Raging Lion Reviews (%countItem)

Raging Lion sent a bill of $159.97 to a collection agency of which I am not responsible. I explained Agency my case and still they say I owned them.
On March 12 during this terrible Coronavirus Pandemic I received a letter from a collection agency named National Medical Administrator, Inc. phone # 1-888-310-1765. Reference # XXXXXXX creditor TRS Limited-Raging Lion Balance $159.97 Creditor account # XXXXXXX.
I sent them a letter with all the information regarding this bill that I am not responsible on April 9 before the 30 days even though I was struggling with one of my family sick with the virus. I called them today the 29th to know the status of this matter, and they said information was received, but still I owned the money.
On Sept 24-2019 I was offered through FaceBook one bottle of Raging Lion Natural Male Enhancement supplement free only paying shipping $6.95. I got the product, but the advertising was not clear about the free trial and charge later. I found out this Oct 11 when $119.97 was charged to my bank account. I called my bank Sun Trust to file a claim #XXXXXXX on Oct 13. Also same day I called Smart Hub that appears on this transaction. I spoke with a representative and after a long time of discussion we got to an agreement that I will get a refund of $89.98, and the cancellation of this program with case #XXXXXX. This company sent me an email on Oct 13 with customer #XXXXXXX amount refunded $89.98 subscription status canceled Raging Lion cancellation #XXXXXXX.
Afterwards on Nov 8 this company sent me 3 emails regarding this cancellation again #XXXXXXX Raging Lion and # XXXXXXX Raging Lion. Also sent me an email regarding this product Alpha XTRM that I never ordered or received with cancellation #XXXXXXX.
I do not know what happen with this company because I checked today other complaints reviews and have same problems. I do not know this new amount of $159.97 that appears because the one I was charged was $119.97.
In addition my bank Sun Trust processed my claim #XXXXXXX on Oct 13 and sent me an email that my case was investigated and closed with the refund of the $89.98. Sun Trust fraud phone# 1-800-786-8787.
Thank you in advance for your help in this matter. I am 70 years old under a lot of stress during this critical time with this pandemic, and I cannot continue with this pending issue that I am not responsible.

Desired Outcome

I checked above on desired resolution categories Explanation of charges that that I think that is more or less alike because I am not responsible for it I am seeking that Raging Lion get in touch with this Collection Agency National Medical Administrator, Inc and let them know I am not responsible of this debt. Also I am seeking that this Collection Agency provide me with a written notice by mail of this resolution.

The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period begins. During the 15 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation our records indicate that the customer had disputed one of his 119.97 charges which was for the bottle that was received. When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
First of all I appreciate Revdex.com representative in the mediation of this complaint. On the other hand I accept the response of Raging Lion regarding my complaint. However I would like to point out some issues. I paid the initial $6.95 of the bottle I received, and I was reimbursed $89.98 of the total amount of $119.97. As I see in your response your are willing to work together with the customer, so I suggest to clarify more how the program works in your advertising. Also to train more your representatives over the phone because when I called and disputed the charges she never told me that returning the product even though the unused portion was a way to solve the problem. Right now I have 33 pills left of the 60 that contains the bottle that I can return if you tell me how to do it.
I am pleased with the positive response to this complaint and I will keep the information from Raging Lion that I do not own any debt to the company or the collection agency.
Thank you

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

The sales practice of this company are very shady and have completely different advertising.
This company uses false advertising to get my money. Not only does it advertise under Harvard medical b.s which is supposed to be body supplements it also proclaims the item to be free only pay for shipping then automatically charges 119 some odd change dollars. I would never in my life order something for that much money and if that isn't enough they charge me twice for two products for the outrageous price of 119 some odd dollars.

Desired Outcome

A full refund and for their company to stop falsely advertising their product

As per this complaint we have issued full refunds on both 119.97 charges.

I ordered my product on 4/17/20 and have been trying to cancel my subscription. I CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE.
I ordered both the raging lion and after being tricked at the checkout screen, the alpha Xtrm as well. I started looking Into the product and found out that instead of the "free" bottle that had been advertised, I had signed up for a subscription for both bottles. I have called daily since 4/19/20 and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone for either product. My order number is # XXXXX. I would like to terminate my subscription immediately. This is ridiculous at this point.

Desired Outcome

Un subscription prior to being billed 119$ for both bottles.

Ranging lion supplement Well not if you refund, after I canceled within the 14 day.
Raging lion order, I ordered On April 1st 2020, canceled on 04/09/2020, and was still charge a $119.97 on April 19th 2020. I called customer service so they could issue a refund in where they told me they do not issue refunds they do not do returns and they will not refund me my money even though I canceled on 04/09/2020. I got a call back from the supervisor that said that they will not issue a refund, they did not send me an email on my order. They did not send me an email of my cancelation on the 9th period and they did not issue a email for the charge of 119. 97 that they went ahead and charged me after all. The product does not work like it should, and they do not honor refunds but they will take your money.

