ORDERED 4 ITEMS 11/6/18 - AS OF TODAY HAVEN'T RECEIVED ITEMS THAT ARE ALREADY PAID FOR! TRIED EMAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CALLING -AUTO REPLY ONLY ORDER #XXXXXX WEBSITE AND CONFORMATION EMAIL STATES 4-6 WEEK DELIVERY TIME-THESE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM!
CALL, EMAIL SOMETHING!!!!!!!!! I WOULD LIKE THE ITEMS THAT I PAID FOR IN NOVEMBER!!
On behalf of the REDLINE STEEL team, I apologize for the delay in your order. Due to unexpected equipment failures we have ran into some delays in orders. I understand the frustration and inconvenience this might have caused. Contacted customer via company email to try and resolve the order issue.
I have tried to contact the company several times regarding a product I ordered and paid for but have received no response.
I ordered a product as a Christmas gift the first week of December 2018 (my order number is #XXXXXX). My payment was processed immediately after I placed the order totaling $60.73. I understood there was a several week production time but when I didn't get the order before Christmas, I emailed the company on December 21, 2018 to let them know I was moving in a week and could they ship my product to a different address. I never received a response to my email so December 27, I emailed the Support email again (***@redlinesteel.com) and the president of the company (***@redlinesteel.com) and added a delivery receipt and a read receipt on the email. I was notified that the emails were delivered but I never got a read receipt. I have now moved, my product that I PAID for has not been delivered and I have NO STATUS update on my item. I have tried to call the phone number on the Revdex.com website but no one answers that phone number. So, a month later, I have no product, no response from me emails, money processed on my bank card, and no way of knowing if I will ever get my product since I have moved and don't know if they have the new address I gave them in my emails.
I want the product to be completed and delivered to a location that I know I will receive it as I have moved since I ordered the product, and I would like a discount/partial refund as this was a Christmas gift that I should have received by Christmas.

The entire reason for attempting to contact them was to give them an updated address so the product I PAID for would be received as I moved and no longer have access to things delivered to my old address. I want to make sure the item I ordered is shipped to my new address, which is *** Cold Spring, KY XXXXX. I want to be assured it will be sent to my new address! That was the MAIN reason for attempting to contact them in the first place.

purchased item off website on 12/3- advertising delivery by Christmas for $94.97 and paid in full. No confirmation email or delivery.
purchased item from website on December 3rd- advertising delivery by Christmas for $94. 97 using a bank visa debit card. Money was deducted from my bank account on Dec. 4th. I never received a confirmation email. Item was never delivered. Made several attempts to reach customer service via email with no response from company .

I do not understand what the options are that the company is offering . What options did they send? It is now January 9th, the product was promised by Christmas. No email was ever delivered to me explaining the delay or offering to return my money. Again, either deliver the product or return my money. If the product is to be delivered than provide a reasonable date - not a vague excuse for poor customer service. They wasted no time taking my money, but it has taken over a month for them to provide an excuse for no delivery. Thank you

I would like a full refund. Hopefully, as fast as you took my money! First, I NEVER received any emails from you. This included a confirmation of the order. I did check my spam - and NO EMAILS. Imagine that. You however did get emails from me - with not one answered. Did you check your emails? Lying is unprofessional and unnecessary. Second, why would I want a E-gift from a company that did not send the original order in the first place. Especially from a company that practices false advertising,lies, and fails to deliver purchased items. Isn't that considered mail fraud? Maybe the authorities need to be updated on your business practices. Thank you Revdex.com for helping - now I hope I actually get the refund in a timely manner from a company that is not very trustworthy.
I was charge and guarantee delivery before Christmas now my email are unanswered still haven't received product

I first saw an ad on Facebook and showed it to my husband he ordered for me the Tree of Life. I loved it. I also ordered for Christmas for my sons and husband and for our deacons from church. I ordered for them the God is Good,faith,hope,love, and the eagle pride. I am very pleased and highly recommend this veteran owned USA made company. I will continue to order in the near future as we have birthdays coming up. May God continue blessing this company and its employee vets.

No stars. No product, No communication. Took my money, no problem. Good companies do not take money UNTIL product is shipped. Do not buy anything monogrammed from this company! There are other companies out there, wish I had chosen on of those.

It was fixed to my satisfaction and I appreciate so much Redline refunding part of my payment and agreeing to send my product. I have received 1 of my 3 orders. I am waiting on the other 2 orders. Thanks again to both parties.

Company did not deliver items when promised, won't respond to my emails, and will not take any calls. They have charged my credit card.
On 12/2/18 I saw an ad on Facebook from Redline Steel. They were advertising that all orders placed by 12/5/18 would be guaranteed to deliver before Christmas. After a couple of weeks, I started looking for my order. I called their customer service number, and heard a recording saying they were not taking any calls. I sent emails, and never received a response. On 12/19 the company CEO posted a video, stating everyone would receive an email on 12/21, letting them know if their order would go out on time. He also said he would be giving everyone a $50 gift card for the inconvenience, if their order was over $100, which mine was. I never received an email, and they still will not answer their phone, or respond to me in any way. They charged my credit card when my order was placed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They totally ignore their customers.
I want the business to contact me. I want them to send my order ASAP as promised, and I want the $50 gift card or $50 taken off the price of my order. I would also like them to apologize for their complete lack of customer service.

We have suffered through mechanical and equipment failures, delayed vendor shipments, and delays while moving to our new facility during this extremely busy holiday season. However, I realize that an excuse is not a substitute for good service. I look forward to making this right for you as soon as possible. We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as we can, and get everything rectified to the best of our ability. We have equipped our departments with more staff, who are currently working 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to ensure that these Christmas orders are fulfilled and shipped out as soon as they can be. Orders impacted by this delay can take up to 4 weeks (if not sooner) from the current date to be fulfilled and shipped.
You have been a supportive customer, and we are grateful to you for giving our company and product a chance. I am so saddened that this is how the situation turned out, and I understand the frustration of not having your order to you on time. However, in the end, I would really love for you to still receive your order and be able to enjoy our pieces for years to come.

Their service and delivery is awful. They do not meet their deadlines, they say they offer customer service, but no one answers e-mails, the chat room is down with no way to contact them on product. I do not recommend them as a company.
I ordered over $300 in products the first week of November. I reached out to Redline Steel on multiple occasions the middle of December to check on the status of my order and I did not ever receive a response. I eventually received a refund; however, it was because I found a refund form via a Google search versus any actual communication regarding my order from a Redline Steel employee.

I'm still waiting for my order. I purchased several items on 12/04/18. I received an email 12/21/18 saying that the order would not be in by Christmas, due to a large volume of orders.I understand this, but I have emailed and called numerous times with no response. I'm just want to know when my order will be in!!

Dont do business with Redline Steel. They not only didnt deliver what they promised, they wont respond to you. They get a zero in my book. I notice the few positive reviews get a response back but those of us that had a negative experience...nothing. They have zero customer service and no contact number to call.

I placed an order for two items just after Thanksgiving and received them before Christmas. They were wonderfully made and came in a timely manner. When I placed my order I was aware from their website that there was a 4-6 week delivery and my orders arrived within that time frame. I will use them again. I also was very happy with their response time when I messaged them from their F.B. page. I received an answer to my question within a couple of hours. I recommend them and will use them again.
