Ordered on Nov. 24, no item received or any communications answered. Called my credit card company to file a dispute. It's a shame but this company is either very disorganized or dishonest.

Order items in November but haven't received items nor will they respond to my emails.

Delivery not received
I placed an order on November 19th. Was advertised guaranteed delivered by Christmas they charged my credit card right away. I have tried several times to contact them & have not received a response. It is January 4th & not contact from company saying it has been shipped.

I ordered a product from Redline Steel on 11/22/17 with the promise online that it would "arrive prior to Christmas". It is now 1/5/18 and I still have not received my order. I have tried calling, e-mailing and sending messages on FB Messenger. I have never received a response other than an auto-generated reply on FB. I was charged for the product the day after the order so I feel like I have been scammed by this company. Redline Steel's complete lack of customer service is appalling. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I placed an order for 2 items for Christmas gifts. I did receive them. One thing I ordered, the deer desk sitter, came flat which is how it was supposed to. However, there are to be marks where it can be bent to sit upright. There are no marks. I am not going to try to bend it and ruin it. I have sent 3 emails, several days apart, no reply. I called before Christmas with the recording saying they are not accepting any phone calls. Called again today with the same response. All I want to know is where these supposed marks are on the item. As far as I can see this piece does not have them. Very disappointed in the customer service and will not order again. I was happy with the monogram antler, however. It's a shame that the customer service sector slaps the customers in the face.

I understand that the company is overwhelmed BUT to not answer your phone, to not answer multiple emails, and to not reply to Facebook messages is NOT OK. If you stand by your company, you will face the wrath and anger of your customers. You should not take orders that you can not fulfill. You got in over your hand and now face the music. Disgraceful. I can't even cancel my order and get my money back because you do not answer your phone. zero stars if I could do it.

Placed an order Nov 15th many e-mails and phone calls no response. Are they really veterans.

@- Eagle small black $27.95 free shipping total $176.95. This was placed on my credit card. E-mails and phone calls place no response from either are they still in business and are they really veterans.

I wanted my money back due to their real late shipment. I see they changed their web page and now there is a restocking fee. I guess I just have to suck it up and destroy their rep on line.Real Vets would not do this

The restocking fee has always been in our Terms & Conditions. The customer opted to sign up for the offer which affirms a valid resolution. The option of a refund was available prior to shipment. At this point, the customer can return the item at their expense and will be subject to the 15% return fee as always stated. If this is the chosen plan of action, then the 50% gift card will be cancelled if not already used. Thank you for your business. Let us know how you would like to proceed.

False advertising. Redline Steel,LLC Guaranteed delivery and did not comply.
As others have written, I have the same story. Order placed on November 12, 2017 with a Guarantee delivery date of 12.24.17.(our Christmas Deadline for guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas is November 24th (this Friday).
No customer service response to their online submission form, just an automatic canned response from- Sean STAFF. Getting through by phone...Not a chance.

The package was delivered on 01/02.

The statement that an email was sent to notify me- is false.

Prior to delivery, I tried multiple times to contact the company by phone and web form submission and there was no success.

When I received the email that it was going to be shipped, I responded to say "Don't bother, it's too late" and I still did not receive a response.

Unsatisfied with the quality of the product purchased, poor craftsmanship. Unable to get in contact with company.
I purchased Monogram - Circle Medium - 24" / Black on Oct. 29th, was received Dec. 14th. Upon opening the item, I noticed multiple spots where the item was poorly cut. Either it slipped through quality control or was disregarded. Either way I am very unhappy with the quality and craftsmanship of the product, especially at the cost of $100. I have sent 2 emails to customer service, 1 email to the owner, and called 3 times (which no voicemail was allowed to be left). I was at first simply looking for an explanation from the company and potential offer from them. At this point though based on my extreme efforts and patience to contact the company to resolve, I am now seeking full reimbursement for my purchase. My
ORDER #XXXXXX, I paid with a credit card that is still active and able to receive a refund. If allowed I will provide pictures, although I have sent them through email in my emails to customer service which got no response.

A full refund of $100 to the original credit card used for the purchase.

The company offered a full refund or a remake. I choose a remake to give them another chance. Company has great potential and hopefully they can iron out the small details going forward.

1/2/2018 - Redline Steel is the BEST! I placed an order for a Christmas gift a little late and thought it might not arrive before Christmas. The product arrived in time to be gifted on Christmas Eve. Beautiful work of art by by a veteran owned American company! Thank you so much, Redline Steel!

I ordered previously from Redline Steel but I never got notified it was mailed. Recipients were delighted. I then ordered a Christmas gift on November 15 and have not heard from anyone. Each time I did try to contact them I got a robo message. They do not seem to be computer literate. I was hoping to be able to help veterans get a great business going. I am very disappointed.

