Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I continue to claim FRAUD on the part of ***. They charged me for a service I did not agree to, would not cancel my service with them after multiple requests, and claim that I received equipment that I never got. They have now reported a fraudulent claim on my credit report.I asked *** many times to quit charging me for the service that I did not agree to, to provide documentation showing that I have the equipment they claim I received, and to close my account with them. They failed to do all of these things. Apparently, at some point, they did close my account. Please understand that I have NEVER said anyone was fraudulent other than ***.
Sincerely,
*** ***
