Good evening,Our local management team has reached out to the customer on 3/12/and left a voice mailThe message that was left had informed the customer that our techs would not be using any materials that would further harm the furniture and that we have come out to the home twice as a courtesy to assist with their concernsWithin the message it also stated that we are not able to complete refinishing and that if the customer was looking for this, that they would need to seek out an outside repair company.Thank you!

Good evening,After partnering with our local management team, for us to assist the customer with the repairs on her furniture, we would need to pick furniture up from their home and do an in shop repairThis repair would come at fee for delivery and service as the customer is currently out of warranty coverageAt this time, we do not have approval from the customer to allow us to complete this service.Thank you.?

Leadership has been working with this customer, and we have a technician scheduled to go to her home to inspect the merchandise on 6/4/2016, to determine if there is a "quality" issue. Once we receive the technician's report, we will reach out to the customer. Thank you, TF [redacted]

Good afternoon,Our local management team from our Accounting department researched this situation further and Raymour & Flanigan does not report to the credit bureau.? We believe that the account the customer is receiving on his credit report was placed there by our collection agency, ***'s.? We have instructed them to remove the account from the customer's credit report and to cease collection activity for the account.? The customer code that we see has a balance of $is [redacted] and would not have anything to do with his ex-wife's recent lease purchase.? The removal from the credit report can take up to days.?
