Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response did not address my concerns at allMy primary concern is that I am being charged a 20% restocking fee for a starter pack that I was never informed would cost $after daysI have emailed Regal the screen shots of my purchase and the only $charge that is mentioned is for a refill pack of cartridges to be shipped out after days if not cancelled before thenThere is no mention of a 20% restocking fee or a return required for the starter packAgain, this was sold to me as a free gift for completing an online survey, all I had to do was complete the survey and pay shipping and handling charges The response from Regal repeated some information "that I provided" as if they were telling me something that I didn't already knowI know I paid $total for shipping, and I know I have only been charged one fee of $119.95, "I" mentioned that in the beginning! But Regal is trying to charge me a 20% restocking fee for both starter packs and saying that the starter packs cost $And again this was supposed to be a GIFT for completing the surveyAnd since I am returning them, it doesn't make ANY difference whether I was only charged the $ONCE or TWICE because Regal is wanting to charge me 20% for both of the starter packs WHICH WERE SOLD TO ME AS FREE GIFTS and were NEVER stated as costing $ REGAL, REVIEW THE SCREEN SHOTS!!!!
