Hi, I have reviewed all the notes on the customers account along with the customers information filed with the Revdex.comWhen a customer files a chargeback with the bank, we can no longer issue a refundThat decision is now in the hands of the bank.
He contacted us on 3/17/via
email, the notes on the account stated "Customer emailed asking why he was charged and to be refundedExplained terms, issued RMA, stopped recurringOffered to let him keep for 50% offAwaiting response." Customer never respondedHe filed a chargeback with his bank and we received notification on 4/He returned the kit with no Return Authorization which we received on 6/We then heard nothing back from the customer until 7/20, notes stated "customer emailed looking for refundTold him the return was well outside of the RMA (issue on 3/17, we got package on 6/1)Also told him could not refund due to Chargeback being filedIt was up to his bank if he is refunded."

The link you provided does state that this is a "free trial" and not a free product The link you clicked to claim your trial kit does state the terms and conditions by clicking on the link 'terms and conditions' at the bottom of the page If you are unable to return the starter kit then the best I can do is allow you to keep the starter kit for 50% off and remove you from automatic monthly refills This means that you will only have to pay a one-time fee of $and afterwards you will no longer be billed nor shipped anything further Should you return the starter kit, you will not be charged anything for the starter kit nor will you be charged a restocking fee

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 
I maintain that the ad did not state that the $119.95 would be deducted from my bank account. The ad stated that the kit was free and only a shipping charge would be charged to me. I accepted the free gift as a gift for someone else. I do not smoke and do not want the company to have access to my bank account for any additional charges. Also I do not want any more products from this company. This a classic case of false advertisement.The company is making a false statement that accepting the kit meant that I accepted a 14 day free trail. That is not what the ad said. I do not have the product as it was given as a gift. I was offered more product  will be mailed to my home. I do not want anything else from that company and will block any payments to them from my bank account.

  Their message states they could not issue a rrefund for a starter kit (The Product)  I never received  This product ordered October 7,2014 NEVER made it to my home, their policy is to try and use this product for
30 days then after 30 days you would be charged for more kits.  I was still waiting for my kit to arrive it was not until My Nov bank statement I found that I was charged within a few days the full
prise for a product I never received. Contacted the company in Jan whenI could Speak to a representative which stated he would would ship the product right away, I am still waiting for it in
March.  At this point I am only accepting a refund of the full price they charged me.  If they choose to still try to send the product I am sending it back, and will not spend another dime for anything
from this compsny.  This company is sending out kits and chargeing $25.00 for the return of the product.  In error they withdrew funds illegally from my account for no reason at all.  I can't try out a product I never
somthing or product I never received. 
At this point my money is guaranted to be returned and that is all I am going to accept!
