I gave 4 stars because the quality is good but the wait of 4 months was entirely too long. I had two separate orders of the Eagle In God We Trust. Each order also included the small eagle and a Welcome sign. The items were of high quality but the second shipment was damaged (the tip of the eagle's wing was bent and the paint was coming off). I didn't return it since I wasn't sure how long it would take for a replacement so I bent it back and had some paint to touch it up. Let me suggest to wrap the Eagle wing tips more carefully as they can easily bend.

I have bought several items through Redline. They are quality items. Even though shipping can be slow, they are sometimes made to order which takes time. Through the transition from the one website to another, there were slow times but that was to be expected. I would definitely buy from them again and encourage others to do so as well. Growing a business is hard work and Redline is learning as they go and I'm sure they will only get better as they go.

So, Redline had some tough luck the last few months, but when we got our order - it was fabulous! We ordered a personalized item and it was just beautiful. I know a lot of us were disappointed in the long wait for our product, but my brother enjoyed his gift even if it was late... Redline has appeared to have gone to great lengths to make everyone happy and I, for one, will be ordering again. In this world of immediate gratification, we have forgotten how to be patient and tolerant. Things happen beyond our control and to forgive and allow another chance is the Christian way. I have ordered several items from Redline over the last year and have been impressed by their quality. This company is not a scam. They are regular people like you and me and they deserve your admiration for continuing on in the face of adversity. Ok, I am off my soapbox now.

I placed an order with Redline Steel on December 11th, 2018 and as of today I still have not received the product I ordered.

I paid $60.37 and after numerous tries to contact them to get a date to expect delivery or refund, the company has not gotten back to me. I do not want this product anymore and there am requesting a full refund.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of $60.37.

Shortly after submitting this claim the item arrived. If the company had notified me that they were in the process of shipping or simply had updated the status on my order information this complaint would not have been filed.

I ordered 3 items from Redline Steel in early October of 2018 as 2 of them were for Christmas presents. I finally received 2 of the 3 items ordered in mid February 2019 and they are nice items so no complaint with the quality, however, I have not received my address Fleur De Lis Address Monogram and have emailed them multiple times with no response, last time being 2/15/2019 other than the typical unable to return emails for 5 to 7 days. BLAH BLAH BLAH! I even received a request for a 5 star review for this item that I never received. Now that's funny! This company is a joke and I guess they have even changed their name, most likely due to the amount of complaints lodged against them. I will never order from them again and that's a shame for an American Vet owned manufacturing company-So Sad!
Everyone take notice, you are gambling with your money as to whether you will receive you items.

Only if it would prevent others for falling for the false advertising and non-commitment to make the purchase valid.
I ordered two of the decor items in black with the name of *** on both of them. They were ordered either the end of October or early November with the guarantee that I would receive them by Christmas. As of this date, 3-15-19, I have not received anything from them, other than a notification that I was entitled to apply for a $50 gift card for the inconvenience. This does not get me the product I ordered!

Desired Outcome

If the business cannot fulfill their promise to send the product, I demand a full refund, plus reimbursement for the inconvenience of not being able to give these as Christmas gifts.

We are currently working thru orders, however we don't always catch mistakes like this and I apologize for the confusion and any miscommunication that occurred. I did see in your complaint that you wanted *** on both - I will get that Order pushed and through our Production Process. As soon as it's placed for shipment you will receive a email with tracking #.

I have attached a screenshot of your order so you can see that there was NO TEXT entered in for our design team to know what the Custom wording was supposed to be. I am sorry about this that we didn't catch this before now and reach out to you. However, I will get this order through production and placed for shipment asap.

I ordered two items in December 2018 for gifts. To this date, March 18, 2019, I have not received the products purchased. I have tried in good faith to contact them via email with only one response from them. They took their money but I never got my product.

I ordered two items 12/17/18 and have never received them.
I placed an order 12/17/18 (order number XXXXXX) for a half moon and a small 18" fancy monogram for a total of $91.80. I paid via my Discover credit card, which was promptly charged the same day (12/17/18). I was advised the lead time was 4-6 weeks, after this time had elapsed I contacted the company via email and received a generic response asking to not email them again and that a response was coming in 5-7 days. I found an actual person to contact (***) and did that. He stated that current lead time was 8-10 weeks and that "given the order date of 12/17, I expect this order to be fulfilled and shipped within the next 2-3 weeks, if not sooner." I called their customer service number and left a message 3/15/19 with no response. I also emailed *** again 2/27/19 for a status update and have not received a response.The lack of communication is ridiculous. The inability to fulfill my order is ridiculous.

Desired Outcome

Very simply, I want what I ordered and I want an apology. I ordered from this company because they were "veteran owned". As a military veteran spouse I love to support veteran owned businesses.

Order product on 12/4/18. Promised delivery by Christmas. Never received as of 3/18/19. No contact from company.
I ordered from Redline Steel/Redline Decor on 12/4/18. I paid $276.76 by credit card. They later posted on their Facebook Page that all orders would be received by Christmas. This time came and went. Redline further stated that they had an equipment failure and was unable to fulfill orders as promised. I was not contacted if I wanted a refund. I e-mailed the support line with no response. Tracking showing my order was shipped to me on 2/11/19. However, the post office stated no street address was on the package and the merchandise was returned to Redline on 2/16/19. I would've thought Redline would have noticed no address before they shipped merchandise. I have not heard from Redline at all. They still have my money and merchandise. I have tried e-mailing but I get an automated response saying wait up to 7 business days for a response. But still nothing. Last e-mail was sent 2/18/19. No response.

Desired Outcome

I would like my $276.76 back at this point. I don't even care about the product. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts.
