Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
first of all- I do not know how I could have contacted anyone on August 6th, considering that date has not happened yetFurthermore, I have contacted the credit bureau and they said that RPM reported this is a claim March of this yearI have also spoken with a manager from RPM who claimed they would "resubmit" a deletion from my credit and email me a cofirmation of thisNeither was actually doneAccording to the credit bureau, this account was never deleted in the first placeAdditionally, your company is literally blocking my phone callsIf I call from my phone, no one answers, but if I dial from a friend's phone either at the same time or right after, someone always answers, so it it obvious that I am being ignored and avoided because of your fraudlent actionIf it is not actually removed, I will be forced to file a police report and take the necessary legal action.
