This is a scam. I cancelled but somehow I was sent to collection for $119 and I ended up paying $89.

This company had trapped me in its fraudulent tactic, and deceived money from me with its ad. I can't contact them by phone to solve the problem.
I saw an ad. of Walgreen which offering free gift one if he/she completed the survey with them online in December 1, 2019. This company's products Alpha XTRM & Raging Lion showed up on the list as gifts to offer for free.

Customer like me just paid for shipping and handling. I didn't have my card handy, so I used my cousin's credit card paid $6.95 for shipping and handling for the above 2 products . After that I didn't order any more product, but on 12/15/2019 this company imposed 2 charges one $119.97 from Sheermusclepower and the other $119.97 from Virilerx totally $239.94 and the money was withdrawn from my cousin's credit card account and I had to pay her back by cash.

The ad. was indicated that the products were free, but the company illegally imposed charges after that. Ironically, folks in this company continually to imposed more charges on me via my cousin's credit card without sending anything. My cousin had to ask the credit card company to block their charges.

These group of people have engaged in illegal activities. Immediately, I called these numbers (855) 214-1909 and (844) 226-7694 in order to argue with them but no one picked up the phone or answer. Because of different names (mine and my cousin's) my cousin had asked the agent of her credit card to dispute with this Raging Lion people. It came up with the answer of the Raging Lion folks said that It was their policy and what so called their trial-offer program that I had to cancel in a particular time-frame; otherwise, they would impose charge, but this kind of cheating tactic (policy or trial offer program) had never shown up in the ad. I find out that this company have used a lot of different names and phone numbers in its fraudulent activities like Sheer Muscle Power, TRS Limited Raging Lion, Virilerx, and a lot more.

Thank you very much.

Truly

Desired Outcome

With its fraudulent strategy, a lot of people that I believe have been deceived by this company. Since this company has never responded to my call, I just want the company refunds my money.

The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15/14 day trial begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation our our records indicate that the account is currently in dispute status. Once a dispute is on file it has to be resolved between the customers bank and our merchant processor and we no longer have the ability to use the refund functionalities. The customer had disputed both of their 119.97 charges which was for the bottle that was received. When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

To Whom It May Concern,

I disagree with the response from the company:

(1) They said that the merchandises could be seen as gift for me to keep, but said that they couldn't make me any refund.

(2) More importantly, the company has hired a collection company Berman & Robin to demand more money from me while they did not send me anything (attachment). What they really want in continually bothering me? This is the main reason I make my complaint with Revdex.com.

Sincerely,
***

One of our senior customer support agents spoke with this cusotmer on 4/28/20 and provided a robust explanation of charges, terms and reason that the account was in collections. The customer did agree to accept and resolve the case however it appears to still remain unresolved.

We would like to update that we were able to provide a refund on both of the 119.97 charges. And we would like to revisit that he account was already removed from the collections database per last correspondence. The customer should be able to confirm this.

Here are the details of the refunds:

05/06/XXXX XX:XXpm - Refunded - $119.97 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX

05/06/XXXX XX:XXpm - Refunded - $119.97 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX

Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post back to the account.

We would like to humbly ask the customer to please accept the resolution we were able to accomplish with these refunds as we take each complaint very seriously.

Thank you

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

We purchased a trial bottle from a website and it took us to slimfastnow.com which was not at all the site we were purchasing from.

3/19 we purchased the trial bottle from a dr oz link. Upon completing it took us to slimfastnow.com not the website we ordered from. So we immediately filled out their cancelation form. Never received an email confirmation. 4/3 we get an email and a charge for $119. So I go to the website And follow instructions to cancel again. No email confirmation. I call, speak to a customer service rep who has so much noise that I can barely hear him. His phone cuts out multiple times (I had perfect service) confirms that we have only cancelled today. Which is incorrect we cancelled 3/19 immediately after ordering and being taken to a different website as we assumed this was a scam company.

