Redline Steel is at the top of my list of great companies to deal with. I have ordered several items in the past few years and their products are well made and withstand outdoor conditions. I ordered house numbers a few years ago; they have been outside through Indiana weather and look brand new. Recently I ordered a sign as a gift. The mail carrier folded it to get it into the mailbox. Duh! When I contacted Redline Steel to get another, they sent a new sign free of charge! I've never encountered another company like Redline Steel and highly recommend them and their products.
I'm joining the over 350 other people who have complained about Redline Steel's delivery practice and lack of customer support.
Like the other 350+ complainants, my wife and I discovered Redline Steel through their Facebook advertising. We visited their site on December 7th to make purchases for Christmas gifts. At no time on the main page or any subsequent item page does the company reference their delivery policy, other than it is free shipping over $99. Had they been transparent and warned the consumers that their leed time for shipments are 4 to 6 weeks and that any order placed after December 5th was not guaranteed to arrive for Christmas, we would have shopped elsewhere.
The vast majority of complaints filed against them are for this same issue and have been occurring for well over a year. Any decent reputable company would have resolved this issue by simply making their delivery policy more transparent, perhaps by very easily adding a banner at the top of all pages on their site. Redline has chosen not to do so. That speaks volumes to me.
I see in one of their responses to a previous complaint that they feel they ARE transparent about their shipping policy. That is completely false. I challenge anyone to find it easily or quickly.
We have attempted this week via email to resolve this issue with them. Their best suggestion was that we should prepare to have a back-up plan for Christmas. They never responded to our last email.
The items purchased are to be given as gifts to out-of-state family members who will be visiting our home for Christmas. Now, due to their hidden shipping practice, we will have to incur shipping costs of our own to mail these gifts after they finally arrive. These are costs that we should not have to pay.
The initial email response we received from Redline is a pre-prepared canned response that makes excuses for their delayed shipping and states that it wouldn't be fair for them to expedite shipment. The fact that they have this email pre-prepared speaks volumes about their non-personal customer service approach.
Their second email response is where they suggested we have a back-up plan. How wonderfully helpful that was.
It is abundantly clear to me that Redline deceptively hides any negative product reviews or shipping complaints, much like they hide their shipping policy, and only cherry picks the 5 star reviews.
I can't wait to read their canned, unhelpful and uncaring response to this complaint.
Delivery the items and refund us the costs that we will incur to ship their delayed products.

It took your company almost 4 weeks to respond to this Revdex.com complaint and your response is simply "Please provide your ORDER # and or Email address used to place order so that we can better assist you with your order delay." If that's not irony.
Our order number was XXXXXX. The order finally arrived in mid-January and we were forced to incur $22 in extra shipping costs to get the items sent to the recipients. We would like to be reimbursed the $22 due to your failure to advise customers of your lead time and shipping policy.
On behalf of Redline Steel, I apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this might have caused. We are doing our absolute best to get everything processed as quickly as we can and shipped out. However, I realize that an excuse is not substitute for good service.

Redline Steel! Love everything I've ever gotten! Veteran owned American owned! Does it get better than that? Quality products, care and pride goes into every peice! Placed order 11/6/2018 for 2 steel signs. Paid on 11/7. Promised delivery in time for Christmas. No response from them.
11/6/18 placed order for 2 custom steel signs. Customer Service was excellent in the beginning but despite the promise of Christmas delivery and multiple attempts at contacting Redline, I am not getting any responses from them. Now it is too late to order and ship anything else to my kids in Wisconsin.
I want assurance that product will arrive in time for Christmas or at the very least an expected delivery date. If I cannot get that, and the delivery cannot be made within a week of Christmas, then I want my money back.
At this time as desired resolution: I will cancel and refund this order. Please allow 24-48 hours for refunds to process. Thank YOU
Awesome, we purchased a retirement home in Florida and the sign from Redline Steel was the icing on the cake. We picked the Welcome sign with two beach chair. Love my sign. Planning to purchase a couple more for gifts.

I ordered the Blessed sign and loved the way it looked and how sturdy it was. So, I ordered several more items for Christmas presents. They all came quickly and were just what I wanted. As my husband, son, son in law, granddaughter and I are all veterans, I like to purchase from veteran owned businesses. I emailed them to make certain my order would be delivered before Christmas. It was right after Black Friday, so it took a couple of days for them to email me back. They were almost certain it would be. They came well before Christmas and I am very satisfied! Thanks!
Placed order 11/12/18 as of 12/20/18 item not delivered
Order #XXXXXX placed 11/12/18 at 11:30 a.m. $52.95 paid with PayPal. 12/11 sent email asking for status (website stated order unfulfilled) redline responded assuring me all was good and 12/5/18 was deadline for Christmas delivery. 12/18 sent 2nd email asking if there was a problem with my order. Redline stated orders processed in the order they came in and that I should have back up Christmas gift ready. They can't offer expedited delivery to ensure fairness across the board. To be fair I did place my order well in advance of Christmas delivery deadline. And paid for it. I noticed quite a few complaints about redline and delivery
I would like my order delivered by 12/24/18.
I have recently heard from Redline Steel. They did finally deliver my item and gave me a partial refund. I do believe consumers should beware of this company and their delivery service. In reading reviews of this company that seems to be the biggest issue. Thank you
I am disapointed in my last order paint peeling 2or3 emails too correct the problem No contact from redline so I painted the mdse and gave them as CHRISTMAS presents cannot see doing business with a company that will not take care of their customers Sorry!!
I ordered the God is Good for myself to begin with,however, when I saw how beautiful it was, I began to reorder more for gifts. Everyone who received it loved it and I plan to order more. I also ordered two of the horse/heart ones for my two granddaughters who love horses. They were so happy! They loved them. Thank you for making such great gift items.
I have not got my order from Nov 2018 you can't call them to ask about your orders it's payed for but still not made or sent to me I have tried emailing nothing back I am very upset and you get no refund not sure what to do now

I did finally get refund, but company is a very poorly run operation, should be closed due to 2 years of poor customer service, delays, lies.
I purchased several items from Redline Steel. The items I received were of very high quality. The service was fast and friendly. I loved the fact that the items were made In the U. S,
I ordered the sign God is Good. I love it and received several good comments from family and friends.
I also ordered the Family sign which I put above my family pictures in my living room. It looks so nice.
I gave a friend of mine my wish list for Christmas and she bought me the faith and love signs. I have those on my wall in my dining area. I have told many of my friends about Redline Steel and know you will have more customers ordering.

Customer service is awful! Broke there grantee! In over there head. They promised if ordered before December 5 I would have it by Christmas. I ordered on Nov 14!They do not response to emails, finally they put up a video apologizing on Facebook... Still dont know if I will get my order. Was told to buy a back up gift... sorry but I dont have the extra money to buy to expensive gifts for people! I understand things happen but you need to stop taking orders!!! Reply to your emails! offer people there money back! I am so upset and no one will email me back!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! THEY ARE GOING TO FAIL AND I WILL NEVER SEE MY MONEY OR SIGNS!

An apologize and saying they will looking into this after 70 days does not count. They are in over there head and will not take responsibility. They continue to put finger. Still no sign or money back. They are a disgrace.
I'm sorry, but we are NOT pointing blame. Our equipment failure issues are unfortunately very true. However, I realize that an excuse is not substitute for good service. I have been very pleased with every piece that I have ordered from Redline Steel! I have both ordered for myself and as gifts for others. I've had nothing but good reports on the products and gratitude for the gifts
Ordered the cross for Christmas gift. Beautifully made arrived on time and was a hit. Will be ordering more from this site
