I have not received my order and company is not returning any communication regarding this paid order.
I received 2 of my 3 orders that were all placed within 10 minutes of each other. I ordered on 11/29/18 and still haven't received the products from Order #XXXXXX for $70 paid via credit card at time of online purchase. I have attempted to email, call, and message on social media on 10 different occasions with no return communication. I would like to know if these products will be delivered or I want my money back asap.

Desired Outcome

I would really like the products delivered as they were Christmas presents that I already printed out pictures and provided to my family. If that is not possible, I want a refund asap.

Ordered a monogram from this company and they sent me the wrong one. Have e-mailed the company and received no response. Company phone is always busy
On 3/5/19 I ordered online a small black fancy monogram (H/***) (Order #XXXXXX) from Redline Steel. The company deducted the purchase price of $44.95 from my account on 3/5/19. The ordered arrived on 3/15/19 but it was not what I ordered. It was a different name *** I immediately tried to call Redline Steel but the line was busy. Tried several times during the day and the phone line was busy each time. I sent an e-mail on 3/15/19 advising them of the error. I received a computer generated response that they would respond back. I called several more times over the last week but the phone is always busy. I sent another e-mail on 3/19/19 and another one on 3/20/19. I still have not heard from the company.

Desired Outcome

I want the company to refund me my money. I had issues with my Christmas order taking almost 2 1/2 months to arrive and now this issue. I just want a refund. I don't want to deal with them anymore.

They refunded my money

Never received products after order was placed 4 months ago.
Placed order on 11/29/18 & got an update stating they were having delays. Sent several emails to check status of my order & no response in 4 months. Still have not received my order. Order is worth $99 by credit card. Order #XXXXXX for steel signs.
The order has three items on it:
Wine A Little, Laugh a Lot x 1
Fleur-De-Lis Welcome Sign x 1
God We Trust - Eagle x 1

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund or the order shipped within 1 week.

Even though I had to wait 4 months for my order I understand that issues can happen. That will not stop me from purchasing again. I love there product and its made very well. With all the reviews stating that customers emailed in response to their orders and got no response I'm not sure where they were emailing. Every time I sent and email for an update I always got a response from Sharon. I guess u just have to word your email differently (nicely) to get an answer.

I absolutely love the "family" sign and was not sure if I would like the monogram sign, but I really love it. My husband really liked the style and quality, too. Thanks for your service and being made in America is an added benefit.

Redline Steel, LLC produces a beautiful product. They had some setbacks in December of 2018 which slowed their production time; however, they were quick to communicate those setbacks and offer solutions. I highly recommend the quality of their product!

The craftsmanship of my items are unbeatable. I bought several items as gifts, and they were beautiful. I did have one item that was personalized so took more time...... however, it was worth the wait.

I see where so many customers are upset with late delivery. Honestly, the company just grew so fast in such a short period of time that they could not keep up. I see that they are trying (and succeeding) to overcome that. I will be a repeat customer - the quality of the products speak for themselves.

Company stated item was shipped but we never received it.
Ordered six items on 11/14/18 totaling $206.85. Received an email on 01/24/19 stating items were shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking number. We never received the items. Sent emails to Redline Steel/Redline Decor company on 02/10/19, 02/11,19, 02/20/19 and 03/10/19. Received one email on 01/11/19 stating that items were still in production and company asked if we would like a refund or keep items in production. We requested to keep the items that were in production. Company offered $75 gift card which we received on 01/11/19 but have not used. Filed claim with USPS on 03/10/19. USPS was unable to locate shipment. Received USPS Priority Mail insurance payment in the amount of $107.12 on 03/15/19. As of 03/20/19, items have still not been received.

Desired Outcome

We would like to request a refund in the amount of $99.73 which is the original payment amount less the USPS insurance payment of $107.12. We have not used the gift card and do not intend to use the gift card since we are concerned that there will be issues again with the shipping of the product.

Unfortunately her orders were already shipped, but the usps last confirmation still says Bham. So we are remaking her orders, and will reship once they are complete and placed for shipment.

Placed order #XXXXXX on 12/04/18 and have not received all of it. Money taken from bank account 12/5/2018
Placed order on web site 12/04/18 for 3 personalized Christmas ornament items. Website stated if you placed your order prior to 12/05/18, you should have it by Christmas. I reached out to CSR Shannon and asked if they could be shipped to my sisters house as they were gifts for my 3 sisters, she said yes. As the weeks went on, I inquired weekly as to when they would receive them. Shannon could never tell me a definite time frame. January 29th I received a generic email saying they would be shipped out withing 7-10 business days. nothing came. On February 21 I received another generic email saying they would shipped out in the next 5-10 business days. Nothing. I stopped receiving emails completely. One of my sisters received her ornament on March 11th.
I received an email the day after my sister received her ornament. I sent another message today inquiring about the other 2 ornaments. I received another generic auto-reply that said they are experiencing unusually high volume of emails at this time and wouldn't be able to respond for at least 5-7 business days! This is absolutely ridiculous! It has been 15 weeks since I placed my order and only 1 of 3 items have been shipped.

Desired Outcome

I would like my orders completed, shipped to my sisters ASAP AND I would like a complete refund for having to wait so long for the order. They Should have NEVER stated that December 5th was the Christmas cutoff! That was misleading as they knew before NOVEMBER 5th they wouldn't be able to get the orders done by Christmas! Here it is 3 months later and they still aren't done with the Christmas orders.

All of the orders where received by my sisters. It's funny how I file a complaint and then the items were shipped out very soon after. I should have done that in January. I am still not happy with this company but there is noting I can do about it except not order from them again.

Ordered 11/25/18. Received my order 2/19/19, poor quality. Sent many emails and messages, finally received a contact to request a remake. 3/21/19 received my remade item, it is BEAUTIFUL! Not sure if I will be ordering again, any time soon, this experience was very uncomfortable.

I have Not received merchandise I have paid for & CAN NOT reach this company for answers!!!

Received my monogram completely damaged, missing another item. Sent pictures to their Facebook messenger they reply sorry and contact support.
Received damaged monogram, missing another item (butterfly). Had 2 items packaged together so the one item slid all over the monogram damaging it pretty bad. The powder coating job on it is a mess, with shiny spots on the bottom of name.

Desired Outcome

Would love the monogram replaced. Would like to receive the missing butterfly.

Redline Steel is a great company that understands not only creative design and product quality but also customer service. When ordering several items before Christmas, I was contacted by them even before I was aware there might be an issue with delivery. Never had that before. Apparently, due to circumstances beyond their control, my order would be late. Not only were they proactive, very apologetic, but also compensated me for the inconvenience. I have received my order and am very pleased with the design, quality and product value. I will continue to use Redline Steel in the future. Grateful I found such a quality company to do business with.

I placed an order on 12/24/18 expecting to receive it in 4 to 6 weeks. It now has been (3) months with NO response to my MANY emails and phone calls. I originally ordered this flag for a very important person in my life that was retiring from the fire department on 3/2/19. Now that date has come and gone which is really where I fuming about the situation. I ordered this flag from a company who I felt were veterans which I support who hardheartedly. I run a business and understand things happen but the silence is what I can't tolerate. Have the decency to return an email or phone call. This flag meant the world to me to present to my friend who lost so many of his brothers during 911. I just need an answer on where my order is or if I'm even going to get it. If your business has any chance of surviving this, communicate to people and just be honest. Order #587079.