Desired Outcome

REAL Confirmation of cancellation of subscription.

We apologize that the customer had difficult when they stated they emailed to cancel. We would like to ask the customer if they have a screen shot of the email that was sent so we may investigate deeper in to the reason it was not received as we did not receive any kind of email correspondence at the time the customer mentioned it was sent on 3/19/20. We only show an email that was received today 4/3/20.

With this situation our records indicate that the customer did speak with a customer service representative today on 4/3/20 where an explanation of charges were provided. A refund request was made however no refund was provided due to the account eligibility.

As per this complaint we have VOIDED the 119.97 charge that occurred in hopes that we may work together towards a positive resolution. Since the charge was made today the system did allow the charge to be VOIDED. That means the charge is currently show as a pending status for 24 hours but the charge will not go though and will not be debited.

We have received the voided email, and a response to the email. We did not contact via email 3/19 we filled out the cancellation form online 3/19 which never went through. This option should not be available as a cancellation option if you actually have to call to cancel. Had we known that we would have called immediately to cancel the original trial order. Thank you for responding quickly.

The product doesn't work. I want to cancel. And my money back.

I ordered a free sample of their product. I just had to pay shipping of $6.95. I tried the product and it did not work.
I have now received a letter of demand from "National Medical Administrators, Inc." for $119.97. I did not order or receive anything else from them other than the free sample which did not work.

Desired Outcome

I do not owe them anything. No more contact from them.

have been charged over 500.00 in 45 days for products I did not order and now cannot get charges off my debit card only okd 6.99 charge

At end of January 2020 I authorized a free trial of male enhancement supplement for a 6.99 charge for postage. By March 7th 2020 my debit has been charged with almost 600.00 in charges by various named companies, all part of Raging Lion. We were succesful after my bank called from fraud dept to alert us to all the charges, as I had not noticed Feb charges of 119.99 twice on Feb 6 and Feb 7. Mar 6 and & 7th. there were three for 0ver 129.00 a piece. My bank stopped two of those charges but now I am left with trying to get charges reversed since product not ordered and only the original 6.99 postage bottle was recieved. I was told that I was supposed to cancel subscription before 14 days. I did email them on Feb 2020 to request closure and got no return info. I was charged for multiple bottles of product which was not recieved but do have two now that I am willing to return but company representative that closed the account for us by phone on Mar 7th after bank alerted us, said only 25 percent of the 360.00 charges would or could be refunded. The rest was restocking fees. It was almost a 600.00 scam in less than 6 weeks. I am not giving up no matter how difficult this company makes it...ie return product, will send you email with address....not done yet of course, be sure our RMA # is attatched to return, will email me that....not yet of course, and how do I ensure they say they get product? Do I insure for more money? I am not in a financial dilema with this scam, but could have been. I know they are hoping that since my bank stopped two charges and only left 360.00 I will be satisfied and give up....I will not. I hate to think of my stupidity in thinking anything was a gift as stated on the site, I did not even go there originally but found it at the side of one of my other searches. Not that that matters. Just cant believe how much money they are making off hard working guys like me and my wife who still works at 65, a full time nursing job. I cant believe they make thousands off this scam...never even tried product, cannot afford it first of all. I received a 90 day supply in the first 4 weeks....all billed exactly 14 days of free trial over...who should have to get billed for 3 mos supply when first bottle barely here. There is nothing legit and there customer service reps just talk over you and try to make you so frustrated to believe it is all your fault with no way out....my wife finally took over and she did get them to cancel by phone and had lady do it while on phone and she took her cell and called and it did say my account was cancelled, but we are struggling to get any money back, my bank recommended going straight company which we did with offer of only 25% back today....what a farce.

