Just for clarification, this charge was generated based on the Terms and Conditions on the checkout page where you inputted your credit card information.
"Terms & Conditions: If you select the 14 day trial you agree to pay just shipping and handling. For your convenience, we will automatically enroll you in our Regal Refill Plan, and you will receive a monthly supply of cartomizers (two packs of refills containing five each, ten cartomizers total) for just $89.95 plus $4.95 for S&H, a savings of over 50% on traditional cigarettes! If you decide to keep the starter kit and do not cancel before the 14-day trial expires your card will be charged $119.95 for the starter kit. A restocking fee may apply on returns. If you are not 100% satisfied, cancel at any time!"

Unfortunately we cannot issue you a refund for the starter kit because you had dispute the charge (filed a chargeback) with your credit card company.  Filing a dispute essentially freezes your account and gives your credit card company the decision whether you should or should not be refunded.  I apologize, but we cannot issue you a refund for the starter kit.

This is a link to the ad I responded to.  It does not mention anything about having to pay for the "free trial kit" if I don't return it.  I did not care for the cigarettes so I gave them to a friend and therefore, can't return it.  I don't intend to pay for something that was offered to me as "free".

[When I noticed a charge of $119.95 made 3/09/15 on my bank card, I contacted my bank and opened a "Unauthorized charge DISPUTE, case # [redacted]". (Attached file- Original activity 3/09/15)On 3/11/15 my bank issued  a temporary credit for $119.95  while they did an investigation (Attached file- Bank...activity 3/11/15). As part of the dispute resolution process, Regal submitted a response. Their response included a copy of the receipt dated 2/23/15 for $3.96 when I purchased the STARTER KIT showing by purchasing this kit, I agree to a membership and authorize Regal to charge $119.95 for the kit and additional refills.After reviewing the documentation submitted by Regal in their dispute response, Bank of America ruled in Regal's favor, Citing they could not find any wrong doing by Regal. They closed the case and issued a credit to Regal on 5/22/15 for $119.95 (Attached file- bank...activity 5/22/15) My bank advised me to return the item and request a refund from the merchant (Regal). Which I did.There was not a "chargeback"as they stated in their response, being the reason they could not make a refund.  This was a dispute, done in accordance to the dispute resolution process written in the credit card agreement. Regal, being the winner of the dispute process, was awarded the  full payment of the Item. Regal has also acknowledge they have received the returned item. My credit card is NOT expired. This company is asking me to reactivate my account so they can charge me a higher cost for their auto shipments. I was told by their sales rep that paying more is the result of reactivating an account. My account should not need to be reactivated as I never canceled it in the first place and my credit card is perfectly fine. This is obviously a tactic they are using to charge higher prices. This is simply not right. I choose not to do business with this unethical company. 
 
I am asking that the Revdex.com record this business as one who uses unethical practices.  It is important to prevent others from falling prey to their deceitful practices. If I had known this is what they do, I would have taken my business elsewhere. This case is not resolved as I do not accept their dishonesty.

1.  First, and foremost, you disputed the $119.95 charge twice: once on January 9th and a second time on February 18th.  Disputing a charge essentially freezes your account and gives your bank the decision should you be refunded. 
Well, first of all-I only disputed once and honestly my credit card company never contacted me. I don't know why you got the 2nd time dispute. Apparently, you sent them the terms and conditions and they decide to refund you.
 
2.  The product was never returned back to us
Why would I send it back after your representative clearly told me there is nothing you can do but I can only get 50% refund. None of your managers contacted me after I made a request. What option did you leave me?
 
3.  You are outside of the 30 day money back guarantee; this order was placed almost six months ago and this is too old for us to do anything with.
I was told 14 days. When I called the first time, it was about 15 or 16th day after I purchased it. I was clearly told I could only get 50% refund. Is 14 days your company's policy or 30 days? Or your company only gives the refund for consumers who speak loud? Your product was never touched. It is still brand new to you. Stand behind your product, that's all I can say!
