Originally advertised as a free trial then wanted their product back in order to cancel a paid subscription, trying to solicit restocking payment
I ordered the product on Feb 2nd 2019 as a free 30 day trial..when they sent me the product they didn't honor the 30 day trial and changed it to a 15 day trial and turned it into a payed subscription. I called them and they told me that it was their policy to do a 15 day trial but they sent me enough for 30 days so I was made to send back the product or I was going to be charged for 30 tablets. I am disappointed in the company for not sticking to the agreement that was offered thru amazon.

Desired Outcome

Well they could honor the agreement that was offered and to send me back my shipping that I had to pay to send back the product that they were going to charge me for...which was 6.99.

We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint. The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period begins. During the 15 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled. With this situation the customer called during the trial period and set up to return the unused portion and was not billed the full price. Unfortunately we do not provide the customer a return envelope if they wish to return the unused portion. We did receive the return and the customer was not charged anything else. The only amount the customer was charged was 6.95 for the initial shipment of the bottle. We do not offer a 30 day trial period which the customer claimed so I am not sure where the customer saw that advertisement. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

Received a letter from a collection agency for 119.97
on Dec 24, 2018 a package ordered by mistake, I returned the product unopened and called the company twice to get a refund and cancel any and all subscriptions and they refused. On 12/30/18 I filed a dispute on the credit card. On 2/4/19 I received a collection letter in the mail saying I owe 119.97.

Desired Outcome

I want all transactions cancelled and balance showing 0.00 with nothing submitted on my credit report.

in response to Liz at Raging Lion saying they could not find my account is because they turned it over to a collection agency (National Medical Administrators, National Account Recoveries). I called them today 2/20/19 and all they said was it didn't matter if we returned the product I still owed this money. They email address they had on file was a gmail account that I had to set up when I got my phone but never have used it. I did not order anything from this company and do not have their product. I'm not sure what else to do because I do not owe this money and no one at Raging Lion or the collection agency will try and work on it.

Charged for membership that I did not agree to
I ordered a product on January 17. Did not receive the product till the 23rd. It was supposed to be a free trial and I pay for shipping (6.97). Was charged $119.97 on January 31 It was never mentioned that I was signing up for a recurring membership. The email I received only said that there was a 30 day money back guarantee.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund for the charges.

I was billed $129 on my credit card on 3 different occasions. I did not order product and mailed their product back to them. They did not issue credit
Received 3 bottles of Raging Lion male enhancement in the mail on 3 different occasions. I did not know why I was receiving this product but then I noticed charges on my credit card of $129.94 on the dates of (7/05), (8/04) and (9/03). I did not order product and on (9/13) I mailed the 3 bottles (seals unbroken) back to them and requested a credit for the 3 charges of $129.94. I did not receive any credit, they say I still owe for the charges and they kept the 3 bottles of product that I mailed back to them. I understand they offer you a bottle of Raging Lion for shipping only and by accepting that offer you are accepting being charged $129.94 every month afterwards. That is a obvious scam on their part. I did not order their product and I would like them to provide me with my signature saying I authorized these payments. I do not consent to e-oscar or any means of automatic verification. I see where many people have very similar reviews and complaints I have been on their free trial website and found them in violation of Federal fair advertising, and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).This company is a scam, is not looking out for what is best for its customers and I have no intentions to pay them almost $400 for something I did not order and sent back to them!

Desired Outcome

Refund of what I was charged. $129.94 x 3= $389.82

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They are very deceptive with the info and advertising about having to notify them before the trial period is up or ship the product back to them or you will be billed for $119.97. They said I should have notified them in February but just sent it to collection agency in Novrmber.

Free 30 day trail return in 14 day and will not refund

Signed up for trial, paid for shipping but was then committed to a membership which was not adequately outlined in the original order.
Ordered trial sample but was then auto-committed to an exorbitant monthly membership where they are now asking for over $200 in delinquent membership and cancellation fees. Supplement was ineffective and the business is a complete scam, need to put other potential customers on notice.

Desired Outcome

I would like these charges to be erased and to stop being harassed by the business and it's credit, collection service. Thank you!

I am reading the response from this spam company in disbelief. If they don't have "account" information, then how do the have my Name, address and phone number to harass me about legal action, collection action and heavy handed threats to collect monies I absolutely do not owe. They have also claimed to have my social security number for which I have never provided. The response that I am reading is a contradiction within itself the way I read it. Please inform this company to back off its threats and harassing phone calls.

This is a scam. These products do not work. They offer a free trial just for shipping costs. They charge the shipping and then 119.95. You need to cancel or they will keep charging you. If you call, they try to tell you that you only had a 14 or 15 day trial and then they charge you. If you call, you get a recording at first but you can get a human. If you are patient and very insistent, you might get some of your money back...