Thank You

Desired Outcome

I would like them to refund to the same account they stole my money from for the products that were never ordered. 360.00 worth of hard earned money. I will be glad to return the bottle I received, unopened. I need legit address and the special number the customer service rep said I needed. Need it by email. Thank You

Advertisement said "free" bottle. Now they want to bill me 119 dollars. Business has now left voice mail regarding non payment.
Answered ad for 2 items for male enhancement. Both said "free" yet had to pay for shipping costs. Shortly after receiving items they tried to bill my card for 2 payments of 119 dollars. Could not respond to company directly, was given a phone number that could be a scam number, so didn't respond. Now received harassing voice mail, prompting this action.

Desired Outcome

Do not wish to become a customer as their business practices are suspect, if not illegal, and their product does not deliver as advertised. Keeping remaining supply in case independent lab testing needs to be performed.

Raging Lion Response • Mar 26, 2020

With this situation the customer was charged the initial shipping charges and was sent both bottles. All attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no returns was ever made. When this occurs this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but never canceled or returned the product so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
If the ad was for a "trial program" and not "free bottle" I would not have responded. All correspondence was misleading, suspect, and possible unethical. If, in fact, the company is truly apologetic, I will accept the apology stating this matter is over, I do not owe any money, and I will return the unused portion if needed. I will hold onto them in case they do want them returned. I am accepting their response cautiously and I do not wish to receive a phone call as they already know my position with the ad, the company, and its' practices. I can confirm no more attempts via phone calls or emails have been received on this end from the company or the "independent" collector.

I did not order this product so if u take any money from my account I will file fraudulent charges agenst u so u better not take any money from my account or else

Someone hacked my Uber Credit Card and bought products I have to pay. I canceled that card but I am receiving collection cards for more than $1,000.
I had to cancel my Uber Credit Card because a person hacked me and bought products to TRS Limited-Raging Lion (I took that business name from the Collections letters I am receiving). I never bought that and I never received products from that online store. I went online to know what that business name means and they sell men products and "send" refills every month. So, they are charging me every month for something I didn't buy and I NEVER EVER received. I called the phone provided for Revdex.com (many numbers) and none of them answer the phone. This is stressing me because I am trying to solve that and I cannot, I contacted the collection agency and they said they cannot solve because they act only as a debt collector.

Desired Outcome

I I am asking for a refund of the TOTAL AMOUNT they took from my card and cancellation of the collection I do not have to pay. Here are my information so, I I NEVER received those products, they have to CANCEL everything what is under my name/address. If someone else is benefiting with those products, PLEASE CANCEL the future deliveries. According to what I see, the delivery address provided for the hacker is obviously different to my real/legal address. *** XXXXX *** Sherman Oaks, CA 91423

The credit card used for this transaction (Uber card-Barcley) made and investigation and the result is that there is only one shipping information (the first one). I never ever receive the product or bills to obtain information for contact the seller. The bank gave me the phone # to contact the seller 2 weeks ago. I ensure 100% I did not receive the product and USPS has only one proof and maybe delivered to another apartment, not mine. The seller are charging many deliveries and send me to collection. I am 100% sure the seller does not have proof of delivery because the product was never sent (for a mistake or whatever). I am not talking about if the product works or not because I DID NOT RECEIVE IT and if I made a mistake was I did not contact the seller as soon the bank called me for many suspect transactions. After the bank finished with the investigation I finally could know the phone # of the seller. I called around 9 times and never answer the phone. So, I wrote to the collection agency and asked them a way to contact the seller and I never received and answer. After that, I went online with the company name wrote in the collection agency and there I found hundreds of claims and people really angry with issues against the seller identical, or similar to mine. If USPS delivered those packs to another person in my building I will sue USPS but for doing that I need PROOF OF DELIVERY (tracking #) otherwise, it is shown that what I say and claim is 100% true. Because of a mistake by the seller or USPS or intentionally from the seller, the point is that I should not pay for something that I did not receive.I agree to pay the first delivery even though I did not receive it, because there is a tracking# that says delivered and I will not make a request to USPS for so little money. I consider it as a human error. But I do not accept several consecutive human errors related to the same product. I am also waiting for the bank investigation they are sending to me by mail. Thanks

