Excellent quality. Ordered an eagle and two other items. Would order again.
I have bought several pieces from Redline Steel, and I have loved them all! I just got the small "Love" sign and the small "Fleur-de-lis" sign with your last name cut out at the bottom. I am a huge fan of Redline Steel!!

I have made purchases from Redline Steel for both myself and for Gifts for Christmas , Anniversary's, and Birthdays. I love my pieces and have been complimented on them many times. Christmas brought some happy faces when they received a Redline Steel product. All of their products are well made and very decorative on the walls. Delivery was quick and intact. I ordered in late November and everything was here well before Christmas. And, most importantly they are made right here in the United States by a company owned by our own Veterans. If you order their products you won't be disappointed.
I love Redline Steel products. I have purchased 4 items so far and every one is very well made. I ordered three of the dog LOVE plaques and put a picture of my dog in the paw; just so cute. I also ordered a large "C" plaque with my in-laws last name cut into it. Was a Christmas present and they just loved it. They take pride in the products they make; good company to do business with. I am also happy that they employ our Vets.
Ordered product on 11/14/18 for Christmas as promised. Not received.
I ordered an item on 11/14/18. Promised for Christmas if ordered before 12/5. Credit card was charged the day ordered.Item never received. Very limited response. I'm not the only customer having problems. Tonite get an email that item will not get to me before Christmas, with no date it will get to me by. Owner put out video saying the problems he had with production. Funny thing is..he put the same video out in Jan of 2017. Order number is XXXXXX. It was for a steel Monogram wall décor..letter "S" with the name *** stamped in it.
I want my order cancelled and my 84 dollars refunded

I have purchased 5 products so far and I really do love them. They are made well and look very nice.
Placed order for goods 11/24/18; status requests yielded generic information, owner issued Facebook apology but no details on order statuses.
Order XXXXXX placed 11/24/18 for $173.55, paid in full via credit card. Products not received, no order status available, request to cancel/refund has been ignored.
Initial status request made 12/8, response rec'd 12/12 indicated orders placed prior to 12/5 will be delivered prior to Christmas. This email is generic and was sent to thousands of people who have posted it to social media.
Second request sent 12/20, response rec'd 12/20 indicating order unfulfilled, encouraging me to have a back-up plan if the order was intended as a Christmas gift. This has also turned out to be very generic and still provided no expected date of shipping/delivery.
Responded 12/20 and requested order be canceled; response received asking for patience and understanding, they did not cancel my order. Responded 12/20 and advised if my order would not be received in time for the intended purpose, it should be canceled and my credit card refunded. No answer to this email.
This issue is not new to Redline, and based upon their behavior on social media, they have questionably deceptive business practices. Owner posted a video to Facebook on 12/19 advising they will be "late" on many orders, they received 30k emails requesting status on orders. They posted a similar video one year ago for the same issue. Owner indicated an email would be sent on 12/21 with final disposition on which orders would not be sent in time for Christmas; I have not received said email as of 3:45pm EST. This is unacceptable to give thousands of customers such short notice to repurchase gifts with their funds held hostage.
Immediate refund in full to my method of payment. Work on your service recovery, your understanding of capacity management, stop taking orders when you clearly know you cannot fulfill them, UPDATE customers with a banner on your site, an automated email (like the "thank you from the owner" email I received after my order) - you have the technology. If you have time to delete or comment on every social media comment, you have time to deliver customer service.

Website guaranteed delivery before Christmas if ordered before Dec 5th.
I placed an order (#XXXXXX) on November 29th. My CC was charged that day for my purchase. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I tried to email to see the status of my order on Dec 15th. After not hearing from them still, I emailed again on Dec 18th and Dec 19th along with a Facebook instant message. I finally received an email back on the 19th "highly encouraging" me to have a back up Christmas gift. Last night I received an email from the Founder, Colin Wayne, filled with excuses as to why my order will not be here by Christmas. Although, I do appreciate the email it was 3 days before Christmas and after a week of me emailing to try to find out the status of my order. This was a $69 Christmas gift and the best they could offer was a $25 gift card to their online store for my inconvenience. When I tried to email Colin back, Dec 22nd, to tell him that a $25 gift card was not fixing the problem, I got a return email that they will not be back into the office until the 26th I understand that things happen that are unforeseen, but terrible Costumer Service doesn't help the situation.
I would like an update on my order every couple days so I know when I can expect it and I would like my order to be discounted (at least the amount of the $25 Gift card that they were so willing to give) for the inconvenience of ordering a personalized Christmas gift that won't be here for Christmas!!! I would like to hear from them in the next 24hrs. Thank you