Desired Outcome

I have used about a week's use of this product, I was not happy with the product is why I called and canceled on the 9th so I would like a refund and I can send the bottle back with the remaining pills

They charge you automatically for a renewal at over $100. Also the pills don't even work. Do not order these trial bottles.

I ordered what I was led to believe was a free sample of the Raging Lion and was later billed for over. It made me ill and did not work as advertised
The "free" sample was not free as advertised. The product made me ill. I was charged for something I didn't order and now I'm having to deal way collection calls.

Desired Outcome

I request the stopping of any billing and the end to the collection calls.

I was charged $119 for an introductory promotional deal on this product. I never received the product. When I called to inquire why I was charged $119, I was told that I was outside of the 15-day time limit to request a cancellation. Then, 3 months later I was charged another $20 for shipping and handling for a product I still never received.

I signed up for a free trial if I paid the 6.99 shipping, well before I even got the bottles they sent me a invoice for 2 products! I only ordered one
I would like a full refund to the card they have on file for ***. I am so tired of these scams! I paid the shipping and got screwed for $200! I will never order from these people ever and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Desired Outcome

I just want what they charged me for the pills, I will get the exact invoice but it was almost $100 per bottle.

First of all, I never saw that fully explain ated page of instructions on how to cancel because I know how these trials go... I just checked my card that was charged the 119 and I had still not been put back on my card. I follow the instructions about the trial. And calling and canceling it, I actually did it very next day cuz I know how these work. All I want is the and 119 put back on my card today charged if I have to pull up proof I will but it's a prepaid credit card so it makes it hard. I guess I could do a recording of audio during my call. Like I said before I only authorized the XXXXX trial bottom not to and they are lying about the calls being disconnected just like a scam about the trial offers, backpedal is all I know and I'm tired of it.

We would like to update that another call was just attempted to reach the customer to the number they provided when they placed their initial order. The time of the attempted call was at 6:00pm EST.

The call again was unanswered and another voicemail was left.

We would like to explain again to the customer that the only charges that occurred with us were the initial shipping charges of 6.95, 6.97 and the expedited shipping charge that they was added of 9.97. These charges occurred on a MasterCard ending in *** These are the only charges that occurred.

We are not sure what the customer is referring to in regards to other charges. We would like to ask the customer if they possibly ordered more products from us with different information? Did they place different orders with different name, address, email, credit card info?

We would like to ask for the first 6 and last 4 of the card they are referring to that was charged. That will determine if those charges originated from us.

We will continue to make efforts to reach the customer however we would like to ask the customer again for the best number and best time to be reached at so we may accommodate their schedule as we wish to work together towards a positive resolution.

I am tired of arguing this fact, it was 695 unless you wanted expedited shipping which made it *** That card that supposedly was credited back to his no longer in service so there's no way that you put money on a card that is cancelled. If you could fax me a printout to show you the deposit, but like I said it would need to be put on the new Amscot card I have and which I can give you the information when you need it because the other card did not accept any refunds if you did attempt to give me one. Like I said it's a prepaid card so it's not like I can go down to the bank and pull of statement unfortunately, but can did a listed printout from Amscot hopefully. Like I said all I want is the 119 or whatever that was charge because it was charged to that card and if I do pull it up and it shows that you did then this will go farther than I want to take it

Raging Lion Response • Jun 10, 2020

We would again like to clarify to the customer that they were never charged 119.97. There was never an attempt made on the customers account. The only charges was 6.95, 6.97 and 9.97 which took place on 3/28/20. We are very confused as to why the customer would say they were charged when the was never any kind of attempt made. If there was an attempt and it was unsuccessful it would appear on their account as a declined transaction. The card we have on file that was used for these transaction was a MasterCard ending in ***

We would also like to comment we have made numerous attempts to call the cusotmer and have left voicemails but have been unsuccessful and we have not received a call back. We would like to speak to the customer direectly so that we may work together and clarify what seems to be a misunderstanding or confusion of the charges on their account.

May the customer please provide us the best time and best number we can reach them at.

Hello. Thank you very much for your concern and your timely response. I checked and my funds were deposited back into my account. Again I thank you.

Total Scam, misleading advertising and charging for product never delivered.
Purchased with the understanding that its a trial and only pay $6.95 shipping.
I called and cancelled after a week. The supplement was totally worthless.
When I received an email saying I owed $119. I stopped payment. I also have an email where I cancelled from getting any more product. It was less than a month
since I had placed the order. They owe me no money but has a collection company harassing me for four different bills. I only received the original shipment so where
the get four separate bills I have know idea. Like I said they owe me no money, I
just want the collection company to quit hounding me.

