Thank you for returning the product back to us.  We will send you a confirmation email once we receive the returned product.  You will be issued a full refund of $119.95 shortly after the return has been processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you after the refund has been issued.  The $1.99 was refunded back to you on June 13th.  As for the foreign transaction fees, those were charged by your bank and by Regal Cigs.  You will need to speak with your bank about refunding the foreign transaction fees.  Your account has been canceled and you will no longer be billed nor shipped anything further.

The pop up window when I made a purchase from Wal-Mart said that I had won a FREE prize and all I had to do was pay the shipping and handling charge. There was absolutely no reference of any 14 DAY TRIAL or that I had to cancel or I would be charged for this FREE gift. I have read many of the 170+ complaints filed and a large majority of them is because of your companies bate and switch tactics.
I was never offered the option of returning this product or was I ever given a RMA # , the customer representative I spoke to said I should have read the terms and condition and I was now responsible for the full amount. I disputed this charge with my credit card provider because your company was UNWILLING  to work with me. My credit card company refunded my account but then your company recharged my account, you could have just given me the RMA number and this could have been resolved.
I do not consider this matter resolved and I will be contacting the State Attorney Generals Office and I will be providing my credit card company a copy of this complaint along with your rating and the number of complaints with the Revdex.com.

the confusion.  This is the initial charge for the starter kit after the 14 day trial expired ($119.95) and the automatic monthly refills shipped every 30 days after you have been billed for the starter kit ($84.90).
Just for clarification, these charges were generated based on the Terms and Conditions on the checkout page where you inputted your credit card information.
"Terms & Conditions: If you select the 14 day trial you agree to pay just shipping and handling. For your convenience, we will automatically enroll you in our Regal Refill Plan, and you will receive a monthly supply of cartomizers for just $79.95 plus $9.95 for S&H, a savings of over 50% on traditional cigarettes! If you decide to keep the starter kit and do not cancel before the 14-day trial expires your card will be charged $119.95 for the starter kit, which will include a one month supply of cartomizers. A restocking fee may apply on returns. If you are not 100% satisfied, cancel at any time!"

A $39.97 refund has been issued to you as of February 24th, 2014.  If you want to be refunded for the starter kit and remaining amount for the refills you will need to return them.  I have issued you an RMA number for both the starter kit and refills and return instructions have been sent to you via separate email.  You will be sent a confirmation email once we receive the returned products and you will be refunded shortly after the return has been processed.  Please note there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned products as per the terms and codnitions; however, I have waived the restocking for the refills.  Your account has been canceled and you will no longer be billed nor shipped anything further.

I still believe that the full terms of this initial transaction were not revealed until the shipping payment was already confirmed, and even then, the receipt never mentions the initial cost of $119.95.  I feel that Regal Cigs should be more forthright about what they are doing.
I willl wait and see if this is satisfactorily resolved by obtaining a refund.

Called back to the RegalCigs 1-800 on or about Apr. 4-5th to make CERTAIN My account was closed.
Asked them again, for riembersment; answer was "no."
Mentioned filing a complain with the Revdex.com; was put on hold.
The lady on the phone took maybe 45 secs to come back onto the phone -...

then I was given a return of merchandise (RMA) POST HASTE with no bantering.
 
The refund to my cred card/debit has shown on my bank account as of Apr. 7th.
I sent the product back priority tracking with bubble-wrapping, on Apr. 5th
Tracking is USPS # [redacted] est. dlvry. = Mon 04/07/14
 
The card used for this debit is now "Destroyed" and I'm having another one issued from the bank.
 
This concludes my complaint, except of course for records purposes.
 
Hopefully this can perhaps be used for other legitimate customers to persue getting the scam revoked - aka "how to"
 
I release this website from ANY and all legal bindingd etc, and they can use this case as a demonstration "DIY" do yourself how-to, as long as my screen name =

While I am happy with the cancelation of this account, the refund amount does not equal what I was billed. My bank informed me I was billed a total amount of $93.91 and not the $89.95 you refunded. So, am I to understand that I am paying for shipping and processing charges for something I did not order....and pay to ship the product back at my cost?  I need to know, in what moral universe would this seem fair?

Hi, I have reviewed all the notes on the customers account along with the customers information filed with the Revdex.com. When a customer files a chargeback with the bank, we can no longer issue a refund. That decision is now in the hands of the bank. He contacted us on 3/17/15 via email, the notes...

on the account stated "Customer emailed asking why he was charged and to be refunded. Explained terms, issued RMA, stopped recurring. Offered to let him keep for 50% off. Awaiting response." Customer never responded.He filed a chargeback with his bank and we received notification on 4/16.He returned the kit with no Return Authorization which we received on 6/1.We then heard nothing back from the customer until 7/20, notes stated "customer emailed looking for refund. Told him the return was well outside of the 30 RMA (issue on 3/17, we got package on 6/1). Also told him could not refund due to Chargeback being filed. It was up to his bank if he is refunded."At this point, he needs to follow up with his bank.Regal Cigs

On 12/17/14 Regal Cigs deposited $ 95.96 into my account. Although they refunded part of the cost back to me, after complying with their return requirements.I feel that this company is a scam and should be investigated, If a product is offered as a "gift " for participating in a survey that is what it should be not a come-onfor buying their products. I thank you Revdex.com for responding to my complaint so swiftly. I have learned a valuable lesson which cost me $33.72 plus $10.22 shippingon my part to return their product. $43.94 is not a lot of money to some people but when you live paycheck to paycheck it is a huge amount. Unfortunately we cannot issue you a refund for the product for a couple of reasons:
1.  The product was never returned back to us
2.  You are outside of the 30 day money back guarantee to receive a refund
3.  We have no indication of you contacting us beforehand, either emailing or calling us.
4.  As stated in my previous response, you disputed the charge.  Disputing the charge gives your bank the decision should you be refunded or not.