Free trail bottle, only pay shipping and handling. Now billed for more product.
I ordered a free trial of Raging Lion male enhancement product which came in a bottle. All you had to do was pay shipping costs which I did. This was around December 11, 2017. They sent the bottle like they said but now I'm in collection's for 119.95 for more product. I didn't receive anymore product and when I read about the free trail it said nothing about you have to buy more; by the way I didn't receive anymore. I'm not paying for more product when this was described as a "free" trial promotion. A lot of reviews say similar problems with this company and they are nothing but a scam.

Desired Outcome

Be honest in your dealings with the customer. I will not pay the amount requested and any further contact by you or a collection company will result in possible legal action and a review that you don't want to see on your website.

Our records indicate no call or email was ever made to customer service to cancel or to set up to return the unused portion. A return was never received. When an account shows that an end of trial charge has been unsuccessful and no return was ever made the account is flagged and then sent to the collections database to make an attempt to collect those funds. As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. This is a complete scam. There products do not work, but that is the best part.
When you order they offer complimentary products just for shipping costs. No way they will charge your credit card $129.95. Then unless you think to cancel any future business they automatically charge another $119.95. When you call them you get a recording. Money back is another lie.

Charges on credit card
Pop-up ad for male enhancement vitamin. 6.95 for trail bottle. When filled out to purchase offered second bottle for additional shipping. I refused second bottle. Only wanted the first.

I received product in mail. Upon reviewing my credit card statement I was charged. 6.95 3.60 and 119.00.

When I called customer service. I cancelled order. They said I subscribed for 9 months recurring. I said no. I didnt even want the second bottle offered on the pop-up ad. They cancelled my alleged subscription. I asked for refund of $119 and they said no.

This is a complete ripoff. They take your card info and charge international transaction fees and subscribe you to something I never authorized or ageed to.

Desired Outcome

I am willing to pay the 6.95 for the bottle as the pop-up ad stated as well as shipping. However, I told customer service I never authorized a subscription to the product and want my $119 refunded.

Our records show the customer called on 3/7/19 and was given an explanation of charges and it was explained that the account was not eligible for a refund on the initial shipment since the customer has the option to call during the trial period to cancel and could have avoided the charge. The agent however did go ahead and offer a 50% refund as a courtesy in which the customer declined. The charge was then disputed on the same day of that call. Once a dispute has been filed it has to be resolved with the customers bank and our merchant processor and the account does not allow additional refund functionalities. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This a fraud company registered in Montreal Quebec by Virginia (US) fraudsters. They register their company under multiple names and addresses (pop up offices with mailbox drop) and cheat American consumers. The information gathered has been forwarded to US Postal Service Inspectors. Interesting, they always have an excuse even noted in their response above. Do not order from this or any other fraudulent mail order "drop" companies. Clearly a consumer ripoff (see other Florida Virginia and Montreal company registrations for the same fraudulent business owners.) Check other Revdex.com reports for West Florida (different name and/or product same fraudsters). The mail drop box is less than 1 mile from the where the product is sent out in Tampa. Be aware!

Raging Lion Response • Oct 15, 2019

We apologize that the customer feels this way. We would like to revisit again that the customer was presented a 50% refund as a courtesy to work together with the customer however it was declined on their behalf. To clarify once more, when a dispute is filed on the customers behalf there are zero refund capabilities after that point as it is resolved between their bank and the merchant processor. There are fees associated with the dispute process therefore whatever balance was showing on the account is used in the dispute process. If a dispute was not filed there would be a refund option. Unfortunately with this situation it is not. We would like however to extend another courtesy to the customer in an attempt for some kind of resolution. We would like to offer 3 free bottles so we can work together with the customer. That is something we are able to do. Thank you

Customer Response • Oct 17, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
No thank you! Complaint/Resolution is in the hands of others.

Without informing me, the company made 2 charges of $119.97 on my credit card bill.
On the internet, I was directed to an awards page and offered a sample of Raging Lion and Alpha Booster for $6.95 & 6.97 respectively. There was no other information given ab out further charges and cancellation requirements.
Later, I was surprised to see on my credit card statement a charge of $119.97 for each of them, placed on 1/08/17. I did not authorized those charges.
On 1/25, I called the company, and was informed that after I ordered I had 14 days to cancel, after which they can charge the 119.97 for each product, so they will not remove the charges. Plus, they put me on a subscription, which they allowed me to cancel.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, Frank, from XXX-XXX-XXXX, called me back on 1/26. I advised him that I did not agree to any further charges, and requested that they be removed. He advised me that it's hidden in their terms and conditions and refused to remove the charges.

I feel it's criminal to not disclose to the consumer when ordering that there is further charges and a short cancellation period, and then charge the customer. I am requested that the charges be removed.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting that the 2 $119.97 charges be removed from my credit card.

We are showing that both charges that the customer is wanting credited were already disputed.
