Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business did not address the main concern of the complaint First, I did not give this company nor Direct TV permission to call my cell phone for billing purposes Second, when this company called my cell phone, I answered the first times for the first two days that they called Both from the [redacted] number and the [redacted] number When I answered, the person on the other line hung up Felt like being prank called from random numbers It was scary and I don't appreciate that It wasn't until I looked at the caller ID of my home phone that I realized it was the same company I do appreciate that after I contacted the business and disputed the bill, they have stopped calling both cell phone line and home line That is acting professionally and I appreciate that I just suggest that the company does a little more research into how to use cell phone numbers if it is, in fact, true that they are allowed to call cell phonesEven though the person has not given permission, they should act professional and not hang up every time the person answers the phone That leads me to believe that the company is not allowed to call the cell phone without permission Sincerely,***

RE: [redacted] Complaint ID: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, I am in receipt of and have reviewed the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). Mr. [redacted] states that RPM would not provide him with a telephone number or other contact information... for a representative at [redacted] in response to his request to speak to them directly prior to agreeing to a settlement. After review of our file and contacting our client, I offer the following response on behalf of RPM. [redacted] listed Mr. [redacted] ’s account with RPM for collection on September 14, 2017. RPM is a third-party collection agency retained by [redacted] to collect on their behalf. RPM is authorized to settle the account on [redacted] ’s behalf. Putting Mr. [redacted] in direct contact with [redacted] defeats the purpose of [redacted] retaining RPM to collect the past due balance. RPM will gladly send Mr. [redacted] written confirmation of any settlement offer agreed to. Additionally, RPM sent Mr. [redacted] a letter offering him the very settlement which lead to this complaint. Mr. [redacted] is free to contact [redacted] on his own accord, however [redacted] will likely direct him back to RPM since the account is in collections. RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter and apologize for any inconvenience. If you have further questions regarding RPM's handling of this matter, or if RPM may be of further assistance to Mr. [redacted] please contact me directly at [redacted] . Very Truly Yours, Mark T. C [redacted] General Counsel

January 13, 2016 RevDex.com 1000 Station Dr. Suite 222 DuPont, WA 98327 Email: [redacted] @thebbb.org Case# [redacted] , [redacted] *. [redacted] Dear Ms. ***, I am in receipt of and have reviewed the above referenced complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] ... against Receivables Performance Management, LLC (RPM). RPM is a licensed third party collection agency operating in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. Mr. [redacted] is complaining that even though he paid both accounts, the accounts were never closed and are still being reported to the credit bureaus. He has repeatedly asked for proof of the paid accounts. He does refer to the agency as RMP, not RPM so I don’t know if there is another firm now handling these debts. After a review of our records I offer the following response on behalf of RPM: RPM received two files from our client T Mobile September 25, 2013. RPM and Mr. [redacted] negotiated a settlement in full (SIF) for both accounts and the payments were made on January 30, 2014. Our client recalled the account on May 31, 2014. As part of the closing process a deletion notice was sent to the credit bureau. As a matter of fact an electronic deletion notice was sent on both accounts three times: June 1, 2014, July 3, 2014 and September 16, 2015. Additionally a manual deletion notice was sent through our EOSCAR system on August 5, 2014, AUD#’s [redacted] and [redacted] . After receiving this complaint, RPM again sent an EOSCAR deletion notice to the three major credit bureaus, AUD #’s [redacted] and [redacted] . RPM has again advised our client that these accounts are paid as a SIF. At Mr. [redacted] request we have mailed him a SIF letter regarding both accounts. If another agency is involved with these accounts, RPM knows nothing about it and suggests Mr. [redacted] contact T Mobile. RPM appreciates the opportunity to resolve this complaint. If you have additional questions regarding our handling of this matter I can be reached at [redacted] Very Truly Yours, Henry P. S [redacted] Senior Compliance Specialist

RPM is a third-party collection agency working on behalf of creditors such as [redacted] . Mr. [redacted] ... was contacted by RPM via letter for a debt that is not his. Mr. [redacted] states that she has never done business with [redacted] and that the account statements he was provided show a different middle initial than his. He requests no further contact from RPM. After review of our file and contacting our client, I offer the following response on behalf of RPM: [redacted] listed an account in the name of [redacted] with RPM for collection in October 2017. The last four digits of the Social Security number of the consumer responsible for the account are ***. If this does not match Mr. [redacted] SSN, then he can disregard the notice as it appears he was contacted in error. The last known address originally provided by [redacted] was different than the address where Mr. [redacted] resides, however Mr. [redacted] ’s address was later provided to RPM by a third-party data vendor as the correct address for the consumer responsible for the debt. It now appears this address was also incorrect. RPM appreciates the opportunity to respond to this matter and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Mr. [redacted] . RPM will cease further attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] regarding this matter. If you have additional questions or if RPM may be of further assistance to Mr. [redacted] , please contact me directly at [redacted] . Very Truly Yours, Mark T. C [redacted] General Counsel

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I asked this business several times to provide written evidence that they were in fact a legitimate collection agency working on behalf of sprintAt the time I had paid sprint in full I had recieved no written evidence that they were legitimate and had read several reviews of their business by others claiming they were illegitimateBy the time I had received any written formal letter I had since long paid sprint and had no I'll effects on my credit reportIt was only after paying sprint that they had decided to report to my credit bureausMy transunion report still shows that I owe the full balance, even though I had paid in full prior to them reportingThis business is irresponsible in how it notifies individuals of their collections and has no right to make the consumer assume they are legitimate without written notificationAfter speaking to their representative over the phone I had told them I would feel better paying sprint directly and he said if I did they would make positive to damage my credit reportThey are caustic and irresponsible, I have no other collections but this one and have never said I was unable to pay the amount owedI was unwilling to release my money without proper representation as the correct holder of my debtAfter receiving the call I promptly paid sprint in full as I was unaware that the situation had proceeded to the point it had and was assured by a sprint representative at that point that further action would take place as the debt was paid in full Sincerely, [redacted] ***