Company not accessible for order inquiries. Despite order placed in sufficient time, company has failed to supply product.
I placed an order with this company Nov. 24,2018 for Christmas. After receiving no correspondence for weeks, I began to attempt to reach via phone only to receive a recording indicating that they were not accepting calls. I attempted at least 6 different times to reach someone with no no success. I then emailed twice indication a growing lack of patience with the company and their unacceptable customer service. Then, late on Dec. 21, 2018 I received an email stating that I would not be receiving my purchase by the holiday. I then sent a reply stating since my item had not been made, or shipped that they cancel the order and issue a refund. I immediately received another message stating their "customer service" would be unavailable until Dec 26th. I have no interest in purchasing from them at this point as the item was a gift for someone visiting from out of state and if or when I receive it, I would then have the additional cost of shipping it, besides the fact that I do not have a gift to give. I then attempted to reach out to the company via their Facebook page, only to find that they have turned off the option to comment and deleted any negative comments. I then did a search to find excessive complaints logged against this company for the same deceptive business practices. They have continued to solicit orders and assured others that, "as long as orders were placed by 12/5 that they would receive the order by Christmas." That reply was given to another customer 3 days ago! I ordered a personalized scrolled monogram sign. Somewhere around $57-58.00 Extremely unhappy with this company. I now see many complaints brought to light 12/2017! How are they still conducting business in this deceptive manner with no consequences?

Refund!!
I finally, recently received my refund from the above business. I was never able to speak to anyone at the business despite dozens of attempts to reach them. I continually got a recording indicating that, "due to high call volume they were not accepting calls," I also sent numerous emails with no reply until I told them that I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and also filed a payment dispute.
This company is a joke and I really hope there are consequences for the manner in which they have conducted business.
It was a very frustrating experience and never will support this company.

Products ordered 11/7, credit card charged 11/8, order hasn't shipped as of 12/22, company won't reply to email requests for order status.
Order #XXXXXX placed online through their website on 11/07. Redline charged my credit card on 11/08/18 for the amount of $183.72. Items ordered had a 4-6 week lead time. They continued to advertise via Facebook ads that orders received by 12/05/18 would ship in time to be received by Christmas. I inquired via email on 11/14 as to the status of the order. Received an auto-reply with no information regarding my order. Made other requests for status of the order on 12/18, 12/20, 12/21, and 12/22. Only one other response was received, on 12/18, another generic email stating "if this order is intended as a Christmas gift, we highly advise and encourage you to have a backup gift readily available". Redline Steel then posted a video stating they had production delays which caused them to be behind. Customers were told to wait until Friday, 12/21, after 6:00 PM CT when they would notify customers if their orders had shipped in time for Christmas. It was ANOTHER generic email received at 8:42 PM saying it didn't ship. I have made numerous attempts to contact this company to find out when I could expect this order to ship. They don't respond to emails. I went on Facebook and commented on their posts and Facebook messaged them asking for order update, and have been blocked by Redline Steel. They took my money immediately after the order was placed, and have not delivered within the time frame (4-6 weeks) promised when the order was placed. Then when customers want information they don't respond and block them on social media.
If Redline Steel cannot fill this order immediately I expect my credit card to be credited for the full order amount of $183.72.

They said products placed prior to 12/5/18 would be received in time for Christmas.
I placed an online order on 11/23/2018 and funds were taken from my account on 11/26/2018. They had a 12/5/2018 deadline to ensure orders would be received in time for Christmas. I emailed them on 12/18/2018 to check the status of my order, since it showed it was 'in production.' The response I received that it was 'awaiting shipment' and they reiterated that their Christmas deadline was 12/5/2018 and all orders placed prior to that were subject to delivery prior to Christmas. They told me they could not offer expedited shipping because they needed to 'ensure fairness across the board.' I emailed them again on Friday, 12/21/2018 at 4:52a (they open at 9a). I told them it was unacceptable that my package has been awaiting shipment for 3 days and I have not received any information that it was shipped out. I asked them what the hold up was and requested the package to be shipped out immediately to ensure it would be here in time for Christmas. My email was ignored. I sent another email at 2:11p on 12/21/2018 and requested a full refund due to a lack of correspondence from my earlier email. I had also placed a review on their facebook page, which was deleted, along with all the other negative feedback that other customers were leaving. My emails still went on to be ignored. At 8:45p on 12/21/2018, I received an automated email that stated they were experiencing major growing pains that included issues with their equipment and moving into their new 110k square foot facility two months later than expected. I was told that my order would not be here by Christmas, as I was promised when I inquired on 12/18/2018, and that I should I look into a replacement gift for the time being. Again, my request for a full refund went completely ignored. I responded at 6:24a on 12/22/2018 and reiterated that I did not this product any longer, as I have already worked with another steel company who was able to fulfill what I needed and who was able to get it out in enough time to get it here in time for Christmas. I placed a complaint with Revdex.com yesterday and requested the resolution to this would be for my package to be expedited and sent out yesterday to get here in time for Christmas but since this is not happening, I just want a full refund.

