm. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I'm satisfied by this response

Trial offer bottle did not come, c.c. co. Disputed charge, cancelled offer, 12/16/2018, received collection notice 5/6/2019?, for huge amt or else.
Notice received a year and half later says pay up or they are going to report to credit bureau.
They took a $1.97 trial offer, and within 10 days, which we never received, added $6.97. To the order, and then a credit card charge back fee of !40??.
Then, they proceeded to continue adding pieces of orders or fees to that until the bill is enormous, but not one time, we're we contacted, since the end of 2018!!!.
It is now May 6, 2p19, and by email, we are sent 2 invoices, showing, the trial amount, and another showing further charges, but nothing showing any intervention or phone contact, letters, etc, at all.!!
What a scam.
Do not buy from these people. They cannot be trusted.
Never ever again hit any buttons online, and try anything online. They're all out to trick you#!

Desired Outcome

We hope many more report them, and they think twice about reporting us to a credit bureau. They will be sorry.

With this situation our records indicate the customer had five interactions with customer service. What seemed to be the issue was that the customer original shipment was returned to sender. The customer placed their order on 3/10/20 and their trial period ended on 3/25/20 On that call the customer was provided an explanation of the terms and stated they did not receive anything. A shipment was offered but was declined and refused. On another call a new address was provided and a reshipment was done.

We have delivery confirmation the reshipment to the new address was successful

With this situation our records indicate that the customer had disputed both shipping charges and both 119.97 charges which was for the bottles that were received. When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

Please visit www.usps.com and enter tracking number:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which shows both products were delivered successfully.

I would like to further contact. I already been traumatized with in dealing with this issues and the matter had been resolved based on your investigation. Thank you! I appreciate your help

Thank you for getting back with me so quickly. I greatly appreciate it. My name is *** ( *** ) ***. My address is 25 Lundberg Place Weiser Idaho XXXXX. The Business that I am having difficulty with is called Raging Lion Supplements. Their address is : PO Box 153201 Suite 1093 Tampa Florida 33684 . I spoke with Char through their customer service dept and we set up the arrangement as to how the funds that we agreed on which was 38.71 would be paid by postal service. They went ahead and tried to run my old credit card, which was not what we had agreed upon. As I do not trust giving them access to my card. Especially since they will not send me a billing statement by mail to clear this matter up once and for all, which is what I asked for in the first place. Again, we agreed on the 38.71, but they will not give me any documentation to sum up this matter. If they choose to send me documentation summing up this matter in facts and figures, I will consider a card payment. Hence, I have trust issues. Here are 2 different contact phone numbers representing Raging Lion. 844 372 5876 and 866 275 5873. The collection agency sent me a "copy" of my "contract" . with an amount of $119. 00 ... Which was all unknown news to me. Upon viewing that email is when my discussion started with the rep at Raging Lion. And we reached an agreement of a total of $38.71 that was to be titled Paid in full. Again, I received no documentation of our agreement per our conversation other than the email stating that they attempted to retrieve $38.71 from my old credit card. Please feel free to email me if you have any further questions or advice. Thank you again !

Hello. My name is ***. In October 2018 I purchased some Vitamin Supplements from a company called Raging Lion. It was advertised as a trial free sample with a payment of s & h. There was no disclaimer info at the time of my order. I received the order and due to side effects I had to stop taking them. I was contacted at the end of last week from someone claiming to be from a collection agency saying that I owed $ 212.97 for a charge from Raging Lion Supplements. I was told that if I didn't pay this amount within 30 minutes, it would be filed against my credit report. I was very suspicious that this could be a scam and I contacted Raging Lion customer service and wound up talking to a couple of different representatives. As we spoke, she said that if I paid a $ 38.71 cancellation fee, this would all go away. I said that I would pay it by money order, if she would send me the invoice by postal service. She said she would. I then found out later that she sent me an email activating a new order with no description of any information. I called again, as I was further suspicious of the email. I then received an email from them at midnight stating that they tried to retrieve $ 38. 71 from a cancelled credit card of the year before. Again, there was no statement alluding to closing out this billing. Again, I was suspicious because it appeared as an order which I did not place. I contacted the customer service number again explaining that I wanted a billing statement mailed to me. She asked me if I wanted to cancel the order and I said that I did not make an order and yes to cancel it. This is where I am currently at with this matter and I am seeking advice and help from you at Revdex.com. Apparently, this is an ongoing practice from Raging Lion, as I noticed over 100 complaints by other customers due to this same type of practice. I am looking forward to your reply as I want to resolve this matter as soon as possible. My phone number is XXX XXX XXXX. Thank you very much.

