in, the standard time frame for porting a number is 24 to 48 hours however it took us several days to port  your 3 numbers.On 5/01/2018, we submitted the port in requests. However it took until 5/09/2018 to complete the port. All  5 numbers were ported and confirmed working.Normally, it only take us less than 48 hours to process the port in however for your three accounts, we encountered an error when we submitted the port requests. Our Support and Technical team even our Customer Service Representatives worked and concentrated on resolving the issues. There were several tickets issued. The errors were complicated whereby we have coordinated and contact our  service partner  and also the old provider. Rest assured that we are here for you. I am rejecting this response because:
When I was on a live chat with the companies customer service I was told that accounts are canceled after 60 days and now I am told that it is 30 days. This constant inconsistency is what keeps troubling this company. For instance, my wife has also prepaid data service from this company. She refilled her data in time but got a text message the next day saying that here data would expire in 7 days. However a few minutes after that she got a message that here data was going to expirein 1 day. I experienced the same text message procedure in the past. I understand that Red Pocket will close your account after a certain amount of time of inactivity. Other providers do the same, but they allow you to reactivate that account again. I cannot understand why Red Pocket does not allow that and why they don't send a text message as a warning a few days before they do close your account. Anyhow I think I deserve a refund of the purchase price of the SIM card because I made an honest effort to have the card refilled on time by ordering an Auto-Refill plan. The first month after I ordered it, Red Pocket toke money from my account but didn't refill my data. I had to inform the service desk and spent some time with them to get my acount replenished. The month after that nothing happened. I had to contact the service desk every month because of problems about the refill. At last I got a little bit tired of it, So I got sloppy with the refill also because the reception in my area is really bad. I think Red Pocket sold me a not functioning product or service and is entitled to refund me the price of their SIM card. But if they promise to reactivate my SIM card and fix the auto-refill plan I maybe willing to give them another try. However after I used google to find out about experiences from other customers I am not very hopeful. I think Revdex.com should reconsider the rating of this company.

This is the worse service I have ever had. I ordered the plan with 500 mb. I hadn't used the Internet service to this extent but they continued to tell me I did!! I told them I wanted a refund and they refused as well as refused to reset the Internet... I spoke with four agents for 30 minutes each and I was hung up on each time! The agents are not customer friendly!! Don't get me wrong some are awesome but not all! I would not recommend them to anyone !!

will expire on  August 30,2014. Dealers may charge differently  on SIMS
and other products that they are selling just like what...

website is applicable only if the purchase was done directly from us. 
If your SIM was purchased from our website it will cost you $9.99 plus
the price of  your desired plan which in your case is $49.99
plan.Unfortunately since the SIM and plan were purchased from a dealer ,
we are unable to refund it. Refunds can only be processed for those
that were purchased from us directly.Your account was properly provisioned and it should

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9890678, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  While I admit that I was rather displeased with not receiving the order as placed back at the beginning of December, I have used Red Pocket Mobile in the past and found it to be a great MVNO provider.  Because of your generosity I will let by-gones be by-gones and gladly give RPM a chance to use as my primary 4G data provider.  I appreciate your investigations, and hopefully look forward to continuing to use your service in the future.