On November 18th I ordered 2 items from Redline Steel as Christmas gifts. Today is Jan 1st, and my order still has not arrived.
I received an order confirmation and payment was made right away. Status continues to be "preparing for shipment". I have tried to contact the company via e-mail, with no reply, and by phone, with no option to speak to someone.
I am so disapointed with this company. I do not recommend placing an order with them.

I ordered 3 items but don't recall when I ordered but they did arrive before christmas. There was a card in the package for 20% discount for my next purchase. Can't complain but I did not order a large item or a specialized item. I purchased from them to support veterans.

Facebook Scam?
I am past giving this "veteran owned" company the benefit of the doubt. Like many others I saw the Facebook ad and placed an order November 15th well within the time allowed for Christmas delivery. My credit card was charged immediately upon ordering for one item $104.00. I waited 4 weeks before I tried e-mailing, and sending messages on Facebook. Like others I too only received robot messages and am unable to get a real response from this company. It is now December 28th and nothing..no response to any of my messages and deleting negative responses on Facebook posts and blocking people seems childish and tells me this "business" is in deep trouble. Too many people saying the same thing and all we asked for was a response from the owner . If you have time to delete responses why not just address the delivery issues? I keep reading where people had hope and wanted to believe in this veteran but we all feel like we were scammed. A business that doesn't answer the phone or e-mails or Facebook posts needs to be investigated. I had no Christmas gift to give and this whole experience has caused me sleepless nights.

I want to know why my e-mails went unanswered , posts deleted and why I had no Christmas gift to give that was paid for at the time of order. Why can't the owner of Redline Steel make a post on his site about delivery problems , mechanical or whatever they may be? Many people were upset that they were supporting a veteran owned business and ended up feeling scammed because of no communication from this company. Where is my order or where is my refund?

UPDATE..I received my product on December 31st,2017 delivered by the USPS ...was packaged correctly..there is no communication with this company is why customers are so unhappy. And the fact orders were not delivered in time for Christmas. It was a gift and they were happy with it. I am glad this ordeal is over. BETTER COMMUNICATION IS NEEDED!!

Phone voicemail is not set up. I ordered a tree of life in early November and did not receive it even though I was told it would get to me by Christmas since I met the Nov 24th deadline. still no response or update. I feel like I was taken.

I too have not received the items purchased from this company. I had no luck emailing or calling so I messaged through Facebook the week before Christmas and received this response:
I'd like to apologize on behalf of the company for your communication troubles thus far,
however, I'd be happy to assist and correspond with you via Facebook. I have your order
open and do see that this order is indeed well past our 6 week deadline that we publicly
advertise on our website and social media.
Therefore, I have gone ahead and noted the necessary information that my Shop Foreman
needs and will be speaking with him to make sure he is aware of the situation. Regardless
though, I do want to personally make sure this order is attended to properly and shipped
rather quickly. I look forward to getting this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
Thank you so much for remaining as patient and understanding as possible throughout the
delay! Once the item is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email which will
also contain your designated Tracking Information via either UPS or USPS.
With that said, I can assure you that this order will be shipped and delivered prior to
Christmas, as our Christmas Deadline for guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas is
November 24th. All orders placed after this date will be subject to delivery after Christmas.

As you can see it says that they assured me I will receive my items by Christmas which I did not. I messaged them again to find out when and if I will get the items PAID for and was told another 1-2 weeks. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered from them on Nov 16, 2017 (which was before their big Nov 24 marker for Christmas delivery) and understood to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. It has been 6 weeks now and I have tried and tried numerous times to contact them to receive an update on my order with no response whatsoever. They directed me to a link to check on my order status and all it has ever stated is that my order was taken and that I would be receiving updates to my email for phone. I'm not sure that I will ever hear from them or receive my order. They have offered a discount on a future order in email they sent out to their customers about delays but I don't want a discount on a future order. I want to be assured that I will receive my order or get a refund.

Products ordered, paid for by credit card, it has been over 8 weeks and no delivery. No response to multiple emails, won't accept phone calls.
I ordered 2 flags on October 30th 2017 and they were paid for by credit card. I was told 4-6 week delivery. On Dec 11 I emailed to check status and received a response stating that "we are doing a big push this week on flags so it should ship this week, but I will make sure you get it before Christmas for sure." from Colin Wayne. I still never received a tracking number. Dec. 19 I emailed to check and no response. Dec. 23 I emailed again and no response. The business will not accept any phone calls. I emailed again today but decided to file a complaint when I saw that other customers finally received responses after filing one.

I would like my flags delivered to me immediately.
