HelloThe platinum protection plan is an accidental coverage that covers something that someone in the home can do to it, that's due to a specific incidentWe do require that we be contacted within to days after any damages are noticed, so that they don't accumulateThe platinum protection plan is a repair program, if damages are covered and we can not repair them, at that point we would offer a replacementWe can offer the customer a refund for the amount of her platinum protection planThank you

Hello,Per our leaders We made several attempts to reach out to the customer and she yet has taken the time to return our callsWith the delay of the special order we saved the customer $off of her order, also provided her free delivery , and a $GC which the customer declinedOne of our leaders personally followwith the customer on August 4th, August 6th, and today (notes in comments) to offer her another $100-$off her order to compensate with any inconvenienceReviewing the product that she purchased on our floor, reviewing the pictures from our drive team, and feedback from our operations team, this is clearly a customer perception situationWe have did everything in our power to ensure that we enhanced the customer shopping experience, but based on our last conversation she is looking for a 30%-50% off compensation in which we cannot provide.thank you,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have never spoke to this man I spoke to a woman named Amy from Raymour Platinum Protection and she negotiated the resolution She resolved the problem by replacing all of the defected furniture and mailing me a bottle of upholstery spray for the seats of the chairs However, I am keeping the year platinum protection plan that I paid for! She told me to call her personal line at ###-###-#### if I have any more issues with the table in the future In fact, she told me to tape a paper to the bottom of the table so I won't forget to call her directly I do not like third parties stepping in and mixing up what the resolution was Regards, [redacted] ***
