I ordered 2 products only received one though I have paid in full for both. No customer service from anyone to be able to find the rest of my order!
On December 18, 2018 I purchased the Fancy Monogram sign and the infinity sign. I paid for these items 96.05 through Autopay as the company suggested. I contacted support by email on numerous occasions as well as Colin the owner by text to learn the status of my order. Never did I hear from support and only once from Colin to tell me to contact support. Finally on March 11 package arrived but only the Fancy Monogram sign was shipped. I have tried numerous times to find out where the rest of my order is and have not received any response. I still have the container that only the Fancy Monogram was included.

I would like the order to be completed or my 49.00 refunded for the infinity sign. Also in the future for the company to provide better customer service to their customers.

I am so sorry to hear that your order arrived and it was not complete with the Infinity sign SKU: RL-HXXX-XX-XX-BLK - I will get that shipped out to no later than 3/22/2019. Was the box damaged , could the sign have fallen out by chance? Again, I apologize and will get that taken care of and get you a replacement placed for shipment by tomorrow.

I was notified my other item would be shipped out March 22! Have not received the item or any tracking information either. So I am still not satisfied with this business or service!
CEO, sent me an email stating they shut down all communications to get all the orders out the door and that is why I got no response from support! Somehow this does not seem right and how can you run a business that way?
So I am still waiting to have my order filled and would be very hesitant to do business with this company in the future. They may be new and small but you must keep lines of communication open!

My infinity sign arrived today finally. Ordered December 18, 2018 received March 27, 2019 with no communication with company during this time! The products may be good but the customer service is non-existent and delivery time is ridiculous.
This is not a business I choose to do business with again
Quality products at competitive prices. I will be doing business with them in the future.

The monogram we ordered was high quality. Like I told them in a email keep in touch with your customers and they will understand if your having problems. I think there bad reviews could of been avoided if they just would have updated there customers better. Will do business with them again

We were very satisfied with our monogram! Plus we got a second sculpture free. I chose this company because of its association with Veterans and they did an exceptional job!

I made an order on 11/29/18 and it was promised to be here by Christmas. That never happened. I received an email from them apologizing for the delay and I would get a 25$ gift card. That didn't happen either. Fast forward to February, I stil have not received my package. I emailed them again asking to just refund my order. They apologized for the delay saying they would refund 50% of my orders and still send my package. I did receive my package but I have yet to receive my refund! I have sent them two emails with no reply about my refund since I have received my package a month ago!
I apologize for the confusion and miscommunication about your $25 credit refund. I will check into that for you . It takes 8-10 business days once we submit your order for refund,credit or cancel. Again , I apologize and I will check into your refund . Once it is processed you will receive a email with confirmation.
We are very happy with all the products we have purchased from Redline Steel. We have ordered from them 5 different times and everything came quickly except what I ordered in Dec. I knew it wouldn't make it in time for Christmas, and when I did contact them, they responded quickly and even gave me a gift card. All of our purchases from the simple black "God Is Good" to "In God We Trust Eagle" to canvas "Eagle Flag" have exceeded our expectations on quality of workmanship. I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the quality of the products I received from Redline Steel. The products were beautiful. I will order from them again. Just need to be patient because it takes longer than six weeks to get but worth it.

I waited a long time for my Christmas order- almost cancelled. The items came last week and I certainly am glad that I waited. The initial monograms are beautiful and high quality. Best of all- my Christmas shopping is well underway. I would highly recommend this company.

I've bought from Redline twice and will return! Ordered a gift for my 'picky' Sister-in-Law. She loved it! Just ordered another piece and it looks great. Workmanship is second to none and you won't find pieces like these in stores. I like to support Vets and as an added bonus factor, they're in Sweet Home Alabama!

If I could give you no stars I would. Your support is the absolute worst, they ignore emails that I have sent telling them I am missing three items from my order that you claim you sent. ORDERED Christmas gifts and never received them till Feb. I would never recommend your company to anyone. Bad bad customer service. You cannot even speak with a live person.

On 12/11/2018 I ordered a Monogramed Steel Sign from Redline Steel. I have emailed them twice and called the number from the Revdex.com. It is 3/15/19....
On 12/11/19 I ordered a Monogramed Steel sign online from Redline Steel. I purchased it with my Discover Card for $60.37. My order # XXXXXX. I received an Email from the owner Mr. Wayne on 12/12/18 Thanking me for my order. After trying to find the status of my order several times, I sent an email to *** Wayne regarding the status on 2/2/19 with no response. I again sent another email on 2/11/19 to the support email with no response and today I have tried calling the number provided from the Revdex.com and it is no longer working. Today is March 15, 2019 and I still do not have my product nor a status.
I just would like what I ordered or a full refund ASAP
