Hello,While we are truly sorry that the customer is having an issue with bed bugs we are confident that Raymour and Flanigan is not the cause of any infestation in the customers homeWe take special precautions and sanitize our trucks and warehouses nightly to ensure everything is delivered sanity This is not something that is covered under any sort of warrantyWe've spoken with the customer multiple times and sent a letter to them regarding these conversationsWe unfortunately are unable to help with any infestation issue and urge the customer to continue to contact and work with a trained professional.Thank you,Kevin

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI should not have to pay a restocking fee I wanted credit for the chair and otterman since it was not my fault that the original sofa was not goodI was also charged for another delivery fee for the second couch I got which was never told to me by the sales personAlso the delivery fee was attached to the total price but where it said on the bill delivery fee nothing was written there They have been very rude through out this process, changing times and not contacting me backI am not being unreason when asking for credit for the chair and otterman I'm not asking for a refund which is what most people doIf anything when I did the repurchase on the sofa I ended up spending another $400 Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello, Customers account has multiple instances of missing scheduled paymentsUpon accepting checks in the past they have bounced due to non sufficient funds multiple timesCustomer scheduled a payment mid November asking for it to draw from a checking account which again bouncedAt this point we are no longer accepting payments via checking accounts from this customerThey have a scheduled payment via a debit card at the start of December if this payment doesn't go through the customers account will be sent to debt collectionsThank you,Kevin S***

Good afternoon,This afternoon 9/26/2017, the customer spoke with [redacted] who acknowledged the mistakes that were made as a whole in parts for the customer which were causing delays. The customer was informed that the pieces have an estimated delivery on 10/20/17 and that the moment they... arrive into Raymour and Flanigan, we will be reaching out to have the brought to his home as soon as possible.At this time until the parts are in stock, everything seems to be resolved and customer will be contacted the moment the parts come into our warehouse.Thanks.

Good Afternoon, Our local management team in New Jersey has scheduled an appointment on 01/27/for one of our technicians go to to the customer's home with the intent to repair the file cabinetIf our technician is unable to repair the damages, we have informed the customer that we will have to exchange the piece of furniture and that a $credit will be issued to the customer after the service appointment has been completed If there are any questions or concerns, please let us knowThank You!

Hello, There are exclusions to the plan, which include staining or damage that has occured over timeWe have made an exception to approve a reselection for some of the items, however not all of the items

Good morning,In regards to the customer's concern, our local management has been in contact with Mr [redacted] and offered a reselection (a credit in the showroom for the price of the original furniture to use towards the sale of new furniture)Mr [redacted] was informed that he would need to contact the local show room to schedule an appointment with a show room managerMr [redacted] was happy with this resolutionThank you!