Desired Outcome

No more contact from company or collection company. I have a clean credit rating and don't want it tarnished with this.

The customer was charged the initial shipping charges and was sent the bottles and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no returns were ever made. Also disputes were made on both initial shipping charges. When this occurs this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but never canceled or returned the product so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm no negative impact was ever made on the customers credit. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep both bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

a bottle and since then received a 2nd bottle and I

Charged 119 dollars for a product I never recieved. I need my money back.
I ordered a bottle of pills that was advertised free if I paid the shipping. I got the pills and my card was charged for the shipping cost. Ten days later I had another charge of 119 dollars. I called right away and cancelled and was treated rudely by the person I spoke to they said they cancelled my order but wouldn't refund the money they took. I need this money back the pills I got were advertised for free I never would have paid so much for them. I offered to send them back and was told I couldn't do anything about it.

Desired Outcome

I need my money refunded

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I received a email about the cancellation of both products and and a refund of the 119 which I was granted on the 4/14/20. Now this morning my account has been hit again so again I'm asking for my refund and to stop taking money out of my account. I will be filling a separate complaint as well

Customer Response • Apr 16, 2020

After cancellation of both products and confirmation of a refund which I did receive....my account was then again charged for the 119 and again Im asking for a full refund. I will take this matter further if need be. Would you please leave my account alone please!! BOTH PRODUCTS ARE CANCELLED AND I SHOULD NOT BE GETTING CHARGED FOR NOTHING!!!!!! Please handle this matter immediately!!!! Thank you!!

Raging Lion Response • Apr 28, 2020

We would like to ask the cusotmer what else we may do so that we may resolve this complaint.

We would also like to ask the customer to please revisit their bank statements as the refund was processed on 4/14/20 and would have posted back to the account by now. In regards to another attempted debit that the customer claims was made, that was not from us. The last attempt that was made from us was on 4/14/20.

Also to comment, one of our senior agents did attempt to reach out the customer however was unsuccessful.

Tried the free trial and have since received 4 charges to my credit card.
The company is difficult to get a hold of. The phone number was disconnected. If you look up CX preferred (their billing name) in Google a message appears that it is unsecured and your personal information will be compromised.
To add to the frustration, our bank card claims they are an authorized user, so when we reissued the bank card with a new number, the charges transferred over...

Desired Outcome

Stop the billing! However, I think my only resolve is to cancel the credit card altogether and go with another company.

getting billed for product that was a free trial. at the time I believe it was shipping and handling charge only.
When I had ordered this raging bull supplement it was advertised as a free trial, pay shipping and handling only. It has been so long ago I cannot remember the date of purchase, possibly around September of 2019. I had just received a bill for $119.97 for this product and from a collection agency, national medical administrators inc., reference #XXXXXX. Creditor account #XXXXXXX. the credit card that I had used at the time has since been cancelled. this better not go against my credit also. this is such a total rip off and can't believe they try to get away with this. As a matter of fact, they are still online advertising this. somebody has to stop them.

Desired Outcome

dropping all charges against me

That's a fair deal

I was billed 119 while after being led to believe I would only be responsible for S&H. Took less than 10 pills Expect Refund and Cancellation
I purchased this product 2- 3 weeks ago specifically due to,what is now my past understanding of Dr. Oz's credibility but after only taking 8 pills and I begin to experience headaches and moments of being lightheaded I also purchased a additional product alpha xtrm. I am not deeming either product responsible but due to personal choice I decided to discontinue this week while reviewing my my bank statement I noticed the charges for 119 this week I felt as though I had been stolen from but in actuality the full charge of my order was never fully disclosed at the time of my initial transaction I've never taken risk online with a product like this or any type of of product ad due to the risk of this type of thing happening and never will I again

Desired Outcome

i do not wish to renew subscribe or have any further dealings with either company i would simply like a refund and explanation for the lack of expectation of renewals or further charges

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

I ordered the products on 4/22/19 and inadvertently missed the deadline. I wasn't aware the cost was $119 per bottle, and was denied a refund.

I was charged 119 twice for a "free trial". However, I was not aware of a recurring charge until money was charged to my card, which is extremely shady. It is extremely stressful and frustrating trying to get in touch with someone to get my money back. I requested to speak to a supervisor so that I could receive a full refund, to no avail. I would have never ordered a free trial if I had known I would have to go through so much hassle for a product that doesn't even work. The terms need to be upfront so that consumers are aware of what they are really signing up for. It seems as though this company and its products are a fraud and have unethical business practices. I want a full refund back to my card promptly.

Desired Outcome

I would like a 100% refund