Deleting the debt from the collection database is the right thing to do since I never received the merchandise for which you are trying to charge me. But what is the seller going to do with what has already been charged to my credit card? The total amount that I am paying to the credit card for merchandise that I never received and of which the seller does not even have proof of shipping and delivery is $ 629.76 plus surcharges and interest. I demand the refund of that amount or that the seller contact the Uber Credit Card (Barclay) to clarify the matter. Here I am attaching the bank statement with the figures that my card paid the seller in exchange for nothing. Corresponds to 2 alleged deliveries in September of $ 119.97 each, 2 in October of $ 129.94 each and 1 of November of $ 129.94 (total $ 629.76).

I Called repeatedly to cancel order. The phone was never answered. Finally, I got an answer and I did get monthly refills stopped.

They charged me $119.98 for each bottle of 2 different. Products.

They returned only $59.98 for each product. Since I called repeatedly and only got an automatic answering machine that would not get me through to their office - I would request a full refund of $119.98 for each of the products. Not a 50% refund.

Raging Lion Response • Mar 31, 2020

As per the conversation the customer had with the cusotmer service representative, it was agreed upon that a 50% refund was to be issued for each of the end of trial charges. The refund details provided on the last correspondence was reflecting that agreed upon refund.

However, in an effort to resolve this in a positive manner with the customer we have issued the remaining 50% refunds of those charges.

Scam billing
I was charged 119 to my card from burnfastnow.com that I did not authorize. Apparently it was for some male supplement called raging lion. I've never heard about any of this, them or anything to do with them before today. I initiated a dispute with their customer service dept and was told that an order was placed online and that a supervisor will call me. No one has. I'm going to sue them, because that charge put my account in the negative which makes me unable to pay my bills.

Desired Outcome

It's simple. I want my money back, because I never purchased anything from them.

Raging Lion has not replied to the emails asking about instructions to return product. They have also billed me for the "free trial bottle".
On 11/06/2019 I stumbled upon Raging Lion's Free Trial bottle. I decided to give this a try since the cost was roughly $7. After purchasing, their site notifies me of an e-receipt that will be sent to my email. I briefly looked it over and didn't think anything else of it. Later in December I received a 2nd bottle and put it off to the side, not thinking anything of it. Then I received another in January. At this point I started looking into why I was still being sent this. I was able to called the number and cancel this through a telephone robot. Since their website didn't have any helpful information, and even made it as difficult as possible to use their Contact information by making them images, I looked over the bill they sent me again and saw that farther in the fine print, they signed you up for automatic renewal. At this point I looked at the account of the card I used and noticed they made 4 total charges - the trial bottle shipping, 2 bottles at $129.94, and $119.97 about 2 weeks after I received the "free" trial bottle.

On February 9th I emailed the company and received and automated response from the company. Since then I've emailed them 2 more times without any response. I've stated how disappointed I was to them about the product and that I was overcharged. I also asked for instruction on how to return the 3rd bottle, since the other one was outside of the 30 return window. I still have the 3rd bottle and would like to return it and would also like the refund for the additional billing in November.

I have attached a bank statement, the first "trial bottle" receipt, and the email correspondence sent to them.

Desired Outcome

I would like an actual response from the company with instructions on how to return this product, and a full refund of the additional billing in November and the 3rd bottle. If they refuse to contact me, then I expect a full refund of the 3 payments. This is an extremely overpriced product, even for a "male enhancement" supplement, that isn't disclosed on their initial receipt and they've made it impossible to have any human response to this issue.

I moticed an charged $119.71 and when I contacted them via the 800 # they said my card was used to purchase a free trial. I never authorized this but my son order this product. Therefore, I tried to explain but they said it was shipped via to the wrong address but I tried to explain however, the young lady said I fail to cancel within the 14 days so, the charge is valid. Last note cover all details and read the the small print if there's one.
