rejecting this response because: as requested my phone number is 623-570-and my last order number is 13***I would like to be refunded for the 10$ simcard since I can not use it anymore for the purpose I bought it for and the service was ended abrupt in the middle of the period I paid for so I would also like to be refunded for that amount of 10$

I wouldn't get this service again if it was the ONLY one available!!! I cancelled in JAN, as this service took a nose dive for reliability in my area, North DakotaThey have taken out a monthly premium

The phone number was cancelled in JanI just called them again April 1, to place a request for ANOTHER REFUND--THAT MAKES REFUNDS--and because I said, "I can't trust them anymore," The SUPERVISOR HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I called their corporate office to get the help I needDON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS SERVICE

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called Red Pocket customer service this morning 8/24/18 at 8:20 am and the guy who got my call gave me an attitude right from the beginning. When I asked for his name, he asked me back "why do you need to get my name?" I told him that I need to talk to your supervisor. And he hang -up on me. This guy speaks English with a Spanish accent. I wish you could trace him. Coz' such kind of person should not be working on this kind of job, You need to have an excellent customer service. Thank you in advance for the immediate action to be given this matter

Dear Jonathan ,We apologize for this tremendous inconvenience. T-Mobile incorrectly denied the port out of this number. T-Mobile still controls this number, and now         refuses to release it; that is why we cannot activate it on our GSMA service. We are working actively with T-Mobile to secure the release of this number, which we believe they are legally obligated to do. Unfortunately, T-Mobile is not giving us the ability to access or activate your number directly. In addition to escalating this case with T-Mobile management, we have also opened an FCC complaint against T-Mobile in order to prompt their assistance in recovering the phone number.