With this situation our records indicate the customer spoke with a customer service representative on two occasions. The first occasion was on 4/30/20 where the customer called to cancel and took advantage of the 38.71 option to purchase the bottle versus having to return which would debit from the customers card on file. The second occasion was on 5/2/20 where the customer called and inquired about what they ordered and then the customer expressed the desire to pay through a money order however it was explained we only accept payment with a card. The customer again expressed the desire to pay with a money order.

As to my reply, Raging Lion needs to retract the order numbers XXXXXXX dated 10/18/2018 and order number XXXXXXX in which this order number XXXXXXX was not generated by me. It was generated by the mistake of Raging Lion on date 5/1/2020 and 5/2/2020. As to Raging Lion retracting the Collection Agency and reporting file number psn3492 acct: XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX to my credit score. I hold Raging Lion responsible for removing the actions of Processing and NCR/Net Partners that has been harassing me starting on 4/30/2020. Coinciding with the discussions with Raging Lion in resolving the issue on 4/30/2020. I have phone records and emails pertaining to these facts. I trust that this unfortunate matter will be cleared up accordingly.

I spoke with a senior customer agent. He understood my complaint and apologized for their mishap and he also assured me that there would be no negative feedback on my credit report and that it has been removed from the system.

I ordered a product titled Raging Lion natural enhancement supplement. 60 capsules for $6.95. Today I was charged $119.97. I called the number. Spoke with a lady who said the charge was a monthly charge for this product. I replied that I was not told of tgatcharge not was that charge listed as a possibility. She said I had 14 days to stop that charge. Before connecting with her while waiting on the phone, an automated prompt came up asking do I want to cancel. I selected that option. Told her and asked for my money back. It's totally a scam. I believe my $119.97 should be refunded to me.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I want them to credit the green got card they incorrectly charged me for $119.97.

Company automatically enrolls you in auto-renewal program without identifying at time of purchase of free sample
I ordered a free sample online that only cost $6.95 for shipping. 2 weeks after product shipped I received a call from my bank asking about a suspicious charge for $119.50. When I looked at my bank account, it identified this charge coming from BioFitClean. Researching my emails I found the shipping notice from this company stating that I would be automatically enrolled in a auto renewal program. However, this email does not state the recurring price or frequency. I looked up the BioCleanFit website and found a telephone number for customer service. I called the number, and it asks for information (cell #, zip code, etc). I put that info in but it did not recognize my account. I then pressed 0 to speak to a live person. Upon reaching that person I provided my name, zip code, my order number, and the customer # provided in the shipment email. She continued to ask for more information to verify my account. When I would not provide that information she hung up on me. I called back, but the message said the number had been disconnected. The BioFitClean website also has a "Cancellation" button. I pressed it and put in the requested information of my email address, phone number, and order number. After entry it responds with "Message Sent". I have not received any confirmation from the website that my entry into the auto renewal program has been cancelled. I have completed that website form over 8 times.
Through research on the Revdex.com I found other complaints and identified an actual email address for the company. I have emailed the company asking for my requested resolutions below.

Desired Outcome

I request an email confirmation that I have been cancelled out of their auto-renewal program. I also request to return the original "free sample" bottle. I only two 2 pills as described by the instructions, and it caused rashes on my skin. This product is dangerous to use. It is unclear to me what the $119.50 charge is for. I don't know if it is for a new bottle of the product through the auto renewal program, or a charge for the "free sample" that was sent. Either way, I request a full refund of $119.50

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I have received the refund. However they are incorrect about their order system phone number recognition. I never called to place an order for the product. I hit a link for a few trial on a webpage. I only have one number, so if I put a telephone number on the webpage it would have been the same one I later called from to request a cancellation. This business should stop this 'order free sample, then get charged for full product' and NOT TELL consumers this will be the case when the order the free sample. THIS IS THE PROBLEM, customers are not told this when the place the order for the free sample.

I purchased a trial sample in September 2019. In October 2019 I received another raging lion bottle. I called representative and was informed I did not cancel within 5 to 10 days and owed $119.97 for 2nd bottle and could not return bottle. The representative agreed to cancel my charge and sent me an e-mail stating so. I,not trusting this company, notified my bank to not pay. Until April I assumed dispute resolved. I received a letter on April 17,2020 from National Medical Administrators in Norcross, Ga. a debt collection agency for Raging Lion. I called the debt collector and was told since I couldn't produce e-mail I had to pay. The agency representative was rude and hung up on me. Raging Lion is manufactured by TRS Limited Tradmarks Licensing.