I ordered their product on 11/8/18 to ensure I would receive for Christmas. The company guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
I ordered from the company website on 11/8/18. I emailed the company three times since Dec. 1 asking about when I would receive the product. My concern was both products were to be given on Christmas. All three emails guaranteed I would receive the product. On 12/21/18 I received an email stating that I will now not receive the product on time and I need to shop for replacement gifts. I spent over $100.00 and the company is telling me to go buy replacement gifts? This product is specific to the people I was to give it to on Christmas. I will not be seeing the people after Christmas; therefore, this gift is highly important FOR Christmas.
The order number is #XXXXXX. I used a Visa card for payment on the company's website. I spent $103.20 which I have a confirmation through my bank.

This was also an advertisement posted frequently on Facebook. On 12/22/18, I received an email that the order won't be shipped on time for Christmas. Had I known this I would have never placed an order with this company. I believe they were falsely advertising by not following through with promises made.

Placed order on 12/1/18 after seeing ad on FB saying product would make a great Xmas gift. As of 12/22, still no product.
On 12/21 I was notified by email that due to company issues, I would not be receiving my product. The email was very detailed with company growing pain issues, manufacturing issues etc. My order number #XXXXXX will not be received until after Christmas. Had I as a consumer been notified with these issues ongoing, I may have been more sympathetic. Telling me 3 shopping days before Christmas is unacceptable. I have asked for a refund for my product and shipping charges using the support email address ***@redlinesteel.com

I ordered from Redline Steel November 15 & November 24, 2018 and have tried numerous attempts to contact them but they do not reply. My last note to them was I letting them know I was contacting paypal and the Revdex.com so today I did receive notice I would not get my item before Christmas( which I was told I would). I have asked them on their facebook page about my item and have been blocked from this company plus anyone with a negative response it gets deleted, I am not the only unhappy customer. I want nothing to do with this company because their lack of customer service and want a full refund back especially since this was Christmas gifts. What concerns me is that they are still advertising on facebook for orders but they are not fulfilling the orders they have. My order numbers are #XXXXXX total $41.60 and #XXXXXX total $204.80 all paid thru paypal. Thank you

Redline is just covering their bases after my notification to Revdex.com and paypal (which I did receive a refund) Redline has sent me an order which I no longer needed because I ordered thru another company. I have repeatedly emailed them stating I DO NOT want anything to do with this company and so I am concerned as to why they are sending me my order now. Order XXXXXX was place Nov 26, 2018. This order totaled $105.60. It was for 4 monogramed steel wall hanging plus a free welcome wall hanging. Purchase made online at redlinesteel.com and was paid for at the time of purchase. $105.60 was removed from my banking account at the time of purchase. I tried to contact the company via phone call to find out the status of my order but received a recorded message stating the volume of phone calls was so high they were not accepting any phone calls at this time. Any correspondence must go thru ***@redlinesteel.com. I sent an email with my concern of status. NO response. I sent an inquiry thru facebook messanger and received the following message "Any orders that were placed before 12/5 will be out by Christmas. If you have any questions about delivery, cancellation, refunds or changes on orders or address, please email ***@redlinesteel.com"
According to this, my order should have gotten to me. However, I received a generic email from the Founder Colin Wayne that was sent out as a group message to all those who ordered and had not gotten their order. It stated the company was having a difficult time and would not be sending my order out at this time. Instead of a refund, I was offered a $50 gift card on future orders. At this point, I feel I have been scammed. Now I've noticed the facebook account that sent me the message has blocked me.

Two gifts totaling $100.00 were ordered on 11/6/18. These were never received and now the company is avoiding my emails. The company refuses to provide an explanation and/or refund these gifts.
I wish to have the items mailed to the correct location or be refunded in total or a gift card.

I placed an order October 26 2018 and it is now Dec 23 and I have still no received my order, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I think that 8 weeks is sufficient time to get the one item that I ordered to me. There is NEVER anyone that answers the phone or emails so no customer support, except someone named Shannon told me my tracking number which I already got early on, so that was no help to me. The payment of course was put on my credit card immediately but cant get my item. It was the tree of life, no special monogram or anything. Not happy at all with redline. I wish there was someone to actually contact and speak to concerning orders. Again, 8 weeks and still no order, so Ive been charged for something that was suppose to be a gift for someone for Christmas, not happy.
